Feb 13th 2024 Bus number 2709 This a$$hole smiling at the temperature on the bus.. meanwhile a woman clearly in her 80's wrapped up in a blanket. The bus driver was asked 3 the mess to turn it off and ignores the passengers.

Each time I call, I seem to receive a different answer to the same question. In addition, several phone representatives have been rude and condescending during these interactions. When I previously asked an employee at the local office about these inconsistencies, I was informed that the phone representatives are located off-site and was advised to visit the Drew Street office in person for accurate assistance. As a disabled individual, traveling to the office is not always feasible. On May 14, 2026, I contacted the Clearwater office and spoke with Mrs. Steins. During the call, she repeatedly interrupted me, spoke in a dismissive manner, and implied that I was being dishonest regarding prior contact with the office. Specifically, when I referenced a previous visit to the Drew Street office on December 8, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., she responded, "That's funny because it's not documented." I did, in fact, visit the Drew Street office on December 8, 2025. The in-person staff at that location have consistently treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I strongly encourage Social Security to review and audit phone interactions for professionalism and consistency in the information being provided. The call in question occurred on May 14, 2026, at approximately 3:32 p.m.

May God bless you and continue to do good work my friend safe.

Nobody will answer the phone. I've been trying to call for two weeks and never got an answer. I had no idea how to even write because the recording cuts off halfway through tell you the address. This jail needs a complete reorganization from top to bottom and apparently more personnel if they can't answer any of their phones.. I finally had to call the clerk of the court to get some inside direct numbers and got a person to answer in records to find out if my son was even in this jail because on the website it said the jail was closed! Really, closed? I read that there's over 3000 people in the jail and it's and they're sleeping on the floor because the system is too slow in processing and you need more judges to hear the cases. The only way that a person can get medical attention is if you write to them I was told to find out if they need it! Then you report it to them can you imagine how asinine that is. I'm speaking as a doctor and very concerned about this policy. This gel is responsible to be sure people are not in jeopardy of dying because they can't get any attention that they need medically. The prisoners now also get tablets so they don't have any real visitation which I find to be inhumane. Visitation is done via video and letters are put on the tablet and they can read their tablet. I read the jail is extremely overcrowded so apparently they need to improve their organization and the judges need to hear more cases in a quick fashion instead of making the inmates wait for months in the jail when they may not even be guilty!

Folks traveling along ALT 19 pay no attention while they're caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily automobile traffic. If people slow down a bit, and hit the Pinellas trail, the old rail line bulges west just north of Curlew and harkens back to a more simple time. The first home built here was in 1875, and as more folks settled in Florida during the golden citrus years, this village saw sleepy prosperity with its orange groves and fishing wharfs buzzing with activity. Tampa Road, which originated here, was the first paved road leading into Tampa, directly connecting the big city with Oldsmar, Dundein, Palm Harbor and Ozona. Things are obviously much different now. The village is quiet, laid back and the vibe is a kin to Cedar Key on a Monday night. They've got their own post office, a BBQ joint, pizzeria, pub and plenty of coastal property to catch a sunset. To me, this place is far removed from traffic, tourism, unexploited, raw and uncut--pure Florida. I absolutely love it. Oh, and all streets are golf cart friendly.
