They have a button by the refill station to let the associate know you are waiting for them so you don't even need to step food in the store. Jim kept telling me how they have been in business for many years , they lowballed a rate for us and then charged us a humongous amount after the clean out was done ! Dumpster fee was $800 and they did not even bring the dumpster, they claimed they will be taking stuff to the dumpster! Then an unknown charge of 2x $159 for taking it to the dumpster! Moving can be emotional, they certainly know that . I was certainly in shock to see the bill ,Will not use them again and will not recommend them . There are many more truthful movers !! These guys do not take credit cards , want money upfront and have hidden costs !
