No letter was mailed out informing me of a price increased. The system says one thing but Kristen in her nice nasty voice tells me what the lease says. When asked to speak to someone over her, she had to the nerve to ask me why? I will be sending a letter to the Attorney General informing them of how they work. I will also be moving out in April. This place is HORRIBLE. DON'T DO IT!!!

It took a bit to move everything and the rent went way up after 2 months- after the break in. I was not notified and just saw all this money deducted from my account- I never got that back. A few months after that my friends unit was broken into. Both times of break-ins these were not the only units...it seemed to be a regular occurrence. I tried many times - at the time- to contact the corporate office, but was always directed back to the location and dismissed. They are very shady and don't think you will even be able to speak with the national office as there is no way to get through to them.

We called the hotline and they sent us to Amy at this location. Within minutes she had us set up with our moving truck and on our way. When we returned the truck Amy made it just as quick. We ended up storing our belongings at this location as well at the last minute. Amy had a great unit available with climate control. The staff was excellent and we had easy access to the unit which made moving in super easy. We had a horrible day due to the original truck issues and the original storage unit fiasco. Amy was able to provide us with both truck services and storage. Highly recommend this business!

I reserved a 10x15 unit online and spoke with the manager to schedule a day to come in and take…read morecare of everything. I drove in, paid for the first month and admin fee, confirmed my unit, and was told by the manager on duty (not the regular manager, he was filling in) to make sure the unit was all right. I went, and it had a combination lock on it. Turns out that the unit confirmed for me had apparently been rented out from under me, and not updated in the system. That was the last unit of that kind so I am out the money with no storage space until the regular manager contacts me to fix this. Not thrilled about this, but I'll update if/when this is fixed.
