Maria, Seth and Isaiah were wonderful to work with today as I needed to quickly get a storage unit. The whole experience was pleasant and they were helpful and made sure I knew about all the supplies they have available for moves but they did not get irritating how some sales people can be when trying to get you to buy things that you don't need during stressful times like moving!! This place probable only has one person that has the etiquette to speak to customers properly and that is along with their District Manager. They DO NOT know how to treat customers and for lack of words "basic respect". This place and company are awful. They do not work with you and tell you ,"Its' not our problem" and they do not care. Then have the audacity to ask why you would have valuable items in your unit. Disgusting. I HIGHLY suggest other storage facilities. read more

Public Storage is a very dishonest company as a whole. I've read many reviews and it seems that PS does not like to disclose information up front about several things. All of the employees can't wait to show you a unit and hand you a lock but they forget to mention that the lock cost $18. I really felt like they were giving me the lock-not so.The price is never really disclosed but you are told that you will be charged for the lock when you are 80% of the way thru the contract process. When I went to my car I pulled out the contract and notice the $18 lock fee(PS probably pays .50c per). I asked Leslie about the charge and she said that you have to have this type of lock. I told her that I owned one and she said it was to late that I already paid for it. Wow! The $22 "administrative" fee, again this is told to you after you have chosen your storage unit and are processing paperwork. Like a "resort fee" or a "baggage fee", this fee is just another dishonest way to advertise a price for goods that doesn't really exist. Instead of going over the contract with you line by line, they fold it up and place it in an envelope to hide all the things they didn't say. And this is where they excel- the things that they don't say. Obviously, this behavior comes from their corporate office and the company strategy for maximum profits. PS is a real slick bunch so watch out and ask a lot of questions. Buyer beware always rest with the consumer but some companies are actually upfront and honest when they do business, not PS. WARNING TO ALL WHO WANT TO RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!! I signed up on line for a 10' x 10' storage space for $150.00. I went to check out the space before I signed the rental agreement. The space ended up being a corner left over and very irregular space which measured 4.5' on one side x 7' on the other side x 9.5 ' wide. I know my math is not great, but how does that measure to 100 sq. feet? I was told that if I wanted a true 10 x 10 room, I would have to pay $177 on line reservation or $196 rented on site. I asked to call the manager, DAN KNIPP, who was very difficult to contact because he is a district manger, somewhere, not on site. He rudely told me that the advertising was a special and that the measurement on their room is "approximate" and as close to as possible to what is advertised and to take it or leave it. I asked if he knew the actual measurement of the room I was shown. He said he had no idea. I gave him the measurements because I used my own measuring tape since I was told there was no measuring tape on site available to use. How convenient! Getting no help or logical answer from this very rude machine who calls himself a district manager, I asked to speak to Dan's supervisor. Of course, I had to leave Brett Winslow a message. I told him my dilemma with the false advertising PS uses and also told him I would be posting a very negative review if I did not hear from him today. Well, no call back. DAN KNIPP is a horrible rude representative for PS and BRETT WNSLOW does not care about the company he works for either. Thank goodness, the two ladies who work at this site were helpful to me and found me different location with a space size I need. read more

I leased a space for two months with no major issues. We were able to move in and out very easily with a drive-up storage unit - which I highly recommend. One drawback from their company policy is that they do not accept returns on their packaging products after 30 days. Do not overbuy on boxes, tape, etc. But overall - pretty satisfied. If you have an issue, ask for Johnny. He was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Thanks, Johnny! read more

This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They do not honor their advertised specials, the place is dirty and poorly maintained and the staff is untrained and lazy. The district manager, Ryan Sessions, is also unprofessional and unhelpful. I would recommend renting elsewhere. read more

Great staff! I have rented a few times at this location. Maria,Paul, and Jose have always gone out of their way to assist me and answers all my questions. I didn't want to give 5 stars because upper management is extremely hard to get a hold of and isn't always so pleasant but I didn't want that to take away from how amazing the rest of the staff is. my first experience here I came into the store and was not greeted by the girl sitting down I went up to her and tried getting information from her which is extremely poor customer service. if you work for a company and someone walks in the business you great them. after talking to LESLIE the day we moved in she spoke to my husband and informed him that since we forgot our lock she would put a temporary lock on till the next morning. after I went to retrieve the lock from her in the office she denied ever saying that because another employee was in the room and it was against policy for her to do that. she should have never told him anything if it was against policy and then denying it and calling him a liar. the storage unit we got was the last drive up one outside. our unit gate was broken and we had to hold it up while moving in our furniture. that is very unsafe and an issue anyone can sue Public Storage if we got hurt but their faulty gate. she then said she would call us to have someone repair the gate and never actually did call us to have the gate repaired. Public Storage is a good company but with LESLIE there it makes it an extremely poor customer service experience and having her lie to us about fixing our gate and her telling my husband a lie and denying she ever said anything when she did is aweful. I work in customer service and it's about going above and beyond for customers and making them be able to have a great experience and be willing to recommend the company to family and friends and after dealing with LESLIE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. read more
