I went here last night to hangout with some friends and had a great time and wasn't what I expected. 1st this place is HUGE and definitely geared toward big groups of people to come & hang out. However, with the place being so big I was surprised they only have 2 pool tables and no darts. I was skeptical to come because it was cold outside but Woodrow's has done a great job of not letting you feel that cold. There are big fire pits and space heaters that heat up the outside bar! We use to love coming to this Little Woodrow's. However this last time ruined it. Our server ignored us most of the night. It took everyone to finish their drinks and an extra 10 minutes for her to come around. At one point we ended up going to the bar (and she saw us) which caused us to have two tabs open. They changed their menu so took off a sandwich we really enjoyed and all their cocktails tasted water downed. For the price of everything it's not worth it. I also had to get the manager to close out one of our table tabs bc she wasn't acknowledging us. Honestly such a disappointment. read more

When I walked in I sat at the outside bar. There were waitresses standing at the door just staring at the customers. I saw multiple tables of people with no drinks. I ended up having to move to the inside bar to get a drink. The lady there was great. When the party came we had to find a new waitress. It's a bar Why is it so hard to get a drink in this bar. We have visited the Little Woodrow's downtown and that place is amazing and attentive. This place in Tomball needs work Or more staff training. All in all I spent Probably 70 bucks there and left with the party to go to district 249 and spent 170 there on just my bill. Very disappointed, we used to love coming to this place to watch sports sitting outside with the big screen, fantastic atmosphere. But our recent visit was interrupted when patrons were allowed to bring Pitbulls into the outdoor area. These animals were obviously very vicious. All other patrons who had pets with him had to leave. They were small children running around they had to leave. I complained to management they did absolutely nothing . We will never go back. I'm not allowed to carry a weapon inside this establishment. Why are they allowed to bring killer animals into this establishment? I just don't understand it. read more

Very nice outdoor area with a ton of varied seating, which stood in stark contrast to the homogeneity of the clientele. We sampled a few items from the food menu, which can be accessed from the QR codes posted to the bar. Probably should have ordered dinner from one of the trucks that was situated past the gate under the giant screen, as everything we tried was "fine," although definitely more affordable than expected. As is common with most bars, if you're not drinking alcohol, don't expect the level of service to match the service rendered to imbibing customers. tl;dr: this is a sports bar with a nice outdoor seating area - don't expect anything beyond that and you won't be disappointed. read more

Little Woodrow in Tomball is a good place to grab a drink and catch a game. It's just like their other locations. It's pretty laid-back with indoor and outdoor seating enough to accommodate a large group of people. The crowd is not usually very diverse. But overall, it's welcoming and a cool place to hang out. It's got typical bar food. I ordered the margarita flatbread pizza and it was different than what I'm used to, but still good. read more

Came here for the Love island watch party. had a table with some friends, not once did someone come to the table to take our order, we went to the bar to get all the drinks snd food. i wouldnt mind that but the bartenders are very inconvenient, my card wasnt working allegedly even though i can see i have more than enough in my account. i tried paying for me and my friends drink and the bartender told me it didnt work and went away, the whole outside of little woodrows is packed and there is 2baretender outside. i hear people saying next to me how rude the bartender are and im being ignored im sittibg atvthis bar for over 20 minutes waiting and starring for someone to take my order again. the place is nice but the service is below average read more

It's nice to finally have a decent beer spot close to my family's place. I've been taking my Gramps (96y/o) here to get him out of the house when I come to visit. The staff are always really nice, and thank him for his service every time he comes through. He likes swinging in the hanging chairs, and chatting about his stories. The beer selection is okay. They don't have a ton of heavy beers, heavy on the IPAs. I like my stouts. It's a really nice and new place, clean, and located next to the sheriff's station. They have a giant screen for sports, a lot of different areas, covered and open to choose from. We shall be back. read more

