We have good services with the RV people and very happy that they kept our trailer storage with them. We had a good drive with Ramon today.

I'm a single senior gal who has been full timing for the past 10 years. For the past 5 years I've…read morebeen retired and leisurely traveling down the CA coast stopping in various RV parks to perform as a volunteer Camp host. Needless to say when the need arises for whichever RV repair, not being a resident of the area makes me vulnerable and an easy mark for unscrupulous repairman cons. Not so with CR Mobil Repair! From the moment I made phone contact with 'Crystal' she has this special knack to make one feel immediately calm and a sense that things were in the right hands and it was going to get done right! Her ability to effortlessly gather all the details necessary for an appointment with 'Chris' was stellar. After 'Chris' arrived at my RV and starting working his magic (no easy task with the problem at hand) it confirmed my suspicions that Chris and Chrystal are definitely a dynamic duo. Chris explained to me in plain English, each and every step he was taking to remedy the problem. He displayed total patience with me and my constant barrage of questions. Voila! Hardly an hour of his steadfast attention, skills and abilities and he identified and repaired a very complex situation with my residential refrigerator. I cannot recommend this incredible team highly enough. If you are fortunate enough to fit into his busy schedule, you won't be sorry!!

She shared information with me about a potential problem that I could fix on my own. While it ended up being something I took care of on my own I would have never figured it out on my own. Thank you so much Crystal. You're wonderful and I'm sure your husband is as well. I would highly, highly recommend them just for their honesty and kindness alone.

Short Version: Bumpy start, insurance hurdles, problematic parts situation, disappointment,…read moreresolution but ultimately complete satisfaction. I had reservations through the process, but Rick is a stand up and honest guy. One of those real people you don't meet very often. Maybe a little rough around the edges but he will work diligently to help you find a way to resolve problems that arise. I mean if you ever owned and RV you know, if you are just getting into the game he can help. He has experience and knowledge and is willing to work through problems. It took some time, but he earned my trust and confidence. I'd go to Rick and Tri County RV anytime. It's great to have an owner operated business this dependable in Ventura and provides great value for the community. Longer Version: Rick and I had a bumpy road. Dealing with insurance, manufacturers, custom parts and a comic cascade of communication which went best in person, second best via direct email and off the rails a little with phone or disparate emails with third parties. However, Rick hung in there and while I sometimes may appear unreasonable, I'm not. I'm often just too curious for my own good. Yet in this situation because of Rick's tenacity and desire for customer satisfaction we got there. Rick came up with an unconventional way to provide the desired outcome, and I hope his shop is still around should I need any work on my RV in years to come.

I am out of state, my husband is in Northern California - neither one of us had any vacation time to deal with everything that needed to be done. Anthony handled it start to finish. We did literally nothing but get him the keys. He transported it to his location, bought all the parts, fixed tires, sealing, etc. His communication was excellent. He took pictures of everything he did. There were no hidden fees. Everything was as expected. When we arrived to pick up our trailer, he could have just handed us the keys and driven off. Instead, he helped us hook up the trailer, gave us advice for the drive, and recommendations for things the he would upgrade/change if it were his rig in the future. He wasn't trying to make a future sale because he knew we were taking it out of area. He was simply going above and beyond. It took time out of his Saturday to help us - time we weren't paying him for. He did it because he takes pride in his business and he is a good guy. Is he pricey? We don't think so. He was worth every penny we spent. We gave him a nightmare of a headache and he gave us back an Rpod we could start making memories in again. We can't thank him enough!

I called him, he answered and then hung up. I immediately tried to call him back with no return of 2 voice mails a 2 texts. These were prearranged appointments confirmed by him with texts. He charges a service fee because of his time, understandable but for both appointments I had to bring my RV home and miss a day of work. I was impressed with him originally on the phone and most of his posts are good. But look at the 1 star reviews as they are very telling. I can't comment on this work but his professionalism, customer service and ethics are ? Nope can not recommend this service

Called them about a misfire on my truck. Told them all of the things I replaced and tested myself…read moreincluding spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil pack, vacuum leak check, and a full ecu reset. I am going camping in a week and needed my truck and figured since I couldn't solve this easily on my own I would take it to a professional. They quoted me $411 for two hours of diagnostic labor. They called me back and told me that they found one of my O2 sensors wasn't giving any readings. This wasn't true because I did a live scan before and after taking it to their shop and was getting o2 readings on all 3 of my sensors. So they essentially lied. They told me that they wanted to charge me another 3 hours ($600) to "keep troubleshooting". I suggested that they replace the O2 wiring and see if that resolves the issue and I would pay the labor hours for that but I was told that was not the "cause" of the misfire. After a roundabout explanation of essentially nothing new or relevant to the misfire they told me "it would be best if I just picked up the truck". They could not give me a straight answer and I was never given the opportunity to speak directly to the tech working on it or the owner. I attached a photo of the bill. The first paragraph is what I told them over the phone. The second paragraph is what they charged me $411 for. They swapped two connectors for the oxygen sensors for $400. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Keep my money, but leave this post up so people know what they're getting themselves into.
