horrible place don't waste your money here , nobody stays at the office , so if you ever needs help there's no one you can call , i've paid my first month and before I moved in I requested a refund. when I paid I never got an entrance code or unit number, so I called public storage and stayed on hold for 40 minutes just for them to tell me that a district manager would be in touch in 48hrs , would never recommend this place to nobody. 0/10 read more

Donna was professional, extremely helpful, and gracious. She made the whole experience seamless from the time I walked in the door to the time I officially took over the parking spot. I highly recommend renting a space if she's there. More people in the service industry should be more like her because you can tell she was genuine and really cares! read more

In the past few weeks I have spent over $500 in packing supplies at this place. I went in today and the lady was chit-chatting with someone in Spanish about non-business related things. When I walk in the lady rudely tells me one customer at a time in a really rude manner. I doubt the guy she was talking to was even a customer. I'll never go to this place again. Very rude. read more

The staff is amazing and so helpful and the place is clean and orderly. The general manager recently helped me with a storage transfer as I needed to move to a smaller unit and she was so kind and made everything so easy for me. read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT PUBLIC STORAGE!!!! Imagine keeping your household goods at this facility and having everything contaminated with cockroaches. We had never seen these disgusting insects, before retrieving our stored items from Public Storage in Coconut Creek, FL. We relocated back to WA, but kept our household goods in storage, until Mar 29, 2022. We spent $9,325.01 to keep our possessions in safekeeping. Then, spent an additional $6,800 to bring them back to our home in WA only to find nearly everything contaminated with LIVE cockroaches. The District Manager, Pam Mullins, refuses to call back after leaving 8 messages for her. Public Storage says, "We'll treat your stuff like it's our stuff." Don't bother filing a claim with The Orange Door (a subsidiary of Public Storage) because the policy will only pay $250 after $150 deductible. Our contents were insured by our homeowner's policy for $230K anywhere in the world, but the infestation is not a covered peril. Imagine it! read more

So i rented a unit from here due to some misfortune. I pondered in living this review because my belongings are there, but I decided that I'll risk it. I'll start with NO restrooms , no water fountains, not even as much as a soda machine. THEN after moving my things into this unit in the sweltering heat in South Florida for 3 days ....I pull in and the manager comes out to tell me there is a problem, i left some boxes (empty) for a friend to pick up, he never came. My bad. So i asked if there was a dumpster to discard them. The answer was no. BUT there is a dumpster.i saw other tenants using it. Guess it just wasn't for me to use. Checked out a cpl other storage companies, they offer everything they don't. Hmmm. Once I return back to Florida I'll be vacating . Not at all impressed at all. The way she came flying out of the office and exclaiming "We have a problem" you woulda thought something serious or tragic had happened. I wouldn't refer a soul. read more

Quite compassionate, NOT! I accidently left 40 cents off my rent. Let me repeat, 40 cents. I started getting messages that my rent was past due and unit would go into auction soon. Really? For 40 cents???? WOW. They actually still owe ME a refund from overcharging me $8 for four months. I will never do business with this company ever again. read more

Wow, what an excellent experience I had at this location with the manager Iris! I walked in and was greeted with a great attitude and made to feel welcome right from the start. Iris reviewed what I was looking for space wise and actually gave me a couple different options so I could compare prices for each size unit. Once I picked one she took me on a guided tour of the property explaining everything from operating hours to entrances, exits, locations of the dollies etc. Then before I left she made sure I picked up all my packing needs(tape,box's, plastic wrap) really going above and beyond. I would recommend anybody needing storage in the area visit this location. read more

The people that work there are super nice - I had a reservation and when I got there the unit was not available - I had movers on the way and was forced to purchase a higher priced unit - when I called corporate they did not care and basically only want your money and do not care about customer service. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. My biggest complaint is that my monthly rent started at $140 and is now $225 per month for the same unit after 2 years. That's over a 60% increase. read more

Just started renting today from them. Iris, the property manager, was extremely helpful and polite. She took the time to show me the new unit and walk me through the contract, etc... She also did a great job trying to upsell me on a few items in a very polite manner. I definitely recommend this facility - great location and an excellent experience. read more
