DO NOT HIRE TUJI. Tuji was the most disingenuous, dishonest and nontransparent company I have dealt…read morewith. They ignored my moving agreement, missed the box-delivery date, and were hours late for the rescheduled delivery. I contracted 4 movers, but only 2 arrived on moving pick up day turning a 6- to 7-hour move into a 14-hour day. They gave no advance notice (they said more movers may come later but that did not happen). After the 14 hour move they tried to collect $1,000 in unexplained upcharges, which I refused to pay. Over the next two weeks, I spent hours trying to secure the 4 movers for the delivery move and remove the charges I had never agreed to. On delivery day, only 3 movers arrived, and the job still took 10 hours instead of the expected 5. They also used Penske rental trucks instead of Tuji-branded moving vans, and the trucks were smaller than a large moving-company truck. Tuji eventually waived the unauthorized upcharges as a "goodwill credit." They were clearly understaffed and should not have accepted the move but instead treated the signed agreement as an ongoing negotiable contract and relied on repeated excuses. Apologies if Tuji staff members were in a truck accident and in the hospital...but...the continued excuses presented as "the dog ate my homework." When voicing complaints, they continuously redirect the communication and just keep the "floor spinning" with nonsense to avoid direct answers. Some staff used both Zip to Zip and Tuji email addresses, suggesting a shared service arrangement. Tuji also provided no direct-dial numbers or individual emails, only a generic address. Hard to determine who works for what company. I ended up paying about what was expected (after numerous emails/phone calls) but got VERY LONG move days which I wanted to avoid. The movers themselves were hardworking and excellent; a competitor would be wise to hire them.

I hired HINES-HAULERS LLC for a long-distance move from Bethlehem, PA to Philadelphia, PA. The…read moredeposit was paid promptly, and all move details were clearly discussed in advance, including the pickup time and the designated move-in window. This move was for a senior citizen, and I was coordinating the process on her behalf. The move and loading were scheduled for 03/31/2026 at 10:00 AM in Bethlehem, PA. At 10:00 AM, the crew had not arrived, and there had been no communication from HINES-HAULERS LLC. At 10:32 AM, I reached out via text message to request an update. I was informed that the crew was at a U-Haul location awaiting dispatch but was being redirected to another location. I reminded HINES-HAULERS LLC that the senior living facility had provided a strict 1:00 PM-3:00 PM move-in window. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to that message. At 11:28 AM, I again requested an estimated time of arrival. At 11:40 AM, I was advised that the crew had located a U-Haul approximately 15 minutes from the Bethlehem location, and HINES-HAULERS LLC apologized for the delay. However, the crew did not arrive at the loading location until 12:00 PM, two hours after the scheduled time. When the crew arrived, they came with a truck that was too small for the move. Despite this issue, the crew members were extremely apologetic, courteous, and respectful. I would like to commend them for their patience and professionalism, particularly in their interactions with my aunt, who was understandably having a difficult day. The crew worked diligently to handle the items carefully and as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, due to the delayed start and the inadequate truck size, the agreed-upon time window was not met. We did not leave Bethlehem until 2:12 PM and did not arrive at the drop-off location until 3:50 PM. After speaking with management at the senior facility, I was able to negotiate an extension for the use of the service elevator so that the larger items could be moved upstairs. The crew made every effort to ensure that all items were organized and assembled as requested. My dissatisfaction with HINES-HAULERS LLC centers on the lack of communication, the two-hour delay, and the use of an undersized truck. While the crew did their best under difficult circumstances, the lateness of the move caused significant issues. The entire process took over seven hours. Additionally, I was originally quoted a flat rate of $1,100.00, yet I was ultimately charged $180.00 per hour. Although I paid the bill in full because the crew completed the move, I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled. Given that this move involved a senior citizen, there appeared to be little consideration for the specific needs of an elderly client, including access to meals, medication, and other essential needs during such a lengthy process. Overall, I believe HINES-HAULERS LLC failed to properly manage this move. Based on this experience, I cannot say that I would recommend or use their services again.

Storage Manager Lauren made my move in easy peazy! She was kind, considerate, respectful and acted like she truly appreciated my business. With large companies like Public Storage you sometimes get the feeling that employees can care less about their customers. Specially in a sea of 700 plus units it could be easy to feel like your just another renter. Lauren acted like she cared about my customer service experience, and treated me with the respect that an owner would. Seeing her take ownership was just another reason why I enjoyed this experience. She took the time out to explain everything in detail and helped me understand the insurance process and all the things I needed to know to begin my rental. She also personally walked me to my unit to make sure I was happy with its size and location. Signing paperwork was a breeze! I was in and out within 20 minutes. For the price, customer service experience and kindness I wouldn't think twice to recommend Public Storage to a friend. read more

They were excellent all around, from Amy, the moving coordinator, to Josh, Joe and Neil the three gentlemen that performed my move. Communication from Amy was clear, prompt and friendly. The movers arrived right on time for an 8 am start. They knew their stuff. In addition to moving a couch, desk, and chair among other items, they moved my 55" flat screen tv and my Queen-sized sleep number bed with no problems. They do charge an up charge to pack the tv into a specific moving box for flat screens, which I thought was fair and much better than them simply trying to wrap it. They worked quickly and were done loading in 90 minutes. They were also familiar with my new building and knew where to park to unload and quickly got me set up and everything was completed by 1 pm. Moving is stressful, and the movers saw me when I was not at my best, and their friendliness, good humor, and competence really helped me get through the day. I thought the pricing was competitive for a professional service. I did call other companies to compare, and one of them wanted to charge 3x the price to move the flat screen tv, and didn't want any responsibility for the sleep number bed!! Just silly. We had to get the biggest size they had and we needed to get it climate controlled because we had pictures, kids memory boxes, furniture, clothes, leather couches, etc that needed stored and didn't want it ruined. We only planned on having the storage unit for a month or so because it was costing us $140/month. Well we go to get our stuff out of our unit.... There is 3+ inches of sitting water soaking all of our stuff in the unit. All of our stuff not in totes is ruined from water damage or mold. So my husband tells me we didn't get the extra insurance because we only had the unit for like a month. Im like okay, we will eat the loss of all of our stuff (which sucks), but they will at least have to pay us back for the unit. I paid for the unit to store our stuff, which it failed to do, instead it destroyed everything. So I go there this morning to talk to the manager or owner whoever he is to explain the situation and see what we can do. First of all he was a total d#$& right off the bat. Was pretty much like oh that sucks and didn't seem suprised in anyway that the unit was flooded (I'm sure it's not the first time he is hearing the units were flooded). He's not apologetic at all and proceeds to remind me we didn't get insurance so there's nothing that can be done. I was nice at first until he started being a prick. So I tell him I understand we didn't get the extra insurance. I'm not asking you to replace all of our stuff. I just want refunded for the storage unit that flooded and ruined all of our things. He just laughs and says no. He was rude and condescending so I proceeded to tell him about himself and that I wasn't paying for a unit that destroyed all of our shit. So we went back and forth we had some words, I left, he continues with the words, so I go back in and rip him a new one because he deserved it and more. ripping people off. Don't worry I left before I ended up getting arrested! So unless you want all of your things ruined do not use Elkton Storage...this is the place right behind Northside Pharmacy/Romas in Elkton. he was a jerk and obviously knew the units flooded by his reaction then did nothing to try and mend the situation
