What really shocked us was the attitude and the condescending and naive response from the chef and staff. They said it always takes an hour to properly prepare steak. Necce further stated that they deliberately place easier orders ahead of complex ones (a steak) so it gets delayed if there are a lot of simple orders even when those are received after the order for the steak. Between the time to get food and more the foolish arrogance of the staff, I will happily not return. Once I had the steak, it was well done vs medium rare! Chef, there's an opportunity for you to speed things up a bit. Worst experience.
