We have good services with the RV people and very happy that they kept our trailer storage with them. We had a good drive with Ramon today.

Honest and reliable people. Best RV's on the South Coast. Must go see them, you will love them and your RV you take home.

We were promptly greeted by James, a kind man who wasn't pushy at all. He showed us the options and allowed us to choose the pace and decide which way to move forward. Once a car had been decided on, he ran the numbers and of course the monthly payments weren't acceptable at first, but after some easy and low key negotiations they all agreed on all terms and went to sign the papers with Ramon, also a kind and helpful man. He explained that several employees were out sick, and to please be patient. No problem. And that being said, we were in/out in less than 3 hours! We have purchased and/or leased a couple dozen cars and must say this was the easiest, low pressure, friendly process we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. My daughter and daughter-in-law leased the most beautiful Outlander on the lot, all the bells and whistles included. Kudos to James and Ramon for never pressuring us, and making us feel like they really wanted to help us make a deal. If you are considering a Mitsubishi this should be your first stop, and most likely your last, with you driving away in your new car...and a smile :)

Along with them is Gibson's Garage, top notch honest service and though they are a small business, they are among the best there is. As for Oxnard Mitsubishi, The vehicle I bought was said to belong to one of the managers wives. I find it quite impossible that there wasn't prior knowledge that the bottom end had been into and crankshaft bearings were replaced. The gaskets/ material was not a match either. Upon inspection it was revealed there were 3 different sized bearings used putting it back together. It was a only a matter of time until the bearings would fail. Dealership of course denied any knowledge of it. Reported to the B.A.R. Dealership not interested in hearing about it at any level. Decided to do an update and let it be known once again for buyers. Be very careful with this place. Honesty and willingness to make things right was not amongst the values that this business operates by. In a word "Shameful". Beware !

I was referred to Daniel and 2 weeks after I took the motorhome to him, to was fixed. Not only that but he went over it completely. I needed all new tires, and transmission serviced and the other guy I thought was looking out for me never mentioned these things. I'm no mechanic, but seems pretty important, safety wise. Daniel also took it down and had it smogged for me and it was washed when I picked it up. He even offered to bring it to me. His staff were very friendly and helpful also. I would highly recommend H & H.

DO NOT BRING YOUR RV HERE. I have owned and maintained multiple vehicles over the years and have…read moreworked with many automotive and RV repair shops. This was, by far, the worst repair experience I have ever had. This place is going downhill. I specifically requested an estimate and never received one. Instead, all of the work was completed, and I was presented with a $1,690 bill. The labor charges were substantially inflated in my opinion and according to experienced RV professionals. The lead mechanic Daniel was combative, condescending, intensely negative, and irritated by basic questions. Less than a week after paying hundreds of dollars for battery diagnosis and repair, my coach was still having serious battery problems. I trusted the positive reviews, but my experience was nothing like them. I am reporting the estimate, authorization, and billing issues to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Please go elsewhere. Read more below. What happened: I brought in my Holiday Rambler for generator service, diagnosis of a battery-charging issue, and investigation of a possible oil leak. At drop-off, I specifically requested a written estimate. I was told the coach first needed to be diagnosed and that an estimate would follow. The mechanic called Wednesday with some findings but gave me no repair pricing before abruptly ending the call near closing time. I called again Thursday and Friday asking for the estimate, pricing, and work status. The receptionist was courteous but could not locate my folder or provide any information. By Monday, all of the work had already been completed, yet I still had never received an estimate or any pricing. I called Monday and explicitly stated that I had never received an estimate and needed to know the cost before pickup. I was told the parts still had to be totaled, but I was still not given any pricing. The following morning, I arrived and was presented with a $1,690 invoice. This was the first time I received any paperwork or pricing for the repairs. I was charged two hours at $220 per hour to diagnose an oil-filter leak, clean the area, replace the filter, add oil, and recheck it. Experienced RV professionals have told me this labor time was substantially excessive for the work performed. I was also charged approximately 2.5 hours for battery diagnosis, testing, terminal cleaning, and reconnecting a cable. Less than a week later, both chassis batteries measured approximately 9.74 volts, my entry steps would not operate, and the coach would not start normally. Whenever I asked reasonable questions about the batteries, load testing, generator, charging system, or labor charges, the lead mechanic became combative, dismissive, condescending, and extremely difficult to communicate with. I have never experienced this level of hostility from a repair shop. He also made disparaging comments about RV ownership, including that motorhomes would "bleed you dry," that I should "get out now," and that people without substantial money should not own one. This was the worst automotive and RV repair experience I have ever had. I would never trust this shop with my coach again, and I strongly recommend taking your RV somewhere else.