Be sure to get a receipt from bartenders if you order with them they will not ask you is you want to keep the tab open and will slide your card and you won't know the total "they can't print bc they're too busy" I went to the bar they took my card bartender slid the card and threw it back. Asked for a receipt I wasn't given one. Customer service was definitely not great at all. And they scammed me for the price of one drink I ended up paying 5x more the price. On top of that the "open tab" 20% charge when I clearly asked to close my tab. Contacted them I was told the GM would give me a call called the next day and they did not pick up my calls until I called from another cellphone then that call was answered right away. Very unprofessional at the end is not about the money is the way you treat your customers. First answered call lasted 2mins Next days called from my personal phone none of the calls were answered . If you've been searching for a sports bar that has a huge patio, is dog friendly and has a massive Jumbotron to watch all your favorite teams play, this is YOUR place! Just beware, if there are rivalries going on, it will be a pain trying to find a parking spot or a seat. Luckily there's turf and a mound of turf to stretch out on. My only complaint is when I went during a rivalry game and waiting on both bartenders inside and out for about forty-five minutes to get ONE drink. I have been to this location 3 times in the past week. Each night I can tell everyone working is doing their best. Especially the bartenders you can tell (especially on the weekend) they are working at full speed with a full capacity bar. I sat near a customer making a complaint about his ticket and they fixed it very quickly even though he had an attitude about it. I had the margarita flatbread one night as well as the garlic bread sticks another night. The flatbread was so so good. It had a balsamic glaze drizzled; the garlic bread was delicious also. Came here for the 1st time with some friends and we really enjoyed it! Excited to see more things popping up on our side of town. The drinks and service were good. Had a couple food trucks and they make their own pizza and sandwiches. Only downside to this location is the parking. While this location feels bigger inside than the other locations across Houston, parking fills up fast. We went around 9 pm and the lot was packed and people were getting towed outside the main lot. We stopped by to have a bit to eat and drink. We went inside and sat at the bar, and the female bartender did not make any type of eye contact or let us know that she would be with us. Now keep in mind there was only me and my boyfriend and 2 others sitting at the actual bar and only one table of people inside an outside. There were at least 10 people lined up at the bar and a handful out into the main area, so needless to say, the place was pretty empty. Of course It was a tuesday night. After sitting there for almost a good 10 minutes, we ask to see a menu. Yes, the reviews are true. The waitresses for the most part have been pretty sweet and give good service. Bartenders are nice too. Reasonable prices. For this location to be so big, I really appreciate how clean they keep it. Even during the current MLB World series games, it's been super packed but the ladies room has been kept up well. If you get lucky during the cooler months you've got to sit by the fire pit. Best view of the mega screen. I also like the patio swings. I'm usually not a fan of places that allow pets because it tends to smell like pets. I'm sure is part of it is due to them having a large outdoor space, but this place doesn't. It's one of the few bars that has customers who actually follow the rules. Ya know, the leash & potty guidelines :-) The only thing I don't care for is their pizza. Not horrible just not good to me. Such a fun place to hang out and watch a game or just hang with friends. It is huge and there are plenty of seats outside and inside. The parking lot was full when we got there because of a football game being on, but we parked in a nearby lot and they picked us up in a golf cart. We didn't have the fastest service sitting outside but we were okay walking to the main bar for drinks. They were pretty quick. They have food trucks and offer other food items as well. This location is out of the way than most of the Little Woodrow's locations closer to the city. You turn in the street, and it's nothing but cranes, concrete, and warehouse...kinda sketchy. Then, BAM! There's a huge parking lot and wide open space for the bar. There's plenty of seating inside and out. They serve pizza and one of the best warm pretzels I've had served in a pizza box with mustard and another sauce. I like it plain without all the coarse salt. Their single serve mojito is the size of a carafe pitcher...literally. They don't charge for soda (dry January)! Lanie was a great and attentive server for my friend's birthday party. Food trucks right outside are crawfish, tacos, fajita fries, micheladas, birria tacos/ramen. They take cash, card, Zelle, cashapp, PayPal.
