This place was so good! A staple for Orlando, I'd definitely be back to try more. My family and I loved the family style lunch where we can share. It's reasonably priced and the service was top notch.

First of all, I love the decor here. The vibe was just immaculate. I love all the neon signs and the arts on the wall. In terms of food, I do think that they got some good dishes, especially the seafood part. Highly recommend ordering the clams and the snails. The service was amazing. I forgot to tell the waiter about my peanuts allergy and they were so accommodating, and they went back to the kitchen and remove the peanuts for me. My only boutique was the chicken Pho. I was expecting fresh noodles but they didn't serve it.

Really Liked This Vietnamese Restaurant in Orlando. They have a huge parking lot so it's very easy to park. It's on the corner of this plaza located in Chinatown. Inside it's very bright and is newly and nicely decorated. Everyone working is very friendly and helpful. We sat down and ordered chicken and fish. They came out and were very tasty. We both loved our dishes, & would come back again. I like that there are a lot of seafood dishes, & there are dishes that I don't see just everywhere. Great food, service and ambiance! Their Grand Opening is this week starting / Oct. 6, 2025. Check their IG they have a discount for the week. And they said they will have various events to celebrate.

Super great service. Process are very reasonable and you get a ton of food. The pho was amazing especially the tendon,. The broth was excellent. My second favorite pho in Orlando. A ton of other options that all looked outstanding. I'm coming back at least twelve times, this week. Highly recommend. The decor is also really cool with murals and other fun stuff.

After the recent rebrand, I was excited to the new place, especially since I really enjoyed the old version. I'm happy to say it did not disappoint. I ordered a classic bowl of pho and left very satisfied. The portion size was a little smaller than I expected, but the flavors were rich and balanced, and the meat was tender and well-prepared. While I didn't get to try other dishes this time, I'd feel confident exploring more of the menu on my next visit. The interior has a fun, modern vibe that feels more updated than a traditional Vietnamese spot. At the end of the day, though, what matters most is the bowl in front of you, and this was a good one. You really can't complain about that.

Have heard great things about this place but unfortunately, we find it to be a bit overrated. When we walked in, not only were we not seated right away, the staff forgot to hand us a menu. While the menu does have an impressive variety, we find the food tasting mediocre at best, specifically the grilled meat in our dishes were dried out like jerky with red food coloring. Sadly we were quite disappointed...definitely have had better authentic Viet experience elsewhere.

4.5 stars but I rounded up since it's on its soft launch. Saigon's Oc Lau is located in the same strip as Enson Market on West Colonial. My sister and I intended to go to a noodle house but decided to give this place a try. I love traditional cuisine and sometimes it's hard to find authentic Vietnamese. We ordered the set of Canh Chua Ca and Ca Kho To which is both nostalgic home cooking style meal. It had all the flavors and with a short wait time. This also included the stir fry water spinach and mustard green side dish. The fresh hot chili peppers, fish sauce, and white rice accompanied the main dishes. My only criticism is that it wasn't catfish but either said or some other fish, but otherwise it was tasty and filled the craving. The interior was well designed with traditional decor, gorgeous wall mural and artwork. It reminded me of some restaurants I've been to in Vietnam. There's plenty of seating and the menu was expansive, but just enough for me to want to come back to try them. The owners or managers were very kind and friendly. I love that they were also attentive and I genuinely hope their business booms. It's always a good experience when all the elements are there. Plenty of parking in this shopping center and there's a lot of other Asian cuisine around. I hope folks give this place a chance.

Pho with beef meatballs. Very good.

Very authentic, high-quality, Vietnamese food in modern but homey surroundings. I had one of the simplest dishes you can get--pho with beef meatballs--but it was, despite being their regular or smaller portion quite large and very good. Everything came out promptly and service was friendly if a bit rushed--almost had a cafeteria feel to it and you pay at the front desk, not to your server. The menu isn't as deep and extensive as some but still has more than enough choices--really plenty when you think about it, and probably part of how they maintain high quality. Everyone else who was dining there when I visited appeared to be Viet-American, as well, and most seemed like regulars, chatty and greeting friends at neighboring tables. With many options for Vietnamese restaurants in Orlando and plenty nearby, this one shines in a simple way and seems a steadfast choice.

So good and authentic, highly recommend!

We are visiting from New York, the land of no good Vietnamese food at all. We came after a long day in Disneyworld and they were very welcoming and polite. The food is comparable to California viet & reasonably priced. Highly highly recommend coming here. We loved the mango conch papaya salad, watercress stir fry, caramelized catfish and the sweet and sour catfish soup.

My Vietnamese friends brought us here and I love this place and want to revisit every time I'm in town. The restaurant staffs are so friendly and the vibes are very southern. I'm a seafood person and I enjoyed the food here! I Lemongrass squid is a must!

We love the lunch set here with the traditional Vietnamese meal: caramelized Catfish and sweet and sour fish soup. The first time we came the soup was really good, the second time it was not as sour, seems to be pretty inconsistent, but overall still good! The decorations are beautiful with the looks of vintage Saigon! Food is good and reasonable price! Server was nice and friendly!

