This is the second time they have raised the rent this year. Now it's gone up from $47.00 to $67.00 for a 5x5 unit. UNACCEPTABLE!

I have to say that this was my first time utilizing a storage facility and this was easy easy easy. Went online made my reservation, and a day later moved in. I was at the building early so no one was on property. I used my phone to open the gate and was able to get to my climate controlled unit easily. Carts were provided which was a nice touch. I realized they stay there 24/7 and accessible even if staff are not with is great. The floors were clean and my unit was spotless. My lock was inside the unit when I got there so it again was so seamless. If there was any gripe it would be 2 things. 1) the key pad to get into climate controlled building needs to be replaced. It works but has seen better days. 2) the elevator is slow as molasses when going up. But, that is me really trying to find something to pick at. read more

I have had a few issues in the past with this facility when I first moved in. I called today to ask some questions and Kenny was able to help me as he went above and made me a very satisfied customer and decided to keep my unit a while longer. Never actually moved into this unit and understanding that they didn't rent it for 1 month, so I had to pay is fine. Also it doesn't seem to matter that I did call and told the staff I was cancelling this because we didn't need it. I had to call again today because I auto charged for the month. It is the 16 of March and they now they tell me, I have to pay another month, because they didn't rent it. We should at least have gotten 1/2 month back as they now can rent it. The team here was rude and very disrespectful and I would beware of renting from this location as they will rip you off. Fine print I guess read more

Went in to move my stuff today and we found 2 DEAD RATS! All my furniture and everything had rat shit all over it! All of my things are ruined! The manager acted like it was not a big deal! OH my goodness I had this storage unit for 2 and a half years and I can honestly say the main girl Hannah is AWESOME. Everyone else who worked there was friendly and helpful as well but it was Hannah who remembered me by name 2 and a half years later when I finally closed down my unit. Awesome customer service. WORST BUSINESS ETHICS EVER!! I reserved a unit, I even asked to leave a deposit but assured they would hold it for a week. I showed up after loading ALL my stuff and drove 2 hrs to my unit, to get there to find out the gave it to someone else. The manager was not even apologetic. They told me the called and left me a voicemail, but it was a LIE! I had no voicemails or missed calls from them. I was in a bit of a pickle in that we had some major issues trying to move out of our sublease into our new place, pretty much there was a gap and we needed a place to put all of our stuff immediately, but would only need to store things for a day or so...called them and explained the situation. ..they were amazing and set me up with a unit that was more then I needed at a wonderful dollar special and the lady that helped me was amazing. I believe her name was Csilla and she was caring compassionate and I can tell was genuinely concerned with my situation given this was happening over Christmas and I have a 5 month old baby with no place to go. She even offered to get me the 24hr acesses in order for us to finish loading through the night. Highly recommended! read more

warning dont ever try any public storage all they want is your money and they dont care about the customer my unit is a corner unit that needs to have light apparently there was a problem with the wiring they cant find it and flat out told me they were not going to fix it then i called a district manager with the name of BORIS he said he was going to find out about the problem its been over a month and he hasnt called yet so every time i go i need to take a flashlight i asked for a credit or a lower rent since i dont have light they said flat out no on top of that i started paying 132.00 and now the rent just went up again to 208.00 stay away from this company ive heard a lot of complaint from other people too read more

Moved out from this pathetic place. Had an inside climate controlled unit. It is just the advertisement, no climate control and no ac. The door was broken and it took more than 2 months to fix. Raised the monthly payment after 6 months without any reason. read more

Let me start by saying, as far as the company itself goes, condition of the property, ease of online payments, etc, I would give this 5 stars but after our dealing with the employee on duty (I think her name was Marion or Mariam or something similar) while trying to move out, I simply cannot rate it higher than 1 star. My parents rented a unit there for over three years. For most of those years we dealt with Hannah and she was AWESOME! Earlier this month, we went to move our things out of this facility. Simple process but I must say, the woman working behind the counter could not have been more rude. She was impatient, condescending, talked over us when we had questions and was actually insulting. We had lost our key so the day was frustrating in itself, without the rude comments from her. As I walked through the office at one point making a funny comment about my parents she actually got snippy and said "well, maybe if you have been more organized this wouldn't have happened!" Seriously!? She was even rude to another customer who was trying to make a payment, as she was leaving for a bank and locking the building, rudely telling him he would have to wait or come back later because she had to go to the bank and him having to wait was not her problem. As we were signing out, she had a whole new attitude for some reason. Maybe it was because I asked for the managers name, maybe she realized she was being rude, I don't know but I am so happy to never have to deal with her again! read more
