They really don't know how to work with potential customers. I was about to take the space that I had reserved. I went and checked it out. Unfortunately it was too small so I needed time to consolidate the things I needed storage for. The lady at the front desk told me that they can hold the storage unit for me for a week. This was a great gesture because I needed time to go through my things. Forward to a day later, I get a call from a gentleman from the same location and he starts telling me that he needs to know if I am going to take the unit. I let him know that I have a week from what I was told. He told me, " No, we can save the price for that unit but that doesn't mean it will be available in a week." I told him what is the point?? If you aren't even going to have a unit available for me. This is what a one star gets you when you don't know how to communicate to your customers. I would stay away from this location. read more

SUPER CROOKS!!! They up-sold us to a bigger unit than we needed with a too-Good-to-be-true price. They assured us repeatedly they wouldn't jack the rent up. But, 6 months in, we just got a notice they are raising our rate $41/month!! That's a 21% increase. Crooks. read more

Worst moving/storage experience ever. Terrible customer service. They push/pressure you into things like auto pay without telling you that they don't prorate when when you sign up for autopay. They advised me wrong about how much storage I would need and then not only did they not refund me my first months payment, the only"option" available was a storage room 4x what I needed. Whatever you do, do not use this storage facility. Go to another one. I would give them 0 stars if I could. read more

Needed a unit to store stuff while I hunt for a new place to live. Went in last week and Shannon showed me my options. Got the info I needed and shopped elsewhere. Could definitely find better deals, but the access hours for other locations were limited or the people were just plain rude or the units themselves were not well kept. Went back to Public Storage online and took advantage of the $1 first month rent at this location for a 10x10 and within 3 minutes, Daniel called me introducing himself and set up a time for me to come over and do the paperwork. Got there shortly after the call, he showed me a few units and I picked the one I liked most, put my lock on it right away and went back to the office with him to do paperwork with him and Shannon. Shannon remembered me and said welcome back, props to knowing customers, let alone prospective ones. Went through the paperwork, asked some tough questions on the liability stuff and they did not have all the answers (which is totally fine since they were hard questions) but offered to dig and find them for me if I needed answers. Ran through the deal and was slightly surprised by the required additional cost insurance for the unit. Was cheap to add, but up front notice verbal would be nice. I am sure it is on the site and I simply did not read it so no big deal there. All in all, very professional, very well done, Shannon deserves huge props and promotion and raise and all that jazz for helping me out last week and Daniel deserves the same for all the help he gave me today to get it all finalized. Looking forward to keeping my stuff here! Unit is not climate controlled, but ambient temperature is 70s or 80s inside on a hot (90*) outside day. So no concerns with anything getting too toasty. read more

Relatively easy to move in, assuming you avoid getting trapped by all of their 'additional services' they try to hide into the contract as you go through it on their credit card thing. First month for 1$ is pretty nice, I've used it a couple times for short term stays. I wouldn't buy anything in terms of storage stuff here, the UHaul right down the street is way cheaper. People at the front desk are paid to make money off you in ways other than monthly rent so beware of anything they say as it is most likely designed to confuse you. Everyone that works there, regardless of experience, is given the title 'manager' so they don't ever have to refer you to someone with any real decision making power. Business model is designed to distract and then charge overages, all in all the place is basically anti-customer service. Use if necessary, avoid if possible. read more

I just needed to get a small storage space for about a month because I'm in between places for that period of time. It was really easy and convenient to get my unit and the staff is very kind and helpful. I was able reserve my storage unit online, by the next day Daniel, one of their customer service reps, called me and helped me set up a time to come and check in. Daniel assisted me when I came in for my 3pm check in time. I was early and the staff thanked me and told me they appreciated that which I thought was nice. He then went over everything in detail while answering any questions I had in between. Pretty easy smooth process overall. Rented a small storage space a few days ago. so far no problems. the rental process was super easy. I worked with Christine and her service was flawless. I would have liked the storage better cleaned but it wasnt like it was a big deal. Beware of hidden fees for the services though. The low monthly cost does not include mandatory insurance, purchasing a lock, deposit, etc. Its a joke really. Good for a temp fix so far. read more

The prices are high, but everyone does their best to get you a good rate, and work with you to ensure that your experience is the best possible, given corporate circumstances. The spaces and facility is well-maintained, which is not the case everywhere, unfortunately. All the employees are helpful, and do a pretty good job in customer service. Shannon is a gem, and really knows here stuff, is personable, honest, and goes the extra mile when it counts. In fact, one time she delayed her lunch break a bit so she could help us finish a few things up regarding our unit and possible changes. It's this kind of service that makes it "worth it" in the end, especially if you're paying for a larger storage unit. You can ask questions, and get answers that aren't focused on making more money for the company, but are about what your needs are now, and if they may change in the future, what/how options are available when changes, and new needs, arise. read more

This place is so not ready for prime time. I had unfortunately rented a space here, and because of a busy work schedule and general laziness, I kept this space for a few years. After endless rent increases (now more than the average elsewhere) and tired of dealing with the less than stellar management team ("Can you send us your credit card number yet again?) I decided to move out. After I cleaned out my space and loaded up the truck, I returned to the office to complete the final paperwork. The manager in charge asked where I had parked; I told her the truck was still right next to the elevator where I had loaded it, inside the regular gated area. I then got the eye roll and a desperate whine about how now that she had closed my account, she had to actually walk the 100 yards to manually let me out of the gate since my code would no longer work. I could go on, but my advice in a nutshell - go elsewhere. read more
