I needed some cabinet and handyman work done in my home and I came across Pedro on Yelp and at first, he was very responsive and overall friendly. We asked him to sand and paint our kitchen cabinets. His wife ended up coming to do the job and she did not do a good job at all. She didn't sand the cabinets beforehand to remove any built up debris or anything and she proceeded to just paint the cabinets. She didn't change the rusted hinges as we talked about with Pedro and to top it all off, she shut the cabinet doors before letting it dry. Now, the cabinet doors stick when I try to open them and they ended up chipping and now I have chipped cabinets. I reached out to Pedro so many times over phone and text so that someone could come repair those chipped cabinet doors as well as the rusted hinges, but he keeps ignoring my calls and giving me the go around. I had so many other jobs I wanted to give to him but he completely ruined my trust and now I'm left with a half done job. This is not professional work at all and I am very unhappy with the amount of money I spent. read more

Pedro worked on two rooms for us last week. He and his team closed off an upstairs inside window and got rid of 1980s style arches in our dining room. See pictures for the difference. They were so nice, professional and clean. He communicated very well and was on time every day. He finished the job in 4 days which was amazing. He covered all our floors and furniture and did an amazingly clean job, when they left after finishing the job, everything was clean. I am very impressed with how careful they were to keep the house clean. They matched the walls perfectly with both the patterns and the color. We hired Pedro to paint our ceilings after popcorn removal. Him and his wife did an awesome job patching up the paint that got removed and caulking the edges for our house. The completed it quickly in 2 days so we can move in as soon as possible. Unfortunately, when we looked at the final coloring, home depot messed up the match of the colors of our walls. I have no idea why business give an option to request a quote, then rather than give a quote or ask any questions about the job, they just say they aren't available. I never even gave them a date or a time yet they seem to be busy in perpetuity. I am looking for a good handyman as I have a home I just purchased and have projects that need to be done. I would do them myself, but I just had surgery and cannot. I have never had this issue with finding someone in other cities/states. Guess no one wants work in the Bay Area. I am writing this review after 2 weeks work done in my home. I needed to fix my leaking window along with few other items in my home. Pedro and his team member showed up on time for estimations. We listed things to do in my home and how needs to be done. I decided to go with padro based on yelp reviews. Next day padro and his team showed up on time to start the work. The started the work and started rushing things with out following what we agreed. I learned their main motive is just complete the work without bothering the quality. When I saw the they stated closing the dry wall without insulation and sheets and I asked them to do properly they started to react differently. Then I need to be their with them every job and keep on reminding them what we agreed to do. Finally they said they completed everything and I paid them. Then I started checking each of the items listed in the estimate. They fix only 6 out of 4 and I called padro to ask he send me one guy to fix but he even did not bother to ask sorry. A guy shows up and started fixing thing without even bothering the quality and he stared saying I can only fix 2 that's what padro told him to do. Finally I told padro that I am going to make stop payment then he sends another guy to fix. Finally they fixed everything and left. After 2 days 1 items they claimed that they fixed is already broken or came to old state. If you want quality work please look for some other good handyman.i would recommend if you want move things around you can hire them but if you want real to be done in your home then I dont recommend. read more

We saw Pedro's handyman on yelp. Had good reviews decided to call him for a exterior house painting job. He immediately responded back to come give us an estimate. Came at the time he said he would. Very very nice man! After getting four estimates decided to go with Pedro. We also needed some junk hauled away and bushes cut back before painting. Pedro's crew came right at 7:00 a.m and starting working. Pedro and his men never stopped working. Powered washed and caulked all cracks. They started on Wednesday and was completely done with everything late Friday. They clean up after all the work was done and the house looks beautiful.
