I go this Publix nearly everyday. I love the store and the cashiers and help are always polite even despite the Covid and nasty customers they get each day. However, with that said, I have transferred all of my RX over to them and the help there is very rude. There is only one young lady, maybe in her early 20s that is always smiling and answers questions with a smile. I understand that the pandemic has people stressed as I too work with customers all over the US and it's not always a pleasure. My RX quantity was different this time and I had asked why. I was given the worst attitude almost like I was stupid. I was asking because I always get the same amount for years and apparently, insurance would not cover , so that's all I needed to know. I will go through Good RX, no big deal.I am clearing things up with the Dr on my end and explained to her to please understand that I am not aware either and she only had to tell me it was the insurance instead of the "I don't know what do you want me to do?" Today I called again to see if it was cleared by the Dr and got the same attitude. I called the Dr and asked that it be sent. I got two alerts on my phone showing meds were ready. I called to be sure and the RX was not for that particular RX. So I said I just don't want to come there until that is there as well, so I don't make two trips. Seems as if I am annoying them. I am never rude and I pulled all of my stuff and my sons from Costco which is actually less money but I always am in Publix ,so I figured why not give my business to them? I'm wondering if I made a mistake as I feel like I am ruining their day by asking questions. My son was there a few weeks ago as well and too got back in the cat to tell me how rudely he had been treated.I hope Publix Pharmacy can try a little harder to be friendly, as it not only makes the customers day better but there's too for wearing a smile instead of looking and acting like they can't wait to get off the clock and that your interrupting their day . read more

Best publix! Always crowded though. But if you want to watch some ridiculous, typical boca pain in the asses make idiots if themselves, it's worth the long lines! Quite entertaining! The staff is excellent! Especially in the deli :D read more

This is a very cleaned and stocked Publix and the workers are always very courteous. However, one person stands out a lot; Sandia is probably one of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever met! If she's on cash register, definitely go through her line. And if anyone who works at Publix sees this, give that girl a raise. read more

I have had several issues with ordering subs online, very rarely do they have it by the promised time.

Out of all the publix stores i have been in this has to be the best one yet! the store is so clean and always stocked and the staff is really friendly. If you are looking for something the members will not only direct you to the aisle but they will direct you to the product.. i was in there recently with my gf ( shes a new couponer) and she bought like 8 shampoos and had all these coupons and the cashier was really patient and polite about it and apparently thats not the case in other publix stores. Overall is a pleasure shopping here i much rather spend a few more pennies here than go to a place like walmart ( the zoo). Keep it up publix! read more

One of your employees was very rude to me in the parking lot. I parked my car and he was putting the carts together. I picked a spot and parked. The man was in the next spot. When I went out my car, he confronted me "if I hit you it would have been my fault, right?" I didn't get what was happening at first then I realized he was complaining about me parking in the nearby parking spot. I said "I didn't see you" I meant he wasn't any closer to the spot I picked and then he started mocking me with a customer "if you can't see how do you drive? You shouldn't drive!" I walked away. AFAIK, the only Publix in Boca to have self-check out. A Godsend for those of us who hate dealing with "the cashier's complex." The only downpoint is the poorly designed parking in this strip mall. I've never seen so many zigs and zags. read more

I was craving a Cuban Sandwich over the weekend and after waiting in line at the Deli for 10 minutes was told they will not heat press. A cold Cuban in South Florida should be punishable with a fine. OK.... maybe a little extreme but I was so disappointed. The deli doesn't toast hot subs?!?! There is too many competitors willing to heat and toast subs so save your self a disappointing stop on the way to the beach or park and skip this Publix. read more

You know the online order thing service is supposed to make things quick and easy. This is the 2nd time I've been left standing at the pickup counter and my stuff isn't ready. Been here for 15 minutes and nothing. It's 8 pm, well now its 8:16, on a Tuesday night. Its not that busy! The first time it happened the lady made my sandwiches in front of me and she did a terrible job, i to throw one of my wraps out it was so gross, she didn't even cut it!!!... I love Publix and have been a customer for years. The renovation at the Palmetto Park location made it even more pleasurable to shop at. The only negative I have to say is that they have an employee, Linda, who has been there many years. Too many years actually. She is usually sullen and always complaining. She actually refused to bag my order last time as there was no bagger available. Her comment "it's not my job" was not appreciated. She is a very bad representation of the Publix brand. Time for her to retire or to be retired. read more

