He actually cares and it is great to see that (esp these days) and the work ethic he applies at helping me and the customers of this facility. A top notch facility to store your possessions with the confidence of redundant security, CCTV,…read morehelpful personnel, multiple digital access points and easily accessible. Further, the digital access points offer a button to immediately obtain assistance from the employee at the front desk of the facility. You're really never alone except after normal business hours. The facility offers various sized storage areas for which the pricing will vary. We never experienced any immediate issues or problems. The employee at the front desk was always helpful, friendly and offered accessories for purchase such as locks for the security gate of your storage area. You can be assured that the multiple digital access points increases the confidence level against non-authorized entry. When entering our storage areas, we frequently encountered other customers who cheerfully assisted us in helping to to move items and load our vehicle. My only recommendation (that would not change my rating) to the facility owner/management is to properly replace or properly repair the hand trucks. Of the three made available within the storage area where my rented storage room was located, only one properly functioned. The other two were broken in that the handles or bars to pull the hand trucks kelp "popping out" of the carts. This was very annoying when pulling/pushing them without a load but especially aggravating when pulling/pushing a loaded hand truck and losing control of the hand trucks. One hand truck clearly showed a short-cut attempt to temporarily fix it by using duct tape to secure it. This attempt to short term fix it reflects an apparent cost-saving attempt my the owner/management rather than to pursue the proper method and simply replace it. Lastly, if a potential customer is considering a long term lease, please occasionally check your billing statements as rental price increases will occur to your account - acceptable and understandable.

It's a smaller place but there was no one in there so we were helped immediately by a really friendly guy. The process was fast and easy and we were in and out in relatively no time at all. As we were about to leave we noticed that the side mirror was a little loose but he had someone tighten it up for us quickly. Customer service was great and our experience was smooth and easy. What else could we ask for?

Being a single mother 2 sons ages 16 & 6 sons we where refered to have them come and store our house hold belongings PAID for. January -March 2023 When they packed things up and made a list the processed was rushed a bit. I even told them take anything they wanted it was a good process. Then upon delivery the man in charge was like "Geez They paid for all of this." Meaning the government with a judgement mental tone. I brushed it off didn't respond no DSS doesn't pay for my new apartment buddy. Well I am still on crutches signed off didn't have much energy to check but then I realized SO MUCH WAS STOLEN! MY IRREPLACEABLE PUCTURES OF MY FATHER WHO PASSED LAST YEAR. All of my son's clothing size 5-6T ALL Of my jeans about 18 pairs. My clothes where picked through heavily about 3 giant zip sealed bags opened deflated. My son's PS4 gone. ALL of my kitchen appliances GONE. When I called back they just kept saying impossible they wouldn't check the footage. They got me good I'm in the middle of needing heart issues and doctor appointments and raising my son as a good mother and they took advantage of my kindness and disabilities. I will never forget this. They are lucky I let it go and didn't call the police. If you are unlucky enough to use this service DOCUMENT list and take pictures of everything do not let them drop off and leave. They will take you for anything. The forces on the other side will see what you guys have done you may not be punished in this life time but you will in the next. Guaranteed.
