I was visiting family in the area and needed a last minute picture printed for a baby shower. I…read moresent it to the closest CVS and I am glad that it was this one. At first my picture did not load when I sent it through the app, but Ian, the store manager called me personally and spoke me through the process. When I was still not able to get it done online, he suggested I come in and do it. Upon my arrival to the store, we were greeted by a wonderful cashier (sorry I didn't get her name), but she got Ian from the back and he took his time and helped me print an amazing copy of my picture on a canvas. The cashier offered my sister and I cold bottle water as we waited and chatted with us to help pass the time. Ian and all of the employees where so pleasant and helpful and gave true southern hospitality. I normally visit the area once or twice a year and I know for sure I will always use this location for all my photo, pharmacy and other store related needs; as the services was amazing and the staff kindness went above and beyond to help. This makes me confidence to say that I will always spend my dollars there when I am in the area and even just pop in to say hello!!!

They always have their specials posted and they always seem to have fresh cake slices available. I can't say enough how I love the kids/toy aisle! They have toys from when I was a kid, my toddler loves them all and we never leave without buying something! They also have new types of toys as well as puzzles and some large item educational toys. I was surprised to see they had the original pound puppies for sale today! Right now they have a lot of beautiful Christmas items for sale, we love looking at all of the festive stuff and of course we stopped to see the Christmas bouquets. I absolutely love the flower shop inside this pharmacy, you will not be disappointed with the fresh flower arrangements they have.

She decided to call me to say they didn't want my profile because of the medicines that I take. She thinks she is the DEA if you're getting pain medications there be aware that she is a person that thinks if you take pain medications you are a criminal. She tore my prescription up in front of me. No Pharmacist should be able to tell you or your Doctor what kind of Medicine a person should be taking. I take a lot of medicine due to having a lot of surgeries. I feel like if you don't want my profile for prescription the store doesn't need my business.

My pain medication has been discontinued by the manufacturer.. I called to ask if they could simply recommend something similar that IS available that they CAN get... They refused to tell me anything whatsoever... Wouldn't even tell me what IS available, or what if anything they could get as a substitute.. Just blew me off, refused to help me in any way, shape or form.. The idiot arrogant pharmacist I could hear in the background telling the clerk what to say but he couldn' t even pick up the phone to help a cancer patient? Bottom line, these people don't care about their patients! GO ELSEWHERE! I'd give them zero stars... WORTHLESS!

They answer the phones like they don't like their jobs, as if they have an attitude that you even would even call them while they're trying to fill prescriptions, and have the audacity to act like you are the problem when you've been nothing but polite and kind. I just called to check on my prescription that I needed three weeks ago. It needed a prior authorization. I waited call today. I was told she couldn't find anything for me. Then when I told her the name of the medication , She finally found it. I asked her were you guys planning to tell me that it was approved or how does that work? It was as if I owed her an apology for asking, this has got to be the absolute worst customer service experience, most unprofessional pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. I'm not sure how these people interview when they first apply for these jobs, but I would like to be a fly on the wall. They need Customer Service classes because when we bring our hard earned money to you all (because insurance sucks,)we wait and we're courteous, warm and friendly, and we say hello we expect the same in return, is that not too much to ask for eye contact do better Walgreens!!!!!! So I couldn't get my 60 days supply. They owe me 60 days. They were very rude, not helpful. Beware they don't make any kind of notation when part of the perscription is picked up.
