I went to this place on 3/4/23. I paid with my FSA card and when I asked for an itemized receipt the receptionist was confused and questioned why I needed it. I told her why and she was like "many people have your insurance and paid the same way, and never asked for that before". I told them I need a receipt to justify my payment. The women seemed flustered and asked her colleagues what to do and then after them talking amongst each other for 5 mins. She said they are a bit mess right now and do not know how to do what you are asking. The person that does is not in today. They asked me to write my name email and number down and they will get back to me on Monday. I called on them multiple times and even exchanged texts with someone that worked there via text message (I'm assuming their personal number?) so I got tired of them giving me the go around and I'm now just waiting for my EOB for that day. It's now more than a month since having the service and they haven't billed my claim yet to my insurance. This is ridiculous! The new management is terrible and their website isn't even up anymore. DO NOT GO HERE!

Talk about a one-stop shop! After some traveling, and general neglect for stretching and and taking care of my body, I knew it was time to get treatment. I came to see Dr. Wang for a chiropractic adjustment since my back and neck was wrecked from sleeping wrong on the plane. He started with some light stretches and the hypervolt to loosen up my entire back and neck. Then came the adjustment. He talked me through each position, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. We got to talking about cupping, as I've seen it on TV, was curious and decided to give it a try! The acupuncturist came in for this treatment. She was able to answer my initial questions, and she got to cupping away. If you have never done it, it's not that bad! The glass cups suction is strong but not painful. Since it was my first time, we did two 5-min intervals. The difference was noticeable almost right away. The tension was sucked away, and I went from tight to feeling just right! Definitely will be back for both treatments! This office is really nice, amazing staff, and the office is full of snacks and drinks! Bonus love for having a bidet toilet! Once you go bidet, a normal toilet will never feel the same! Personally, I don't care for over the counter meds for pain and am always looking for new alternatives. If you are looking for alternatives medicine to heal the body, definitely recommend checking the office out.

I've been here at least 3 times and the first time I came boy was I impressed. They take my current insurance so that's a plus! I get a 90 mins massage with acupuncture. The down side is that the parking lot can get crowded and then you'll have to park on the street. The location is on the second floor. Very clean atmosphere and very welcoming. It's a big place, and upon arrival there's two gender neutral bathrooms and they are always kept clean along with lotions, soaps and q-tips and a pulse? Bidet toilets! The front desk people are very helpful and welcoming. When it's your first time you get a welcome bag. Mine came with a small reusable bag, calendar, metal spoon along with meta chop sticks, snacks, hand towel and some gloves. My husband when it was his first time it was almost the same, but his also included nail clippers. After checking in you meet one on one with a doctor and you fill out paperwork. You state you condition and they let you know what could possible help your problem areas. She said that my 90 min massage along with acupuncture would help my pregnancy carpel tunnel which has been very painful. The first time I had my massage was from Kelly and she was perfect! The rooms inside are nice, they either have single rooms or rooms where you can have a couple massage. They have nice relaxing music playing in the background, dim lighting, comfy beds, light heater, robes (i have not used it yet, maybe it could be used when one has to run to the restroom quickly?) my massage was just what I needed along with my acupuncture. It was my first time and it didn't hurt. After the massage was over they bring you to the snack section where they have a huge variety of snacks, drinks which include tea and coffee and other Asian drinks, yogurt, water and ice cream! I'm in heaven with all the small touches this place has! And I forgot to mention it's all complementary!! You def need to make an appointment before arrival. Every time I'm done with my appointment I make a new one. I've had Kelly 2x so far and that's my go to lady, she knows the amount of pressure i can handle, what needs attention and knows how to do pregnancy massages. As for when I get acupuncture all the acupuncture's have been good too. I've been able to sleep 2 days in a row straight which has been very rare this pregnancy. You won't be disappointed in this place. Trust me!

This is the burning scratch left on me when she was rough on me.

