All of the AGENTS are from Nigeria, Jamaica and India, PCH does nothing to give the money to the people who are promised money. It is your responsibility. After several emails back and forth, they finally addressed the issue. Though, they blamed me first. They took me for an idiot, explaining how a cart works on a shopping web page and explaining what it looks like when something is in a cart. Problem is, I never added anything to my cart, nor did I press their supposed "confirm purchase" button. I've never ordered anything from them, nor will I ever. But, they cancelled the invoice and told me to keep the product. I told them I didn't need it and I would gladly ship it back (as long as they paid for the shipping), but they said to keep it or donate it. I'm thankful they fixed the issue, but it was still an irritating process to do so and I still believe they are scamming people by sending them things they didn't order and billing them for it. read more

This app is loaded with trouble for anyone that uses it. Every time I ordered something in the app, the ONLY thing I ever received was fraudulent charges to my account. Luckily fraud protection caught most of them, and refunded any charges that did initially get paid, after investigating. Also, beware of program downloads "appearing" somewhere on your phone. I found out that some were Trojan Horses which allowed scammers access to your phone's information. ...All made possible by downloading Publishers Clearinghouse. read more

For years I got a PCH in the mail every week or so. That all changed after the last time I ordered something. First what I got was cheap and only half of the lights worked. There was a "free gift" which was very cheap and cost me $4.99 for handling and shipping. I never got a bill in the mail, but did start getting 4 to 6 emails EVERY DAY. It took me a month to get unsubscribed from them all. I finally did get a bill in the mail which said it was overdue. I thought ok I might of missed it. Doubtful since I have never paid a bill late or missed one in my 72 years on this earth. But I paid it in full. Then today I got a card in the mail saying there was a change in status to my account. I was curious so I logged on and entered my customer ID. I had to laugh when they said my account was over due and would I please submit $0.00 immediately. Ok, I'm done with PCH. I am elderly and now disabled! I have played Publishers Clearinghouse games for a little over 7 years, for fun. They give you tokens to enter sweepstakes. But today the "Spinning Wheel" landed on the $20 wedge. I then got my Congratulations you have won"10,000 tokens message", so I called them and they immediately gave me to a supervisor who told me they have a disclaimer that states that they do not have to pay out prizes earned! I have been a customer for years, and no matter how much merchandise I order, it is always paid on time, and have never had any account go to collection..As long as I have been a customer,they sometimes restrict how much I can get..I was trying to find out, ''how to order products, from earlier e-mails sent to me..from them''..I did try to get an item..it showed as being sent to me, today I get an e-mail showing something I didn't order, Plus one that says I have reached my limit..So if I didn't order that particular thing, I can't understand how I was able to get something I didn't order, and will have to go to the hassle of sending it back..I do wish that they would change some of their policies, and answer the ''question, high lighted. read more
