Absolutely wonderful experience! The adult drinks, I had an espresso martini and Cocotini & hands had a long island iced tea, were so good! Services was great, the atmosphere is very nice and clean, and decor very cool. For appetizers we had the shrimp cocktail and onion rings which were both delicious and good portions. Our dinner entrees were Mahi mahi, chicken tenders, and a French dip. Very generous portions and delicious! We will definitely be back! I love that it's practically around the corner from our house too! Bonus points for that!

Danny was our server again. The first time he suggested the blackened shrimp earth bowl and it's what I've been getting ever since. Tonight he gave me a surprise drink, dragon blood cosmo and then later he gave me a cocotini. They were both great and I really don't think I could pick a favorite, they were both amazing! After placing our order they suggested the game barrel for our sons. I'm so glad we chose here for dinner. We will definitely be back! Make sure to ask for Danny!

    Veggie Flatbread

The veggie flatbread with balsamic glaze is top tier. I get it every time. It's very rare I visit a restaurant and get the same option each time, but this one does it for me.

PSJ Cellar Restaurant & Bar, 3780 Curtis Boulevard, Port Saint John, Florida, 32927- 4-Stars If I graded on the offensive nature of my server, PSJ Cellar would get zero stars. Jean is an old restaurant hand who has seen it all in her 70-plus years. If she ever did believe in service with a smile, she is long over it. Don't get me wrong, Jean did her job. She was just abrasive and obnoxious. I thought maybe it was just my adorable personality, but no. She spoke poorly to everyone in the restaurant. At any rate, PSJ Cellar is a clean and modern-looking establishment serving excellent offerings. I recommend it. I'm not sure why it is located on a poorly traveled road. I guess the owners deemed the concept "location is everything" a canard. But hey, it works, and I hope this review helps you find it. My first choice was from the Burgers & Sandwiches section of the menu, the Shrimp Po'Boy, which had large fried shrimp, lettuce, and tomato, served on a toasted buttered hoagie roll, with a great drizzle of PSJ po'boy sauce. The crispy chips that came with it were nicely seasoned and appeared to be made in house. From the Tacos section, I selected the Fish Tacos, two of them filled with fried fish, cabbage, mozzarella cheese, pico, and a chimichurri drizzle, served with corn salad. These tacos were tasty. Maybe not the best I've ever had but satisfying all the same. The Big Boy says, "Don't let Cantankerous Jean scare you away, PSJ Cellar's fare is worth a try."

Very nice addition to the local area! Try this place about a week after their grand opening. One or two items on the menu weren't ready yet, but we found enough to try out. Our party had the classic burger, kids Burger, tri-tips, french onion soup, asparagus, onion ring upgrade for for one of the sides, and they're $9 Brownie dessert. There's several adult dinner options in the $12 to $20 range, and I think $55 for their big ol ribeye steak. We did not partake of their drink options, but their bar area did have a decent wall of Liquors to choose from. What I particularly appreciated was that asparagus was one of the standard vegetable options, as opposed to so many restaurants now have decided that asparagus is a premium upgrade Du jour. They had a few other Potato options for a side, and I think coleslaw. Their upgrade sides, a reasonable dollar fifty each, included two salad options, onion rings, and a crock of French onion soup. The tri-tip steak maybe an entry-level cut of beef, but it was tender, well seasoned, and very well proportioned for the reasonable price. The asparagus was charred and nice, and the burgers were enjoyed by all. French onion soup had lots of onions and flavor. The brownie sundae had six to eight large cubes of brownie and was big enough for the three of us to share. However, the brownies were at room temperature and would have been much better heated. For a restaurant that has only been open for 7 days, the service was good and organized enough. The one-page menu was fairly straightforward, concentrating on steaks, Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a small kids menu section. I think there was a fish option but the details escape me. Overall, a very nice dining experience worthy of repeat. They had a steady stream of customers, which I hope to continue!

The view from the rooftop is stunning! Really the best part of the experience. Menu prices are reasonable. The signature cocktails are fun and certainly worth trying. Food is average. Interactions with our server were awkward at times, but mostly attentive. Getting water we asked for was a challenge, though. I would definitely return. It's a cool hangout spot.

Ambiance: 9 / 10 I love a good theme, and this place fully commits. Everything is space themed, from the decor to the menu. Even the elevator ride up is part of the experience. It is designed like a rocket with a countdown playing, which was such a fun touch. Once you get upstairs, the view is incredible. You can see the Indian River, and if you happen to be there on a launch night, you get a direct view of rockets launching from Kennedy Space Center. That alone makes this place worth visiting. Service: 10 /10 I ended up joining a larger group, and anyone who has worked in a restaurant knows that can be a challenge. Our server handled it so well. I wish I had gotten her name because she was amazing. She kept up with everyone, made sure drinks and food were coming out consistently, and stayed friendly the entire time. Seriously impressive. Food: 8 /10 I ordered the meat lovers flatbread and the Causeway Cosmo. My guy got the tuna poke bowl and an old fashioned, and we also had some nachos at the table. The flatbread was really good, nice and crispy with great flavor. The poke bowl was decent. He enjoyed it, but I am a little picky with poke. The drinks were solid too, well balanced and easy to enjoy. Overall, I am really glad I checked this place out. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit.

The cocktails were exceptional. I asked for classic cocktails that weren't in the menu. They delivered. Love the place. Why Four stars? Service was three bears. The waiter with the blonde mop of hair is very nice but inexperienced. Too on top of customers when they arrive. He needs to give a menu and give a few minutes for guests to peruse it. The head bartender is brilliant. Talent without hospitality, though, is a craft cocktail fail. Kindness counts. The vibe was colder than the cocktails. I hope it improves on future visits. The blonde bartender in the grey dress was just right. Professional, attentive, and kind. This is easily a six star speak. When you are serving? You are "on." The portion sizes were solid; for lunch, I can easily see that one taco with a side would be more than enough. I also appreciated how many vegan options they offer--it's great to see a menu with so much variety and flexibility. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with a friendly ambiance and artsy, metro-style decor that makes it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal. The only small downside was that some of my items weren't quite warm enough, but it didn't take away much from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back to try more items, especially the Japanese ginger salad, which is next on my list.