I am updating my review, I have to give them a 1 star because the last time I went the lady didn't time my massage and of course we don't have a timer to see how long we have. I went in to get a FULL body massage however in the front I specifically told them I want shoulder and hip massage. In the room I also told her however she spent the whole hour on my shoulder. I even had to tell her to please stop because I was in pain, however I didn't realize that she was taking a whole 30min on each shoulder. Once the hour was done, she said all done. I told her oh I didn't realize it was 1 hour already you haven't done my hip yet. She then said I need to go to my other customer. I told her well I am paying for shoulder and hip too. She told me she could do quick 5 min. I said ok. Days later my hip was burning come to realize I had a big cut from her doing it so fast and now I have a HORRIBLE SCAR!!!! I have messaged them so many times to let them know and they are not responding back.

Love this place! If you are looking for a massage and a good one this is the place to go to, I have neck pain and they always focus on it and help me release the pressure in that zone. The massages help u unwind that u will fall asleep, I have gone with my sister many times and she always claims I'm snoring lol For the price it is worth it . They do cupping/ Acupuncture also, I usually go with cupping it does help my joints and I usually come here every 1.5 week if I don't get carried with work.

They do accept insurance, just depends on what type you have. I believe they take PPOs. as long as your insurance covers accunpunture treatments and they are contracted with PSW then they will take it. I have sutterselect and they accept that…

What I appreciate most is that they take the time to understand my specific focus areas and adjust the massage based on what my body needs that day. They really listen and tailor the session to what works best for me, whether it's deep tissue focus, recovery, or overall relaxation. And then they always take time to make me feel comfortable. Another thing that stands out is their flexibility and customer service. Many times I've reached out last minute because I happened to be nearby or wanted to book same day, and they've often been able to accommodate me with therapists ready to go. Consistently professional, clean, reliable, and high quality service. Highly recommend.

I had already planned to leave a tip, but when it wasn't what they considered their "minimum," I was questioned about it and even laughed at. That alone was unprofessional, but it didn't stop there. The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.

They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. I didn't expect that (thought I'd be in the group room), but proceeded to undress, crossing fingers I would be assigned a female massage therapist, as I wasn't quite asked about gender preference. Lying face down, another gentleman entered the room, and began tending to my knots. I kinda panicked in my mind at first but gave it some time. Luckily, he was very skilled, seemingly dedicating every ounce of energy he had in breaking through all these bricks in my back. I was amazed he could make half an hour feel complete in the way that is experienced in a full hour massage. He checked in periodically, asking if the pressure was ok. I said yes -- though it actually hurt like hell -- because I really needed a deep, deep tissue massage. Whew, progress was made. He later met me at the front door, asking if I was okay. I thanked him, tipped $15 cash, and learned his name: ANDY. The name of my late grandfather who I've been seeing in my dreams recently... wild, right?! Anyway, many foot spas are hit and miss. This one's pretty legit so far! As a note, while the music and lighting was pleasant, a soft, sweet aroma would be nice (the bed had a bit of an older smell, that's all).

I pointed to the service I wanted, and he brought me back right away. I got the 60-minute full-body massage, which was only $65! I paid at the front before my massage. I was put into a private room and was told to change out of my clothes. I went onto the bed under a sheet, and they started the massage right away. I was a little hesitant, but the man was very nice and polite, asking if the pressure was okay and if I was doing okay throughout the massage. He really put pressure on getting my knots out. It really hurt in a good way. He went over tight areas multiple times and somehow always knew when to stop when it was getting a bit too painful. (You can always ask him to go softer, but my neck really hurt and I could feel the knots as he was working on it, so I just took it like a champ). If you're looking to be pampered like you're in a Beverly Hills-style spa, this is not it. But if you're feeling tired from a rough time at work, like I was, and need to get rid of some body tension and relax at a lower price, this is perfect. I did note that the bed had a little bit of an older smell (reminded me of my grandpa), but I did not mind. At the end of my massage, I came out to the front, and he gave me his business card with his name on it. Andy was very skilled and professional. Def recommend!

My mood is always elevated after an appointment, the worst part is when the appointment is over and my body is wanting more.
