Do not trust them! My son got a unit at cube self storage on West Hillsboro blvd in Coconut Creek about 4 months ago. It is run by dummy idiot male and dummy idiot female. They are useless idiots. Since he got the unit, which is in a shaded spot, the light did not work and was hanging by UNSAFE wires. My son reported it to the dumb useless female employee at the opening of the unit. She said she would take care of it and be in touch with him. She did nothing! Then I went in there and spoke to both idiots! They were both there. They said they would call us to meet the person to fix it asap! Its been a few months and nothing was done and no call to repair has been made. THIS UNIT IS NOT EVEN USEABLE. THIS IS A NEGLAGENT FACILITY!!! THE DUMMY EMPLOYEES ARE USLESS! The staff are terrible! They have the worst customer service! They just do NOT care at all! Cube Smart Self Storage located at 4801 Hillsboro Blvd your service is terrible and unsafe! This company cant even change a light bulb! They are useless! Do NOT trust anything that you consider the slightest bit valuable with them! They will let you down...guaranteed!! I do not know there names but there is lazy dummy female and lazy dummy male! My credit card was compromized for payment by Cube Smart . Tried to get help several times with no one ever calling my back . Still owe me 194,50 since the beginning of December , 2023. If you dont mind getting ripped off , and then you cant get through to anyone to assist you , Margate location will make sure that you dont get answers or the money you are owed ! Narwal was the only person to help. But i still have not received a credit for what they owe me! Dont trust them for a minute ! read more

They don't even deserve the one star. When I started storing my stuff there years ago it was independently owned and the gentleman that owned it was very nice. WENDY is great except she has no help. The property was sold back to CubeSmart and the service has gone downhill there are two people that work this facility. Every time I go to the office to try and make a payment there's nobody there. Every time I call the office they don't answer.I refuse to pay the convenience fee to pay my bill online. I spend a lot of money to keep my stuff there and I get zero service. read more

We need a place to store items for for about a year. We researched the storage sites and decided to go with Cubesmart at 4801 W Hillsboro Blvd in Coconut Creek. I went over there today and paid for our storage. I was greeted by Vivana. She throughly explained everything to me and as quite helpful. So far I am very happy with the size of the unit. read more

I hate that I have to leave this review. But I've been a customer there for years, and went in yesterday to upgrade my unit to a larger one. They were about to charge me $69 a month for a 4x5 when online it was $58. I mentioned the online price and the lady snapped back with an attitude that that was for new customers only. (It doesn't say that anywhere on the advertisement.) But she stuck to it and wouldn't even work with me. So, I told her I would take my business elsewhere. Even after being a customer there for years she wasn't willing to do anything. Which actually worked out well for me in the end. Because only a block away there was Extra Space Storage and I ended up getting a 5x5 storage unit for $42 instead of paying $69 for a 4x5! Even the guy at the other storage place said what they do honor their online prices for existing customers. It would have been a simple thing for her to do and she couldn't be bothered. Plus, Extra Space Storage is so much cleaner and they they have covered bays in case it is raining and you need to load/unload your items. read more

I deliberated carefully over how many stars to award CubeSmart Storage. Although they are 5 stars across the board in safety, cleanliness, helpfulness, and access I believe their pricing is more like a 'bait & switch' and therefore I marked 2 stars. I rented from them beginning in 2015. It was a 7.5 x 10 X 7.5 for $144.00 per month. A few months later my rate began going up. I just moved my things out in August of 2019...4 years later...and my rate was $218.00 per month. That's over $70 more a month. An average of $200 more per year for 4 years in a row. More disturbingly, the same unit is currently available online for $78.00 per month! Businesses are supposed to value their customers. How does pricing and rate hikes like this reflect a company that values their customers? Again, I stress that other than pricing this place is the best. The 2 stars are to get your attention so when you sign up for one price you'll be aware and expect that your starting rate won't last long. Lisa read more

I was a customer for several years. The office staff was okay, not very helpful on most occasions. I want to move to a bigger storage area, but they were not very accommodating. They did not care if I stayed or left. The bathroom in the facility was always dirty, and the walkways were in poor condition. I just moved to the new storage facility, just East of them. The building is amazing, covered loading and unloading area and the office staff is also amazing. The price is a lot cheaper then Cube Smart. It was a pain to move items, but well worth it. read more