I've been in nicer, larger Publix stores before but this one is perfectly adequate. Everything is well-stocked and spread out. There is plenty of parking available, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they do actually have some deals worth checking out. read more

Honestly this review is solely based off of my interaction with selidia over in the deli department! She knows how to put her foot in a sub I tell ya!!!!! She's a sub making goddess! Her customer service is A1 aswell! She went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I've had some bad experiences with the deli before but this sole experience single handily wiped away any ill feeling I may have had! If you like paying 25% more than the going rate shop here. Produce prices are ridiculous for mediocre quality. Poultry and meats massively overpriced Deli counter folks very nice but stand around and do nothing except chat and giggle. Many items out of stock constantly. I hate Publix and won't be back. Go to Target or Walmart. read more

Coming from Austin, I don't think people here appreciate this store as much as I do. It offers a wider range of products than comparably sized stores near me, much better bakery products, and shorter lines. The discounted gas gift cards are very nice. read more

Avoid Emma the cashier, she has twice inconvenienced me during two different visits. She is all over the place and twice denied me alcohol purchases two different times when I'm of legal age with a valid, up to date ID. Even after inspecting my ID closely, she still felt it necessary to call the manager over. Once again, this was my second time going through this scenario with the very same cashier. Both times when the manager came over, they both looked at the ID and then at me and very easily said yes it's fine! I think cashier Emma needs some retraining. I come here often for all my grocery needs. Its a good store, I've made alcohol purchases before, even from Publix liquors to the side, nobody has ever put me in that situation before....but twice with Emma....I'll be back but with reluctance. read more

I love this place so much!!!Its really good. The workers are always a pleasure.Publix has everything you need. I usually get their deli meat. Its really good! When I come down here for vacation my family and I ALWAYS have to go there! I get a roll with turkey and white american. Also I get pickles on my sandwich. I would have liked to give this specific Publix more stars but they haven't earned it. When asked if the bread is made today they answer yes, when it was made the day before. Why lie?The deli counter have employees walking around trying to look busy rather than help the customer or talking amongst themselves like customers aren't waiting to be served. Ever since they did over this store it has gotten much worse not better. Today I went in looking for 5 items. Walked out with 3. Had to go to another Publix to finish shopping. Lately, they aren't fully stocked on things I need. I'm getting fed up with this particular store. Time to shake up management-this store is sliding down. Extremely rude service in the deli by middle aged big head Haitian man! Horrible nasty attitude and spoke with the manager several times and met other customers who said they had the same experience and also spoke with the manager yet the rude obnoxious guy is still there! So I stopped going to publix altogether because of this horrible experience. When you try to have a sandwich made he cross questions everything you ask to put on your sandwich and if he has to exert a little extra effort gets an attitude if you interrupt his personal Haitian conversation with other employee! Absolutely the slowest pharmacy I've had the misfortune to work with. Drop your RX off, come back when they tell you and they haven't even started to fill it. They consistently keep you waiting, lie as to the reason and are not apologetic about it. I've even seen the lead pharmacist stop working to come hug and chat with his friends as I wait for my scrip to be filled. Then there is the Bakery employees. I asked to have someone slice a sandwich roll for me. She looked at me and said,"No." That's it- just no and turned away, again unapologetic. Moving on to the Customer Service counter... At approx. 8am on a weekday I ask if I can check out there with my 5 items. I interrupted the social conversation of two employees. One looks at me, then over at the regular check out before deciding to she will do her job and assist me. She sighs while doing so. Shall we talk about the numerous times I've found moldy produce? Or how I hear Checkers complain about their customers right in front of me? Clearly this Publix has a management problem. All that said, the kids they hire to bag and carry out your groceries, the ones who work outside in the heat and the humidity are the nicest part of this Publix Store. As someone who works in customer service wherein excellence is demanded it is easy to see the difference between a good caliber of employee and one that is not. And these kids are amazing. I enjoy visiting this location. Their Deli is fantastic. However beware if you're buying Sushi. I've found that the wrong labels are being placed on these products. It's often a higher price. For instance a label was placed on my package of sushi that read rainbow roll. The type if sushi that I got was clearly California roll. I ended up paying quite a bit more money all because I didn't pay attention to the label. The rainbow rolls are always more expensive. This really upsets me that this is something that happens quite often. So be careful to look at the label and prices. read more

I LOVE this Publix!! They are very friendly, helpful and good workers. It gets very busy at the deli but they work quickly but never rush anyone.
