Absolutely terrible customer service, rude from start to finish. It's completely unacceptable for any business to treat a customer the way I was treated. I put my belongs in storage and they where damage due to water and I filed a claim and it has been 3 months now and they have a bad case of bugs and maybe even bed bugs, do not use this location, it's not clean and if something is damage they will not help to resolve the issue and the orange door insurance is a scam read more

If I could give it zero stars, that'd be what this place deserves. The evening clean up lady is rude, loud and straight up just mean. My friend paid an unreasonable amount to store his vehicle there and bcuz it doesn't run he needed help getting it into the unit. Halfway in he needed some help getting it into the space. I made my way up there w tow straps to help. First 2 minutes I'm there, I get a phone call saying I needed to move my car which was in guest parking, but I was threatened that I'd be towed if I didn't move it off the property. I walk to move my truck and she comes out tripping telling me I can't come back on the property if I go out the gate. WHAT KIND OF STORAGE CLOSES AT 6PM?!? My friend had to push his car out of the storage bcuz this ranting, raving, horrible woman wouldn't give us 5 minutes to pull it in. A little consideration isn't too much to ask if your a paying customer is it?? RIDICULOUS. read more

I needed a small affordable storage unit to store some of my son's furniture and personal so items since he was moving out of his apt and coming home to try to enter the military. I called public storage and they made a suggestion on the size unit I needed. I actually called a location a little further away from where I was located so they transferred my reservation to a nearby location. Gina is the manager and attendant at the highway 6 location. She greeted my warmly and enthusiastically when I entered. She made suggestions on what I needed to protect the mattresses, some sort of thing that absorbs moisture and took me to see the unit. It was a very easy process. I would definitely recommend Gina's public storage. I only needed one of the two mattress covers I purchased from her so she refunded me a day later on the second one. Do NOT move into this storage! I rented a unit online to store equipment for my children's soft play rental business. When I went to put my stuff in there the unit was disgusting . It was infested with bugs, smelled filthy and there was a hole in the ceiling which was leaking water all over my property. The facility was filthy. There was garbage and mattresses everywhere. Just overall not a good location. I spoke to LYDIA who admitted to me that she did not clean the unit before having it available for rent. I have been trying to get a refund and they will not refund me my money even though I was there for less than 24 hours. After Linda agreed to giving me a refund, she was being pushy to have us rent another unit, but I did not want to rent at that facility anymore because it was so dirty. So I told her I just wanted my refund and she agreed. Here I am a week later now they are telling me they are not going to refund me my money. This facility is a joke. read more

I never gave a review of this place before now because I was not happy with the service. I just now downloaded the yelp app to see that there is a review under my name. These people were very nice at first and I always paid on time until my husband, who is now cancer free, was diagnosed with lung cancer. I kept in touch with them to let them know that I had most of their payment but needed some help with a payment plan to pay the rest. I'm on a fixed income so getting my husband to the doctors and testing took precedence over public storage. They were so rude to me and didn't want to work with me at all!!! They began to call me 5-6 times a day, with a very ugly attitude saying if I don't pay, they would take my things to recover payment. All I had in there was a brand new washer and dryer. They ended up taking that TO RECOVER WHAT I OWED THEM, and are still on my credit as of today, wanting more money!!! I would never go back to public storage because of this experience. I would also NEVER refer anyone to this location!!! Because this was my experience, there is NO WAY I would have written a good review on this location AT ALL!!! I think they are going on yelp with people's email and creating accounts and writing reviews. I even had to change my password just to be able to log in. Apparently, when they created the account they set up a password. I REPEAT, I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS UNTIL NOW!!! I will also be reporting this to the authorities!!! read more
