The Lodge is great. Bartenders camrie and rolla, fantastic. I've been to a lot of lodge's around town and these guys are solid.

The Lodge on Fort Apache has some of the best employees around. Positive, hard working, dependable and responsible. It's just a shame the GM Nevada is mismanaging the place. Between the unlawful terminations, last second shift changes, bias moves made within and unhappy staff.....it is not likely to be on our stops any time soon. read more

Been coming here for a few months and usually have no issues. My husband and I play, have a couple drinks (nothing wild), and our drinks usually get comped while we pay for food. Standard bar stuff. This time? Nope. I played about $60 and had 5 beers. My husband played $100, won, left a $40 tip, and also had 5 beers. No food at all. Jess only comped $45. Seriously? And to top it off, she charged me for a bottle of water. A WATER. I would've been fine paying for a couple beers, but this was just petty. My wife and I love The Lodge. Tonight I came in put in $100 on the bar top. Played some and had four beers and fried pickles. Only got comped $11 but that's ok but charge me $2.50 for Niagara bottle water. Come on. I'll be back but will never play bar top games. The Lodge at Fort Apache is a great little watering hole to wet your whistle. It's vegas, there's a bar on every corner, but what makes me enjoy the lodge is the service i receive from Wyatt. He makes me feel at home, at ease, and makes sure my cup never runs empty. Class act of a bartender, that gives me a reason to drink during a graveyard shift. Beyond the service, the food is surprisingly tasty. I like the seared tuna, the egg rolls, and the burger the best. However I have a hunch most of the food is pretty solid. Check it out. read more

Really one of the big surprises on this last visit to Vegas for me, The Lodge is a 24/7 bar and restaurant with great food and atmosphere. My bud and I got into town and hit up our favorite cigar lounge. We hadn't had dinner or anything and we didn't feel like driving far so we took a short walk over to The Lodge. When you walk into The Lodge, there's a door each to the dining side and the bar. Our first visit we went to the dining side (later in the evening you'll have to go to the bar side for food) and we're quickly greeted and got our menus. On this occasion I opted for the Hangover burger. Now, I've been tried many a burger with a fried egg on it and I can say with confidence that the Hangover Burger is the best of these. A deliciously spiced hamburger patty with jalapeño bacon ooh wee I'd get this again. The second visit was an after hours stop and this time I went with the Country Benedict with home fries. Again, really delicious. The bartender doubled as the server and much like our waitress the day before, he was very friendly. I was very impressed with the food and hospitality I received at The Lodge. Both meals I had were great and being open 24/7 (off strip, no less) was a major plus. Being so close to my hangout in Vegas, I'll definitely be coming back. read more

On Thursday, May 18th Justin and I went into the lodge to grab some late lunch. When we arrived in the dining area there were no servers in there and the cook had come out to help us. She was extremely nice and very friendly. She brought out our menus and asked what we would like to drink, followed by food. The cook continued to serve us and checked in often; she even sat down and we had a great conversation with her. When we finished up and we're ready for the check she had told us the bartender was going to have to get our check for us and she went to grab her. On the cooks way back out I wanted to make sure she was the one to receive our tip as SHE served us; I handed her a cash tip and thanked her. My boyfriend then goes in to the bar area to play a few games, as he is playing games the bartender Leanna asked him if it is his card and he told her it was mine. She then comes to the dining area and puts the check on the table without saying anything and I say thank you as she is walking away. Leanna then goes back to the bar and my boyfriend gives her $5 as he won some money playing the game. So she DID get some money from us with out even helping us, just being generous. Saturday I am looking at my account and notice my card was charged $117.49 when our bill was $46.69. I called the lodge and the gentleman that answered the phone tells me the manager is not there and she would call the next day as he took my information. The manager (Angel) never called. I called again the next day and the manager wasn't going to be there until 2. I called back again spoke to the manager and she pulled my receipt while saying she saw I put a zero dollar tip considering I tipped the cook and followed up with "it looks like she gave herself a $70.00 tip" I agreed and told her that is theft and she stole from me. the manager agree and told me she would call me back. she called me back 30 minutes later and this time she is telling me it must have been a misunderstanding and Leanna may have thought my total was $117.49. Wether or not someone's hand writing is messy you can clearly see that my tip line says $0.00. That is stealing. She stole my money. The Manager told me that she can't give me my money back and I need to call my credit union. I explained to her I shouldn't have to go out of my way when her employee stole MY money. Although that got me no where I called my credit union and they told me there is nothing they can do for me besides me paying for a new card. I called the manager back and she still stays she can not help me and I asked for the servers name as I did not have a receipt at the time, she told me "she is not allowed to give me her name" and I ended up getting the number for their corporate. I called corporate and found out that Angel lied to me and they told me that they don't condone lying and I am able to get my servers name. At this point I am not happy where I am being lied to and an employee STOLE $70.00 from me. I went into the lodge yesterday and asked to speak with the manager I requested in writing the bartenders first and last name and a copy of both checks as she stole from me. The manager turns around and tells me "the names on the check". I then advised her lying to protect your employees is not a good look. I was told I would be getttung a call from the general manager (Kim) and still haven't received anything and they wouldn't give me a number to call her myself. All I want is my money back. If Leanna would have just given me my money back and I wouldn't have been lied to this could have beeen solved in a positive manager. I want my money that she stole and I will never been returning to The Lodge Fort Apache. read more

