Constructing Building Advancements contacted us and was willing to come out to give a better estimate. The others did an over the phone estimate based on the parameters I gave them. Jeremiah Henry came out from Constructing Building Advancements and had the best bid plus we felt comfortable dealing with him as he was knowledgeable and had the skills to do the job. We actually had other jobs that we Jeremiah give us prices and have already had some of the jobs completed. He was on time, did the work completely and expertly and cleaned up when he was done. These damages were not present before the cleaning as the technician did not inform me of any issues while on site.When I contacted the company about the problem, the response was not helpful and did not demonstrate responsibility for the damage caused. Roof cleaning should be done carefully and professionally, and that was not my experience. I can not recommend this company based on poor quality of work, lack of communication and accountability. I now have to repair the tiles at my own expense due to their negligence.

Chris and a 3 man crew showed up as scheduled. This was like a well oiled machine. Each man had a specific job. The room and Tray ceiling came out magnificently perfect.
