After playing Spanish music that we paid for, our music was stopped seconds into playing and was called "disturbing" by the female bartender who was on the night shift on Saturday February 8th. As a local and have been to several PT's around town, never had a problem, but this particular PT is so disappointing! It's manage by such a atrocious manager name Heather. She has a bad attitude and horrible service, unless you're someone she knew. You won't get any kind of service. I sat down and put $100 in the machine and she never made eye contact or acknowledge that you're there, so You can order a drink. Then someone she knew came in and she ran over, chit chat and serves him a drink right away. I would have loved to be a regular here but since she's so rude, I'll take my business elsewhere. I have been to this PT's Pub before, but this time had a different bar tender. My partner and I both sit at the bar and gamble and have a few drinks. Then we order something to eat and stay at the bar and gamble while we eat. We usually have another glass of wine while we gamble and eat. Last night we were charged for one glass of wine, and I don't know why because we were both gambling more than the usual requirement. Plus, I asked for a little sour cream to go with my Taquitos and was charged .75. Now the thing that puzzles me is that we have been there and to other PT's Pubs before and never had this problem. WORST experience EVER!!!! My family and I came in to enjoy a night out, we were enjoying our time in the back playing pool. Our server was very nice but as the night went on we decided to download TouchTunes in order to play a song we liked. Once the Spanish song we PAID for started playing not even 5 seconds into the song did the bartender skip the song and we were all left confused as to what happened and what we can do as we paid for it!! Once we approached the bartender to ask why our song was skipped she explained that our music was "disturbing" and they had to switch the music. My girlfriend needed a night out to grab a couple of drinks after a garbage day and we decided to pick this PT's location. We've never been here before but immediately upon arrival we noticed how clean and nice the bar was. I'm not sure if it was newly remodeled but it was very up-to-date and very modern. We came in at night and had a little interaction with the swing bartender and Dave the graveyard bartender and both bartenders were so friendly and so nice. This is by FAR the best PT's in Las Vegas!!! I started going there occasionally, when it first opened. Made good money playing poker there. In my single years it was a nice quiet bar, with sports or good music, and a nice atmosphere, to take dates. When I met my wife, her sister lived near by and we'd go there occasionally. We really didn't care for the staff at the time. I've frequented almost every bar in this area. I felt like they only treat the regulars and and gamblers good... So for a while I had stopped going to any bars. When I did go out, I'd meet a buddy at this PT's. I started to really like the new staff. then started going more often. The Bar Tenders Jen, and Rebecca are awesome! Chris the manager really impressed me, when he was at a ball game with his family, and saw me walking by, and took the time to stop and say "Hi." Christina the waitress, is the best in town! I started meeting the regulars and they're all really good people. The food is great! I had breakfast there on Sunday... Fantastic! The Pool Tables are in mint condition! The Arcade Games like Golden Tee are always in great condition, they have the latest version immediately, and the screens are great quality. I'm there at least 3 times a week! My favorite bar in Las Vegas. I recommend everyone in Las Vegas from Henderson to Centennial Hills, to visit this PT's! read more

Came down after a night of hanging with friends because who doesn't go to PT's at midnight? Unfortunately, we are SO disappointed with this location. I have never met such a disrespectful waitress. All the comments about the night waitress are true. Maria was so rude and pushy when asking for our ID's. I understand the need to ask for identification but there is a very important thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE and she lacks it. She never brought us our round of waters and basically ignored us after asking for IDs so we didn't get to order food. Definitely will not be coming back. PT's/Golden Gaming makes sure that their properties provide consistent service and items across their properties and this one is no exception. So, it's basically a standard experience no matter which location you vist. For me, I go where Heather B. goes, so since she is working swing shift at this location, it's my "go-to" PT's. Heather is absolutely one of the best assets PT's/Golden has, and I will always follow her to wherever she is stationed. She also has some magic way of cultivating a good crowd at the bar without fail. I would like to note that this location is set up a little different. It's quite spacious. There's a great area for the pool table and a nice comfortable seating area with plush chairs that aren't immediately noticeable from the entry or bar since they are partitioned off. It's a great place to have a casual drink. We went to this location to visit Heather for the Golden Knights' appearance in the first round of the NHL playoffs. The bar was packed, but Heather and her staff did an outstanding job keeping everyone happy, even managing to hand out a free Miller draft to everyone before the puck drop. That's impressive in a crowded bar and super impressive since Heather was the only actual bartender working. I was also pleased with the specials that PT's offers during games (free beer for puck drop, match play for gamers, drink and food specials). I'd also like to mention that it was really cool that during the National Anthem, the place went silent. Everyone in the place either removed their hats, stood (if possible), or put their hands on their hearts. I' ve rarely seen that and appreciate that the staff was respectful during that moment. The whole experience was fantastic and I will always remember that night and watching our team clinch a victory. This is a sports bar. Tons of TV's. Friendly sexy waitresses and bar food. There are several PT's in the area and I haven't figured out why some are Taverns and some are Gold. I do know that the pizza, sliders and wings were all above average compared to some bars. I also know that you can see almost any sporting event. They have promotions for football, fantasy football, fight nights, etc. They have their own rewards card and the perfunctory poker machines. I like that they have some non gambling sections of the bar and plenty of comfortable seating around. I don't really have a complaint about this place, It just doesn't do anything to distinguish it from other sports bars. Maybe it is the chain feel that makes it just a bit below perfect. I come to this location 3 or more times a month. Always have good service here the times I have come in, but not last night. I was the only one in the place for 15 minutes and staff was not friendly at all. Put $40 in one machine and spent 2 hours playing keno and having some drinks and food. Every time I needed a new drink had to flag down the bartender. Never was asked how my food was or if I needed anything. I cashed out on the machine still with half a drink left and was given my check without asking if I wanted another. The girl waitress was very rude and rushed me and my friends to give her out IDs and Credit cards to track our orders. We gave her our IDs m, but was uncomfortable about giving our credit cards. Then after taking our orders she tells us she's leaving and that she was going to close us out. In that same moments she got our orders wrong . Then we ordered more and they charged us but never gave us our food. Then claimed to have given them to us. I knew better than to let my friend talked me into going here tonight. Every PT's is terrible their food is garbage, it's overpriced and it's smoky. Even their specials are nothing great! As with the last two times I visited a PTS, I once again did not have dinner. The only difference this time was the waitress was very nice. They were having a happy hour special a burger and fries for seven dollars. An OK deal nothing earth shattering but fine. I figured how could they screw up a hamburger. Pretty simple I asked for a burger medium well the burger came out it looked nice I bit into it and got a mouth full of blood. The burger was not even a rare it was raw in the middle. Just disgusting. I cannot believe that they can't even cook a burger! It's not that hard. I sent it back and asked her to take it off the bill. Waitresses hang out around the bar and offer no attention to tables. In each of my 3 visits, I had to walk my drinks to the bar myself for refilling. Also walked to the bar to obtain and pay for my meal. Recommended to gamblers only. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Plenty of other PT's to choose from. read more

Buyer Beware: Came here to watch football and get 1/2 off breakfast. Happy hour ends at 10am. We placed our breakfast order before 10. After the game we got our bill and were shocked. The waitress refused to give us happy hour prices because she supposedly didn't submit it to the kitchen before 10. That's not our fault she didn't submit them on time.