I've been to this bar twice. Great location, okay food, excellent service. Both times I've been there, I've had the pleasure of being served by Jenna and Alexis. Both times I was meeting with clients. Both of them are very valuable employees to this establishment. Great smiles, excellent service, very attentive, the perfect employees! The bar itself isn't much to brag about. If it wasn't for the service of these two young ladies, I'd probably never go back. 4 old guys sitting at machines. Not much excitement. The Nachos were very good, but may want to ask them to go easy on the Jalapeños. The grilled cheese was great, but they don't have many soup options. So, I went with French Fries. Quite sad when the menu has the potential, but the quality of production varies so greatly depending on the time of day. Reordered a favorite today to-go (turkey melt), it was like a muddy cowboy..., the exterior of one side of the sandwich was soggy mush & the other side was as tough as a leather boot. The waitress came out and got our beverages going as we checked out the menu. I went for the Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich "Marinated grilled chicken breast, fresh avocado, swiss cheese, apple wood bacon, red onion, tomato and sprouts. Served with mayo, on a fresh baked roll." ($8.95) My sandwich was surprisingly really good - the chicken was very flavorful and not dry at all. It was definitely a score with my choice! The Husband went for their Tri-Tip Dip Sandwich "Tender tri-tip, lighted grilled then dipped in our slow cooked rosemary au jus, topped with swiss cheese and stuffed in a toasted hoagie roll." ($8.95) Sadly, it was very disappointing for him, lacking flavor and the au jus definitely needed a little something to jazz it up. All sandwiches and wraps come with your choice of fries, onion rings, cole slaw or side salad. We both chose the side salad and definitely appreciate that it's a generous side salad, not those things you get from Wendy's! Overall, I was really pleased and the Husband was not. I am a frequent patron of the lodge at this location of. Recently something has changed management is my guess. So I stop in to do some gambling and five machines were down due to not being calibrated correctly. So that leaves a limited number of working machines! Then I moved to a dinner table and ordered dinner for about $75. They processed my bill a month later which caused my account to overdraft! Since I live in walking distance to this neighborhood feeling bar. From its cabin feel to it's seasonally matched decor, it's very appealing on the visuals for a quiet night in. The good: The staff here are the biggest draw for wanting to come here, outside of the visuals. Friendly, approachable and kind. They make an effort to make you feel like a friend, hence making this review difficult to write because it is in no way a reflection of them. The bad: I gambled here. $40 got me 1 comped Michelob Ultra. I was charge for the 2nd. They seem out of touch with their competitors. Play more, drink more, play more. I've never paid for drinks unless I wasn't playing. I was at at least $1.50 a hand. I was told by a member of the staff that it wants one free drink for every every $20 spent. What happened? The reason to go back: I have yet to try the food. I want to. I like the staff. I like the atmosphere. On the fence if I'll ever return again, though. I was shocked at how affordable the meal was. The only thing better than the food was the service. The staff were super friendly, very attentive and didn't miss a trick. I love the decor because of its woodland theme. From the antler chandeliers, to the wall art of bears this grizzly local spot will have you leaving with grrreat impression lol The only pause for 5 star rating is the smoke smell. With little ventilation, the bar has a thick smoke smell which stays on your closes when you leave. As long as you are prepared for that then it's great! read more
