Yesterday, I visited this place with some friends. The employees were incredibly unfriendly. It felt like we were bothering the bartenders when we ordered our drinks. To make matters worse, the tall "security" guy had the most unfriendly attitude. I'm not sure what we did wrong, but we tried to enjoy our time there. The drinks were good, the prices were affordable, and the outdoor area was nice. However, as soon as it was 1:55 am, we were rushed out and yelled at to hurry up and leave. It was absurd. Very disappointing that management hasn't acknowledged the apparent lack of customer service. Very surprised this place is still in business, it is always dead, poor service and stale drinks from what I remember. Tried to go back during a holiday weekend expecting a larger crowd. I was in town for work and Pub Zero was within walking distance from my hotel. I stopped in about 6:30 and there were six people (three separate couples) sitting at the bar. I took a seat at the end of the bar. The only worker in view was behind the bar. He walked by me and actively avoided eye contact while he walked to the back. I left. Wondering if your camera system is working to assist police and stopping this activity. I called several times and left a few messages, never heard back. Went here last night w a couple buddies. Order 3 drinks. A Jameson on the rocks, Tito's on the rocks and a corona. I knew it was gonna be a little pricey but that was ok. Total came out to $23. Ok. Cool. So we have our drinks, order from another bar tender for another round. Tots came out to $18. I was like what? So I asked if there wa as special going on and she said no, that's the regular price! Felt hustled. Lol even gave the first bartender an extra $5 tip. So a total of $8. Smh. I mean damn. A large sign by the patio warns against using or selling drugs on the property. Sums up the crowd this place attracts. I've been here before it was pub zero and it hasn't really changed much as far as the crowd goes. The interior is really nice but the gang bangers and clicky crowd kind of ruin the place. Last time here, someone decided to leave their trash at the front door. Too lazy to put it in a trash can. Proceeded through the stares to the bar area where the bartender said they dont have a drink menu. Didnt even try to help. I had to get up and go look at the 15 or so taps before deciding to walk out. I saw what others said about the service. Overall, done with this spot regardless of what its called. This was my third time there and my past experiences here were good but last night some dumb bitter white lady bartender (I think her name was Tanya or Tina) didn't correctly make my order of 2 Mexican Candy Shots but instead she gave me 2 pink flamingos- which are made with vodka and if you drink, you can tell what you're drinking. Anyway, I brought it to her attention that she didn't make the right drink that I had ordered and she immediately got mad insisting she made the right drink. She continuously argued with me until I got no where with her so I gave up and even worse I had paid for it already. Her Co-worker bar tender knew she was in the wrong but sided with her anyway! Came here about a week ago on Friday night pretty chill place, Only issue i had was i got a bucket of beer and the beers tasted like straight water, I told the lady at the bar and she did nothing about it i told her again and she traded one of the beers out for a different one but STILL charged me for it so i spent $20 bucks on water basically, plus another $3 on the beer that she traded me out cause the ones she gave me tasted like water, and not to mention i was standing up there for a good 8 mins just waiting while the bar tender just IGNORES me and proceeded to attended someone else behind me first just because they KNEW her like hello? i was here first and been standing here for good min its not like he didn't see me or she didn't see me there, they were just rude . read more

I really like this place. My friends and I come here very often. I love the bartenders, most of them know who I am. We spend PLENTY of money here but the manager seems to OFTEN try to give us a hard time. He escalates things that doesnt need to be. He doesn't listen even when trying to speak with him in a calm & rational manner. I'd like to continue to come here because I enjoy it. I'm not sure of the manager's name but please work on this. I see other complaints about management in these reviews. He needs to learn how to talk to people. If this continues too much longer, I will take my business elsewhere. I'm tired of it. I went into pub zero on Thursday night they took my card and ran it to make sure I had money to open a tab. at the end of the night I paid cash and noticed it already taken $20 off my card and was told it was a formality and it wasn't really taken off and I have called and get a recording. No answer and I still have not getting my money back so I don't feel like I should have to pay twice for drinks other than that the food and drinks were good and reasonably priced and it was a great atmosphere I just don't want them to keep my money and I think I should get it back and not pay double read more

Good food, but TOO loud! They're jamming music like it's a venue 3x bigger than it is. They fix that and its instantly more enjoyable.

Had a good time here at happy hour tonight. Had some wine on HH and their hatch chili con queso and fire roasted salsa. We could tell it was all made in house. The queso had fresh ingredients and the salsa had tomatoes that were roasted onsite and a nice depth of flavor. Really good. The chips were nice and thin and tasty. Service was great. This place was a nightmare. Steaks came out under cooked. Took 20 minutes to get the steak back. While watching the Texans game a rat ran and sat on my foot while at the bar by the left side of the stage with my girlfriend .The rat proceeded to go under the stage. Spoke to the owner . He said he has aware of the rats for a couple days and still serving customers with rats in the restaurant . Then tried to justify the rats being in the service area because of his patio.
