I am sitting in my car during the entire process Watching and listening. I've been here for an hour. Now I am watching 3 of the techs all try to change my break light. They seem to be having a hard time figuring out how to get the cover off, and i am pretty sure have broken something the way they're all talking- guess I will find out. Side note- the entire time I've been here one tech has done nothing but talk about how he loves "the hoes" that come to get their oil changed, he doesn't even seem to be working. He also proceeded to smoke weed by the bays. It doesn't seem like anyone takes their job very seriously here.

I observed the tech through the observation window having a hard time taking the oil filter top off (he was struggling quite a bit when I observed him banging 2 metal bars together in an attempt to open or remove the oil lid). Later he came and got me and said that I had a little transmission leak. 20 mins later another Tech came to me and asked if I had a mechanic because I had a bad transmission leak. Prior to me coming on that day to get my oil changed I did not make any leaks at all coming from my vehicle. There was evidence of oil still in my car but no leaks whatsoever. I immediately took my car to the mechanic and told him what "Jiffy Lube" had said. The mechanic discovered that there was no transmission leak, and the leak was coming from a crack in the "oil housing unit" which was caused by over twerking the oil filter. Now I am beginning to leave oil marks where I park and all the oil that I just got is currently out of my vehicle. They have been giving me the run around since then. Just before the scheduled appointment, Mavis called and said tire shipping delayed by 1 day. No big deal. Dropped car off next day at noon for service. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I did not get car back until 5pm. Took 5 hours. Service person called around 1:30 to tell me that battery in tpms sensor was bad in 3 tires. I told her I know and that's why I scheduled all 4 to be replaced. Got the car back and noticed 3 new rubber valve stems plus 1 metal(original one) that was not replaced. I requested all 4 to be replaced. Now I have 3 sensors/batteries that I know are good for several years and 1 with who knows how long the battery will last. I don't want to have to go back anytime soon to have the 4th sensor replaced. They only charged for the 3 sensors. But there was an additional charge on invoice for 4 rubber valve stems even though the sensors come with valve stems. HUGE MARKUP ON TPMS SENSORS They charged me.$130.00 for each TPMS sensor. The exact sensor i.e AUTEL MX can be bought at many retailers for $30.00 - $40.00 each. I went back to the store and they refunded me the money for the 4 additional rubber valve stems that I did not need or receive. Bad communication. Requested for all tpms sensors to be replaced and ony replaced 4. Bad service estimates . 5 hours instead of 1.5. Huge markup on tpms sensors $130.00 each vs $30.00 each at retail stores. Called this service center on New Years Eve to see if they would take us for a car inspection…read more Picked up the phone right away asked a few questions and took us right away since we were in the neighborhood. As soon aa we arrived to the location they were waiting for us outside and took our car in right away! They said they were closing soon and 15 minutes before they closed they still took our car for an inspection! The price was so reasonable and the turn around was very quick!
