We have good services with the RV people and very happy that they kept our trailer storage with them. We had a good drive with Ramon today.

I see a lot of reviews on the service department, where you take your cars into be serviced, but…read morenot really too many about the dealership itself. This will be a review of the dealership itself as we went to purchase a vehicle. We drove in without a salesman knowing we were coming or setting an appointment. We were greeted by someone and asked if we needed help and we're quickly set up with somebody to work with all of the employees we can't encountered. We're fine not super friendly though. It was hard to get anyone to smile back at you, meaning it didn't feel very welcoming. Once we sat down and discussed what exactly we were looking for the comparables we found at other dealerships, etc., and they realize that we were very serious about purchasing a car. Our salesman started to relax a little bit, warm up and be a little more friendly. Wood, that being said after we officially said yes to a car and went to sign our lives away, that gentleman we were dealing with was very friendly, very cheerful and very welcoming. The dealership itself was very spacious and clean and organized. They had a variety of vehicles to look at, and choose from. None of the salesman were pushy or overbearing, which is extremely refreshing and appreciated, just wish they were a little more welcoming and friendly when you walk in. We had a very smooth process of purchasing a vehicle and if we were ever in the market for another Ford, we would definitely come back again

Bought a brand new F150 from Ford under warranty, and it leaks water all over the inside of the car…read moreevery time it rains. Took it into this service department to fix it, and they hastily cleaned the sunroof drain lines and claimed it was fixed. Now that the warranty is expired, it's still leaking every time it rains. Turns out its not the sunroof drain lines, exactly like I predicted. I asked them to do right by me and fix the issue since I brought in my car under warranty to fix this. They said the sunroof drain lines are squeaky clean so that's not the issue (I know that), and I'm going to have to "authorize the expenditure" to "tear the vehicle apart" to find the issue. Suddenly this is my expense to bear, and they want to be extra thorough now that its not under warranty. This is after swearing up and down to me that they fixed my leaky vehicle before. By the way, the dealership was PACKED with other Fords that leaked after the rain, including a friend of ours. I asked to speak with a manager and my service advisor said he can't find the manager anywhere. What a nightmare. I'm super disappointed in this experience. If they make it right I'll update this review. Otherwise please avoid this dealership. And be warned: F150's leak water when it rains. Just Google it. Over a century of automobile manufacturing and Ford hasn't figured out how to keep water out yet.

Along with them is Gibson's Garage, top notch honest service and though they are a small business, they are among the best there is. As for Oxnard Mitsubishi, The vehicle I bought was said to belong to one of the managers wives. I find it quite impossible that there wasn't prior knowledge that the bottom end had been into and crankshaft bearings were replaced. The gaskets/ material was not a match either. Upon inspection it was revealed there were 3 different sized bearings used putting it back together. It was a only a matter of time until the bearings would fail. Dealership of course denied any knowledge of it. Reported to the B.A.R. Dealership not interested in hearing about it at any level. Decided to do an update and let it be known once again for buyers. Be very careful with this place. Honesty and willingness to make things right was not amongst the values that this business operates by. In a word "Shameful". Beware !

I traded in a car over 2 months ago and as of today I have received not one but tollroads tickets. I was told by a worker that they will send me the proof of who they sold it to. Wow so not only did you not do it right the first time but now you sold it again and did no DMV paperwork on it. So unprofessional and a bit shady if you ask me. Good luck with this dealership. Now I get to go deal with the DMV. Thank you so much Jose Diaz for this recommendation. I will never take one from you again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership when shopping for a 2022 Toyota Prius XLE. We visited on Easter Sunday, and the place was completely empty, no other customers in sight, so we expected attentive service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. A salesperson named Chris assisted us and brought us to the other side of the lot to view the Prius listed online for $22,890. Right away, we noticed several issues that were not disclosed anywhere: the car had mismatched front tires, two missing hook caps in the front, and a broken Toyota logo. None of these concerns were mentioned on the Carfax or listing. When we asked Chris about these problems, he repeatedly brushed us off by saying the car was being sold "as is." When we tried to get more details, he responded with a snarky comment: "I don't know, you want me to call the previous owners and find out?" That's completely unprofessional. if you're selling a car, you should at least be informed or willing to help your customers. During the test drive, Chris was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by our questions. He didn't explain any of the vehicle's features, including the different drive modes, which is something a buyer should absolutely be shown. The biggest issue came when discussing the out-the-door price. The car jumped from $22,890 to over $28,000. While I understand taxes and fees, they added over $2,000 for a so-called "color protection" and included charges for a GPS system that was apparently installed by the previous owner. Interestingly, Chris had no problem explaining those add-ons when it came to increasing the price. To make things worse, shortly after we returned from our test drive, they had another customer test driving the same car. Then as we were leaving the dealership, the Prius had suddenly been moved and was parked just two spots away from my car. no longer on the other side of the lot where it originally was. The timing felt very intentional and came across as a pressure tactic to create urgency. Overall, this experience felt misleading and frustrating. Pricing is not transparent, customer service is rude, and there is no willingness to negotiate. The entire situation gave off desperate sales tactics rather than honest business practices. It's been over a week since this incident and the car is still available. They keep calling me!!. Cynthia please don't bother calling me asking me if I'm still interested in the car. I suggest you focus on training Chris on a better sales approach instead. I have found another amazing Prius for a way lower price and a way nicer sales associate.
