Ordered a big ol' pepperoni pizza and a salad (because balance), and both came out hot, fresh, and very much worth the calories!!! I really like this place.... And no not just because it's literally super close to my house. My friend actually invited me this time, to eat. I have always had the wings from PT's especially when out drinking with friends or family and I can honestly tell you I have never had better wings than the ones at PT's, they never disappoint. So this time I tried the actual food. Hamburger and Fries - This hamburger was so fire, the meat was nice and juicy and the bun was a nice brioche bun which are my favorite when eating a hamburger. I was hungry and didn't feel like cooking so I had hubby drive us to PT's Gold on Warm Spring & Decatur. I've been to many PTs locations but this one was special. Not only was it not too crowded or too busy but imo not too smokey. I have a PTs TRUE card and had a BOGO entree based on my previous play that I used. I was expecting the normal pizzas and burgers with fries that are typical of pubs food but I was surprised they also had shrimp tacos, chicken wraps, bacon burgers along with all the other goodies. They also have a choice of sweet potato fries, crinkle cut fries or curly fries!! Yumm! The poker machines at the bar allowed me to play for awhile while I waited for our food as I sipped on my hot delicious coffee. Hit a couple 4 of a kind. Yippee! Tip money hehee. My hubby loved his bacon burger and it was nice and moist with fluffy buns. My shrimp tacos was a bit dry but still good. Add a good amount of hot sauce and you're good. We just moved to this side of town and was trying to find a new place to hangout. We came here Thursday night. Very nice bar. Lots of machines, a pool table, and a golf game. Great food. So if you come here and ask for an Old Fashioned but not sweet you will be told No. The swing shift bartender on 10/24/22 told me that can't be done because Old Fashioned are 'automatically' sweet. I will never come back to this bar and as she stormed away after telling her yes it can be done she never asked what I wanted as I had ordered for my husband. PT's please retrain your bartenders. When we want chicken wings this is our place. But this visit we are trying the fried shrimps and boy it's cook to perfection not over fried, I was overly surprised. It's really just made for locals who don't like the hassle of going to any casinos and dealing with too much ppl. The staff are nice and accommodating. The only downside is that u can't order ahead so u need to actually go in and order your food and wait. Been coming here recently for the football since this location seems to never bee too busy. Whenever we go, there is always seats at the bar to watch the game. We never really had any issues when we were there. All the bartenders that have helped us were great. If you have their players card or email sign up, they will send you offers every month, which are usually coupons for like BOGO appetizer, BOGO entree, or like 10% off. They do have a pool table but they only have one. Definitely recommend this location if you're into super crowded bars. read more

Had a little date night with my lady and it was nice! We started out with drinks I got a very good old fashioned and my lady got a jack and coke. After we had potstickers, very delicious!! Then I got the Caesar salad which was soooo good!! I tried not to finger lick the bowl but anyways my gf got the cheesesteak, she didn't really like it so we got her lemon pepper wings instead. How convenient this PT's is!!! This location was built so fast. I'm amazed. I used to go to the buffalo location. Now that there's one by me, catch me there! I love the happy hour here & just the vibes in general. The bartenders/servers here are spot on. Such great service. The guests that also come here are also respectful and nice (the ones I met). Normally this place is decent but tonight it was downright Horrible! I had a Beer and an Appetizer which were both Mediocre at best! House IPA is one of thew worst in town very flat and unappealing taste, did not finish it. Had the Fried Pickles which you can tell were from a frozen Bag you could taste the Freezer Burn! needless to say I did not finish it. Watched the GVK play and win and each time they scored a person who was a friend of the bartender would buy a shot for everyone at the bar, not very many people here anyway, when the bill arrived it was $80 I said all I had was a Beer and a appetizer, she said that her friend left and I was left holding the tab for the shots! Had two experiences here: 1- perfect in every sense of the word. 2- the bar tender was a licensed, certified and insured douchè. This is a local bar, bare minimum and I'm aware of it. I go there for convenience and the low key/laid back environment, but the bartender went out of his way to be unwelcoming and unprofessional. It was a slow night, he'd disappear for long times, that I had to catch him 5 minutes before the end of happy hour and asked for a menu, then he went away against. When he came back, he said it was 2:02 am and happy hour had ended. Not only he knows I wanted the drink before the cut off time, he doesn't have the courtesy to see that 2 minutes aren't a big deal, especially since it wasn't even ordered then. Maybe they don't want to share tips, but I've been ignored by 2 of the 3 bartenders here and only received acknowledgment after "my bartender " left. I've been coming to this bar since it first opened up a little over a year ago. MY friends and I are all aware of the current mask requirements and are abiding by these requirements. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a mishap where one of our friends dropped his damn mask in the toilet. Shit happens, now luckily we were on our way out the door and as our friend was walking out of the mens bathroom, the bartenders proceeded to yell and cuss at us over the mishap (thats right, yell and CUSS), mostly from the tattoo'd muscular guy with an attitude and no mannerisms. We tried explaining this to them and we were continually spoken over. Im sorry this happened, it was not intentional, nor did we have a spare on us within the establishment for him to use. But we are standing our ground with a big "FUCK YOU" for acting like shit heads!! This the nicest we can speak for the current staff of this location. Western burger and wings were pretty good. Came here on a Saturday evening with friends DURING HAPPY HOUR. Our server Ashley made drinks that were bland. I played pool for a bitt and slots mainly between 3 1/2-4 hours and asked her if I had a tab and she replied ya of course you do. Charged me $50.00 DURING HAPPY OUR for 6 drinks. I was playing pretty high on the slots for a while and was surprised she charged me. Every other bar I've been to in Vegas charges if your not playing slots at all or if your not playing high enough. This was truly ridiculous. Customer service was novice and drinks were bland. I recommend Sierra Gold or Village Pub on blue diamond/Rainbow if your in the area. read more

I really don't leave negative reviews but I feel that it is important to communicate my experience at this PT's. It only took me about 10 seconds to make the decision to leave this place. I walked in and wasn't sure where I wanted to sit yet, saw the bartender on staff and approached her. We made eye contact and I asked for a menu to which she responded in a very confrontational way. She let me know how displeased and offended she was that I did not greet her first before making my request. People can have bad days at work but I see this as inexcusable. I told her I was good and walked out. Based of the other reviews I read about this place I think it's a shame that I can no longer support this local business.
