They never told me or would tell me "we will send a receipt once the transaction has been processed" Excuse me?? I can't know what I'm paying for before I pay?? The check engine was on prior to pickup once talking to customer service they assured me the vehicle was fine to take and the light must've not been turned off when the vehicle was serviced last but assured me it was ok. I'm guessing it wasn't ok because I got charged for 2000$ worth of damage I didn't do WHILE purchasing the insurance. Fast forward a year we get ANOTHER uhaul under another name of course apparently we dropped it off at the wrong drop off location even though that's the location their email said and they straight up told us The email was wrong and they would charge us 200$ to drive it 0.7 miles down the road to another uhaul location we have no idea about.
