I have had the unfortunate experience of having to move out of my home before my new house was ready. So my only option was to put all of my expensive new furniture into storage. This was not just a simple task for me because I live in a 3000 square-foot five bedroom home. So it took about 4-5 storages to fit everything. I am extremely particular about my furniture because I had just purchased a lot of it brand new and it was nowhere near cheap. The staff here was really great and accommodating when they're actually in the office. The storages here are so clean and there's air-conditioning so you don't have to worry about the Vegas heat destroying your property. It is monitored 24/7 by security and cameras everywhere. I feel very secure having my belongings in this establishment and I'm so thankful for them. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because I was promised to get 48 hours of 24 hour access and that never happened. I don't like when I'm promised something and it's not delivered. Another thing is that I wish it was a little bit more warm because if you come during a busy time, there's a long line. But for the safety, it's worth it. Other than that, I have nothing but rave reviews about this place. If you want a trusted storage, definitely go with this particular location. read more

It's fact that ALL storage companies, by design, increase rent as time goes by in order to keep business coming and going like a revolving door. With that being said, nobody gets a 5 star. This specific location at Maryland & Pebble is getting in my nerves. Nobody there emphasized with me in the beginning that we have to punch in our code. Then almost a year later...we get a phone call about how they will fine us for not punching out with our code...with a very undermining and condescending tone. Ok, so from then on, I complied with the rules. I understand it's my responsibility to read the fine print. The thing is, I observe everyone that goes in and out of the unit and almost nobody at all enters their code as they're leaving. But management does nothing about the guy right across from me who runs a clothing business directly out of their unit which reeks of marijuana. The same guy also shares his code while letting strangers/customers in and out of the buiding as they're leaving. I know management sees this on their surveillance but does nothing about. "3.5.5 No Conducting Business, Habitation or Loitering. You will not use Your Space to conduct business or as living space for humans, animals or any living thing." There is nothing in the rental agreement specifically that mentions entering your code upon leaving the storage unit. So before you guys want to threaten me about a code, maybe you should enforce ALL the rules with EVERYONE instead of nitpicking with renters at your own personal discretion. read more

Reserved a unit arrived to drop stuff off and the loading dock was occupied by a uhaul. When I spoke to Daniel I stated I needed something convenient as I'm a single mom and my toddler would be with me. He did not state only way to access third floor was by the loading dock. When I called about other access points he was cold and stated there is no other access point and to pick less busy times. No refund thanks for taking money that could feed my kids. read more

Everything is in tip top condition the place is really clean everything is brand new and well lit. every entry point in every level requires your enter a code so I feel that my things are really safe here , they have so many cameras and the manager in the office is really friendly and answered all my questions they even have TWO large hand carts to help make my move in as easy as it could be , I would recommend all my family and friends to store here 10/10!!! read more

I've been storing my things here since April. It's not secure at all. The garage door to enter and exit has been broke for months. Anyone can enter the storages. There is never anyone there to help you. The elevators smell horrible and are extremely dirty. My rent was increased $50 for no reason. I'll be removing my things before the 1st for sure. I wouldn't recommend storing your property here as anyone can come and go as they please. I'm sure this doesn't go for all public storages but this one I'd avoid at all cost! read more

Moved in 12/5/22 at $160 a month. January 2023 they raised it to $180 a month. I was not upset until 3 months later in April 2023 I received a notice that it was going to go to $222 a month. The website advertises 170 a month for my same unit. I was upstairs all the way to the back in a 10x15. I say was because I moved out 5/27/23. Public Storage is greedy! I had auto pay. I was never late! 2 increases in under 6 months is Greed! Do Not Move In! You will be drained financially. The employees are great, security is great! The Corporate is the problem. I moved to a brand new storage facility where I got free use of their moving truck. 2 months for fee and same size unit price is $140 a month for a year! I'm in a better location all the way around! They raised our rent without telling us. Got a call in December that our storage space was compromised, when I looked it seemed like someone was trying to break in from the top of it. I was told it would be fixed and security footage would be looked at. Today, two months later, as I go to my unit it was evident that someone had broken into it. We didn't get a phone call or nothing. No one is ever there and no one answers the phone. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. read more

The Public Storage situation gets even worse! They WON'T give me a refund (except for the $19 lock) because they said I didn't live up to the contract. When I reminded them that they never showed me where the storage location is, they told me it was texted to me. I had to remind them again that the number was 0145, and it's on the first floor. All of the numbers on the first floor start with 1, not 0. I tried finding where the 0 area was to no avail and the office was CLOSED both times that I was there so there was no help from them. I told them they need to put a map up showing where all of the locations are so people know where to go. ... now get this!!!... She told me there IS a map like that. It's located IN THE ELEVATOR!!! Yeah, like I'm going to go into an elevator when the storage unit is on the first floor. This is the idiocracy I'm dealing with!!! ----------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 12/13/22 The district manager called me this afternoon to discuss the situation and has authorized a full refund. I'd like to add a star to my review just for that reason, but then again with the hell that they put me through I don't think even one star was justification so the one star rating was earned by the district manager because I was a really angry customer and she rectified the situation satisfacorily. read more

Very interesting storage facility. No one is ever in the office. Many times I've had questions and office hours state 930 to 6. I was at the storage from 7 AM until 11:30 AM and there were no representative there. How do you do business with no one is ever in the office previously before moving into the facility. I tried to contact the storage about a change in my move-in date one week straight. I called during the business hours, and it was always a recording. Not quite sure how that works. read more

There is a old man there that recently relocated from another public storage location. He has a ponytail, pretends to be helpful but honestly serves to find joy in making people's life difficult. Honestly I would prefer not to get into the specifics of the situation as I feel there would be repercussions to our storage unit. I believe his name is Tom. Not worth remembering at this point. It was pleasing before he came along. Everyone was so nice and helpful before then. No it's a nightmare! He hangs up on people. Charges a fee for whatever is humanly possible. Public Storage is the absolute worst storage facility I ever rented at. There is no one in the office to help you when you have any issue-- it just sits there empty most of the time (and if you leave a message they never call back). The units are not secure, as the exit door has been broken for months. Anyone can walk in and wander the halls. If you come into the loading area with your car, you're expected to back it out the entrance door. Someone tried to break my lock recently, but luckily did not succeed. The parking is ridiculous-- inside there is usually someone blocking other vehicles, making it hard to leave once you're done. I found it easier to park outside to avoid that, but it required more walking. There are only two moving carts for the entire facility, so people are constantly waiting for one to become available. It's also rather dirty-- no one to clean it and no trash cans. Every place I ever rented had on-site managers who were there during business hours. This is the worst excuse for a storage facility that I've ever encountered. They're cheap, I'll give them that-- but that's it! Find a facility with managers, so you feel safer for yourself and your belongings. I am so glad to be done with this place! read more
