You need a key fob to access the building, elevators, and your storage unit. It's a little annoying doing so many "beeps", but I'd prefer more safety than less. The space has been clean and well maintained every time I've visited, even the bathrooms. Their team was really friendly when I came in to get set up and has made sure my packages got to the unit every time. So far, so good!

First, you scan your key fob to get into the building. There's double doors and a timer. You dint have to fight with the door while you move. Upon getting on the elevator, you have to scan your key fob and it takes you to your floor only. Once you're off the elevator, you have to scan the unit on the wall to unlock the secondary lock to your unit. Talk about extra security! You cant beat it. You do not have to scan your fob to go down or to exit the building, which is dope. This location is pretty clean and the temp is comfortable inside. What makes this even better is the location and the price of the unit. Im extremely happy with the unit and this company!

I used Yelp's "get a quote" feature to pull several business estimates for movers. Mitchell from…read morePrecise movers contacted me right away, letting me know that they would need a little more information to price my job accurately. I reached back out to him right away to get a quote. He was so great and easy to talk to on the phone, and explained the whole cost breakdown. He asked me to text him exactly what we would need moved, and when/where. He was able to get me a great price; lower than what I expected. We set a time and date with the seceratary and confirmed the day before. I expected that the movers might be late because I scheduled them to come at 4PM on a Saturday, which is always a busy day. However, they ended up Coming much later than I thought. Of course the movers had a full schedule, and I anticipated that. I really can NOT be upset with Precise for being late because Mitchell texted me to let me know at noon that they were running late, and got me in contact with the crew manager so we would have a point of contact. So I knew WAY ahead of time to plan for a late arrival, which was great. The move was supposed to be at 4, and they didn't end up making it until 7pm. Although I was upset that it threw my time frame off by a couple of hours, the issue that caused the late arrival was super unforeseen and they handled everything really professionally: even sent an extra third man for FREE to help speed things up! So awesome! Jay and the crew were amazing, super strong, nice and worked so fast. Everything ended up in the house where I needed it, and they worked their butts off getting it all done in the time frame given: I really appreciate their hustle! One tip though, for the booking process is to make sure you have some extra money on hand for tax when you go to pay at the end of the job. I was paying in cash, and almost didn't have enough on me to cover that expense. I wasn't informed there would be taxes; but I guess maybe that's something I just should have known? It all worked out, and I highly recommend Mitchell and his team.

I have been renting from this location for almost 7 years. When I first started renting my unit at…read morethis location, the company was different, and I had no issues with the old company. After SRA took over, my problems began. First, the pricing kept rising, and for someone who rented from the old company and had a rate that only changed once in a few years, I was not bothered. But every year after SRA took over, my rate increased. For the major problem that I had last year, SRA decided they were going to install electronic locks. They sent out a notice, and I was not nesaserly ok with them taking my lock off and opening my unit to strangers, but there was nothing I could do. I was in California when they decided to change the locks. While I was not ok with the situation, I thought to myself that it would be fine because they have cameras and if anything happens, SRA would know. SRA hired a third-party company to install the new electronic locks. I understood this was SRA's responsibility, so if anything happened, SRA would take care of it. WhenIi got back to Ohio from California, I went to SRA to check out my Unit and make sure everything was fine. To my surprise, everything was not fine. I opened my Unit to find a number of my boxes open, and it was obvious that someone had gone through those now open boxes. I also noticed that I had two crates of liquor missing. and a box of liquor was opened, and a few bottles were obviously missing. Once I noticed that things were missing and again was not exactly sure what all was missing without going through all my things and unpacking the boxes, I went to speak to management. Paul, I believe his name is, took my information and sent it to the District Manager. While I can not remember his name now, I did receive a call from him. I was told that the DM would pull the footage and get back to me. I never heard back. When I called him back, he said it would take time. To this day, I still have never heard back. Fast forward to today, and I have now cleaned my unit out even though I am prepaid to October. I have gone through a few of the open boxes and found that bar glasses are missing as well. So the men who installed the locks took liquor and bar glasses. While the items taken do not add up to a whole lot, it still bothers me that I was ignored for so long after SRA allowed someone to open my unit and take things, and they didn't feel it was important enough to make the situation right. The other issue I have is when I called SRA after they took over to ask about prepaying for my unit 6 months in advance, I was never told that any prepaid money would not be refunded. I was actually told that any months I did not use the unit, I would get that money refunded to me. It was not until recently, when I tried to pay for the next 6 months, that I was told by Paul that if I did that, I would be out that money if I left early. I am happy that Paul was honest; however,r the girl who was working at SRA when they first took over told me wrong. My unit is now empty, and I have moved on from SRA. From here on out, I will never rent storage from SRA again, and I have told everyone I know not to use SRA as well. I am not sure why they didn't wait until the units were empty to install the locks. I guess they saw dollar signs and didn't care if people's items were safe or not.
