I am sitting in my car during the entire process Watching and listening. I've been here for an hour. Now I am watching 3 of the techs all try to change my break light. They seem to be having a hard time figuring out how to get the cover off, and i am pretty sure have broken something the way they're all talking- guess I will find out. Side note- the entire time I've been here one tech has done nothing but talk about how he loves "the hoes" that come to get their oil changed, he doesn't even seem to be working. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN OIL LEAK WHEN YOU LEAVE!!! I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube store #37 for a simple oil change. I observed the tech through the observation window having a hard time taking the oil filter top off (he was struggling quite a bit when I observed him banging 2 metal bars together in an attempt to open or remove the oil lid). Later he came and got me and said that I had a little transmission leak. 20 mins later another Tech came to me and asked if I had a mechanic because I had a bad transmission leak. Prior to me coming on that day to get my oil changed I did not make any leaks at all coming from my vehicle. There was evidence of oil still in my car but no leaks whatsoever. I immediately took my car to the mechanic and told him what "Jiffy Lube" had said. The mechanic discovered that there was no transmission leak, and the leak was coming from a crack in the "oil housing unit" which was caused by over twerking the oil filter. Now I am beginning to leave oil marks where I park and all the oil that I just got is currently out of my vehicle. They have been giving me the run around since then. DO NOT USE this Jiffy Lube center!!! I took my Company car in for routine maintenance, oil change & filter! (11/9/2021) I arrived & handed my Maintenance card (which is a tri-fold card measuring about 4"x8") that included all the info needed about the vehicle to the man who approached me in line. I had a seat and a technician came to me and said he needed more information. When I walked with him to his station he asked me for my "Unit #". I told him all of the information was on the Maintenance card. He said he didn't have it! After asking 3 or 4 people where the card was, the guy who took it said he placed it on the station at the keyboard. After a few minutes of searching, he found it in a trash can ripped up into 8 pieces. NOT ONCE did ANYONE apologize for this happening.... NOT ONCE!!! The only reason I even gave 1 star was because the woman at the checkout desk was so friendly When I got into my vehicle, there was grease on the floor mat and the old sticker taken off the windshield was on the floor of the driver seat! I got my oil changed at this jiffy lube on March 5th and they did a faulty oil change which resulted in the oil cap coming of while I was on my way to Pittsburgh the oil started spraying g out n got back into the engine n seized up the pistons now the engine needs to be changed and they don't want to accept responsibility for their mess up there was no oil filter in my car no was there the oil cap I had two different shops look at my car and they both said the same thing that it was a faulty oil change and now their insurance sent me a denial letter that they are not going to pay to get my car fixed after they messed up my oil change. I again said that I want the cheapest, not the synthetic. I went to pay and the price was nearly DOUBLE! He put synthetic anyway. The manager did work with me to bring the cost down. However that was my last time. No shady dealings. One of the workers also sarcastically said "no don't rush in" as I was reentering the office. So disrespectful. First time customer , I just bought a new car nothing wrong with it. I came to jiffy lube recommended from my brother, I know how to do an oil change on my own but I'm like why not give it a try. Right before my oil change, the guy tells me i might need transmission fluid, i told him I'll get on that on my own so he says okay. The car has never leaked or have any problems. I'm driving on the highway, my entire transmission line snapped because the bolt was loosened by jiffy lube and never tightened. Very dangerous. When my car starts, the oil goes right through, that has never happened until I came here. Professional mechanic companies always out to get someone, so I can come back at get transmission fluid? As the temperature dropped over the past few weeks I realized the heater in my car wasn't working efficiently, and when I put it into turbo mode one night the temp warning light briefly illuminated. I recalled I had my coolant flushed at this Jiffy Lube location right before these issues occurred. When I checked my coolant reservoir I realized that they flushed the coolant but didn't refill the reservoir. Is that not included in the price of Feb flush? If it isn't why wasn't that communicated so I could refill it myself. Why would I choose to pay $60 for a flush only to throw out $10 more to buy my own coolant. I read more

Got in line behind two cars and after the first moved into the bay, they just stopped servicing that line. After 40 minutes they came and told me to turn my car off but said nothing else. Both bays to either side of me kept ran through 2 full vehicles and had a third move in before they even started working on the car in front if me. I had to go to work and asked what was going on, but all they told me was I had to wait because they couldn't scan the car in. As soon as I made the comment they started working on the car all of a sudden. I sat for an hour and a half while they completely ignored it until I said something. The manager came over and told me to calm down (I was legitimately upset, so I get it) but I had to go to work and they wouldn't let me out until they finished working. Everyone was polite but a complete waste of time and I didn't even get the oil change. Went to another location near my hospital and I was in and out in 15 minutes without even getting out of my car. The manager Mervin Minter refused to accept the foursquare check in coupon for $10 off. The coupon has a code specific to this address and has the address listed on it that appears on your phone. The check in is an advertisement for them and promotes them to my friends. That's how foursquare works. He said it need to be printed yet that is not on the coupon or posted anywhere in the business. Since cell phones don't have printers attached that is just ridiculous. He walked away from me multiple