This location is an authorized FedEx, UPS and DHL dealer. They have the shipping portion covered, let's talk about Island Packaging! I have 4 dogs in the home; one could have been seriously injured. I hired movers to make this easier as a disabled Marine Corps veteran. Instead, they created more work and a safety hazard. Upon talking to the operations manager Adam Bradshaw, he offered no compensation or apology for the incident that occurred. Update. Upon calling back the number that was provided it lead back to the main office, I was led back to Adam Bradshaw. Who refused to help me any further. When I asked for corporate's number, he said he was not able to give it out but I could look it up ** Update I called the corporate office who also refused to help I've made a charge back on my bank.
