I thought that was odd and called multiple times - it was very hard to get ahold of someone and when I finally did, I was told a manager would be in touch and they never called. I got tired of calling and decided to eat the cost. Today, September 30th, I received ANOTHER email that my unit price had now gone up to $235 per month. I called and was essentially told I could move to a smaller unit but the price wouldn't change. I've had this unit less than 1 year and I'm so disappointed with the lack of customer service and the predatory pricing tactics. ---- October 1, 2025 Update --- Although I still stand by my previous sentiment, I'd like to add an update that Erin is SO HELPFUL!! She helped me find a more affordable unit that might have a price increase in future but hopefully won't be as high as the previous increases. I appreciate her flexibility.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. Dianne was wonderful to deal with...she provided the perfect human touch to complement the online access to account details and payment provided by their web site. The entire process from first contact to move out was a breeze. The facility is new, clean, secure, and well laid out, allowing plenty of room to maneuver boats, RVs, and other large equipment into the storage units. Pricing is extremely competitive for the area. This place has a nice electric gate that always works and allows card access entry with concrete entry way and in the back for storage they have really nice solid ground with rock and gravel with designated areas. they also just added covered parking too that is really nice