times and refused to help. I love going to the Jiffy Lube getting my oil change yesterday I got a whole change radiator flush and something else they was on point knew exactly what I needed cuz it was already in the system the staff was pleasant and sufficient. And the lady that was at the desk waiting on the customers was very nice if you sign up on the email you can get coupons. The only thing double-check and make sure that they will put your sticker in the window so you can remember to come back to get a oil change. And if you guys are too early you can get a top off they will fill all your fluids for free. Every time I come to this location I have a great experience. Came here for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician who greeted me clarified this with me then made sure I was aware that my car took synthetic oil. My car was in the bay for about 10 min when a tech came to me and said one of their air guns is broken and the only one left is being used, so it would take around 20 minutes for the tire rotation. Inconvenient, but no big deal. My car pulls out and I wait another 10 minutes before they call me to check out. They didn't do the oil change, just the tire rotation. The three bays were now full. 1.) Who gets just a tire rotation without an oil change? 2.) Why all the talk about synthetic oil if I wasn't getting an oil change? I'm annoyed because I probably could have taken my car to a legitimate mechanic for the same amount of time. Plus I'm hungry now. They removed my outdated inspection sticker and only gave me my emissions sticker (illegal). Very polite staff, very informative and helpful. Took my car in for oil and brakes, after already taking off my wheel one of the staff came in and showed me my brake pads were actually still good. Took my car there for routine oil change Next day oil all over road below when I parked my car Didn't realize this cause I drove two blocks not thinking to examine the bottom of my car for oil, the oils lite lit up like a Christmas tree, I pulled over another block away and the engine shut down. Check oil stick to see how much oil I had. It was empty. Small oils streak behind my car. Called after hours and wasn't even given option to leave a message. Called 1800 number where I was instructed to go online and fill out report. I left angry message. Also called a Jiffy Lube in Los Angeles CA because I knows they're maybe some who would pick up they phone. Was told there was a corporate number he could give me but he didn't think they'd be able to help. He never gave me the corporate number by took my number and told me he'd see what he can do and get back to me. 2 hours later and no reply. Before going to this jiffy Lube or any for that matter get head examined by a qualified professional. You are putting you hard earned cash and valuable car at risk leaving it to be worked ok by a bunch of incompetent employees. I bought my car last year and this was the first time I saw the oil light come on , one day after my 3rd oil change. The funny thing is according to the oil dip stick, it didn't need oils, I just take it in periodically to be change because that's what one should do. It's better for the car. I have gone to this Jiffy Lube many times because they are fast and generally reliable. Today was a harsh exception. I went to them for an oil change and an AC recharge. They upsold me to do a transmission flush which I accepted because the van probably could've used it anyway. I asked them how long the whole thing should take & they assured me "only a few minutes for the recharge and the trans flush." I waited 45 minutes after they said this at which point they still had not done the AC recharge and the guy said "hang on let me do the AC, it will only take five minutes!" i was like dude no you said 45 minutes ago that it would be five minutes. They were busy & i respect that, but... I watched them start the trans flush and then let it sit there for half an hour while I just waited patiently. There is no excuse for making me wait that long and I'm still not even getting to one of the principle things I needed which was the AC recharge. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they have been good in the past... But I doubt I will ever go back to this location ever again read more

There was a rattling when car was idle that wasn't there before and when I went to adjust the tire pressure a few hours later two of the tube covers would not come off. It was like they were misthreaded. When going back to speak to the manager he refused to fix the problems claiming it could ruin the tires if they fixed their mistakes but more importantly he was extremely rude. I brought my car here for a routine oil change, and I no longer own a car. No one checked to make sure the latch to my hood was locked and I then got on 95 where the hood proceeded to smash back into my windshield. The only good thing I can say is that their manager Merv was very nice and came and picked my friend and I up on the side of 95 and they paid to have my car towed to a repair shop. The owner of this establishment gave me a "sorry about this" through gritted teeth over the phone after he accused me of tampering with the hood after I left (because I bring my car to "professionals" to check their work after). I spent countless hours talking to insurance companies, and lawyers. When I called to ask him if I could have my money back for the oil change that could have killed me he refused and offered a coupon for my next oil change...on a car that was totaled because of their negligence. Horrible experience. Brought in a fleet vehicle for an oil change/ tire rotation. The oil change took over 90 minutes and the tire rotation was a nightmare! They completely stripped my lug nut and the threading on my wheel. No apologies were given- just a simple figure it out yourself. After an hour was told the lightbulb broke in the socket and would need further repair at this point.. Okay, no biggie. Right? Fast forward to now.... Took my car to my normal mechanic for an oil change and was told Jiffy Lube put an oversized drain plug in my oil tank which cannot be removed. A $500 oil tank replacement is the only option. I called to speak with the manager of jiffy who denied putting in an oversized drain plug, even though it was written on the invoice they gave me! He was incredibly rude and told me to just buy a $40 tank at a junk yard! Insanity. If you want to pay big bucks for fixing the damage this facility will cause your car, go for it...