Visited Saigonese Oc Lau & More on a Saturday, just before 4 pm. The restaurant's aesthetic is fun: the neon signs, the birdcage-shaped ceiling lights, murals, and old technology behind the cash register come together to create a cool/fun atmosphere. The restaurant was also very clean. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. When asked about the snails, our waiter gave thoughtful suggestions and steered us toward the Babylon Snails (Oc Huong Bong) w/ salted egg sauce. I ordered the snails and a Heineken. I enjoyed the dish and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the taste and consistency of mollusks like squid. The Babylon Snails were chewy (a little more so than squid or octopus) and tasty, especially when paired with either the salted egg sauce or chili sauce. One thing: the plate is small, so I wouldn't get this as a meal alone. We also ordered the Crab Stir-Fried Vermicelli (Mien Xao Cua). The crab meat gave the dish a rich depth of umami. While it's not necessary, I felt that a nice squeeze of lime would have complemented the noodles nicely. Finally, the summer rolls were great; no thrills here, just solid summer rolls and peanut sauce. While the food is not cheap, it is also not exorbitant. Price per plate fell somewhere in the $15 to $20 range (not including hot pot prices). I think it's worth it for an early dinner; particularly if you're looking to try something new.

My group of friends & I ordered a couple of snail dishes. I think they did a great job on the presentation, the food tasted alright; however, still far away from excellent. For the sò lông nướng mỡ hành, it needs to be pair with salt + black pepper + lime juice (muối tiêu chanh); not everything go well with ginger fish sauce. The tamarin ballut - the sauce was seasoned well; but, I don't think they cooked the ballut with the sauce in a pan, they just reheated them egg & added on the sauce to serve it fast instead. It was a waste!!! We also ordered crab stir-fried vermicelli & crab fried rice. Great presentation, but only good for pictures, very flavorless, absolutely no crab flavor. I won't recommend to order any of these. For drinks, we got the tamarin drink w/ peanut & lemon tea w/ peach flavor. I believe you guys need to work extra hard on this because it was a YUCK. Both extremely water down; especially the peach tea, I think our server squeezed the lemon too hard if you know what I'm talking about. Overall, I see the real reason the business might go well only because they're serving some stuff that the others don't. So, good for you, I hope you improve and adjust a bit so the expectation and the reality would be matched. Staffs were nice & patient. Just with my experience, this shop hasn't made the list.

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype at all. The broth was unbelievably bland--almost like flavored hot water. It lacked the rich, savory depth that's the heart of a good pho. I kept mixing the soup, hoping the flavor had just sunk to the bottom, but no. Worst $20 wasted ever. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but this was one of the most disappointing bowls of pho I've had, especially considering all the positive reviews.

On the hunt to try out cuisines I don't venture in often, this local gem popped right on up. Upon entry, it was very date-night coded. With various Vietnamese and cultural decor moments and the mood lighting, it was a nice little oasis / getaway from the usual. They had a nice playlist going and there was more than enough seating. Service was phenomenal. Now, at the time of my visit, it wasn't a busy night. It was only a handful of people there. So, our waitress was able to be super attentive and was so kind to our table. Our orders came out fresh, hot and quickly! I ordered one of their pho options, and it was super flavorful. I think any time you go to a restaurant that serves a type of ethnic cuisine, they focuses on the main or big dishes. For example, Vietnamese restaurants will always feature pho somehow and Cuban restaurants will always feature the Cuban sandwich in some capacity. However, street food or dishes that are small and meant for grab and go and sharing and to be affordable is not often featured at big sit down restaurants. The other thing is when street food is featured on a fancy sit down menu, the small plates and street food always cost more than it should in my opinion. Z Asian really surprised me in that I didn't think the prices were to unfair and it still felt elevated. They are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. We went here for a date night after watching Obsession. By the way, the movie is one of the best horror movies of this year in my opinion and I think a lot of people's opinion. We parked in the back lot as they don't really have a whole lot of street parking. That was confusing entering the restaurant since we entered from the back and it wasn't clear if the restaurant was open or if we walked in through the wrong door. We got seated fast and the waitress was really nice and engaging. We ordered banh khot, which is basically a mini banh xeo. Banh khot is an eggy crepe mixture that is panfried into a circle and a small amount of seafood is placed into the middle of it. It's small and finger food sized and served with pickled veggies and fresh lettuce and fish sauce to drizzle or dip. My rating is a 9.5/10. It was crispy and full of flavor. We also tried the mango tofu salad. It's similar to a ceviche. This was a 9/10. It has a little heat to it but very good and not too wet. We then ordered grilled mussels with is what it sounds like. It's mussels halves grilled with fish sauce and crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. I rate this a 8/10. I never see this in restaurants. On a good day, I can crush like 20 of these and call it girl dinner. We got the grilled corn as well. This is corn kernels grilled in butter and garlic topped with Sriracha. I rate this a 6.5/10. I think it's a good street dished but it underwhelmed me because it's just the corn and there wasn't a vehicle to deliver it to my mouth. The last item we tried was the grilled chicken rice noodles. This was a flavorful dish of veggies and chicken and rice noodles that are cooked in a pan. The rating is a 8.5/10. My overall rating is 9/10. They bill was on the higher end but I felt like it was worth the food we were eating the service and ambiance.
