I get there on move in day with my rented U-HAUL and their 'indoors' was just an outside garage door to a hallway with about 4 tiny units inside. It was dark and dirty and had rodent droppings along the inside of the unit. I immediately went back to the office and cancelled. Gina was very nice and put in the request for refunds. I was refunded the about for the lock immediately to my account. I was going to be charged for some admin fees which was still upsetting since the guy over the phone told me incorrect information. I am still waiting for my rent refund and it's been 10 days. I noticed a charge on my credit card that was supposed to be an $84.00 refund but was another $84.00 charge instead. I am now waiting for 2 $84.00 refunds. Every-time I call they say they see the refund on my account but can't explain why it's not sending it to me, and they will forward the issue to management. Each time I call I wait on the line for 30 minutes. Terrible fraudulent company and I will never store my belongings at their locations.
