So I live in the area and have been shopping here for 20+ years. The two star review is for two major issues I have with this store. First of all I may be a compulsive shopper but I actually check the expiration dates on any item I put in my shopping cart. This store fails that test with too many items with short , same day or already expired dates. This is a failure on the manager level. Second issue is a major problem at checkout. The store is commendable in that it hires a large number of packers who are intellectually disabled but there is evidently no back up or oversight. Time and time again I return home to find missing items or whole bags. Granted I should probably keep a hawk eye out for every movement made by the packers but is this really my responsibility? read more

I have been shopping here for 7 years even though their prices keep going up, but I am stopping shopping here...I was checking out and asked the cashier about the water and if it was buy one get one and he said yes, when I got home my receipt showed I paid full price for the water so I took the receipt back the next day and was told it was not buy one get one so ok a mistake,,but I asked why every time there is a promo. Freeflowers,$5.oo off i never get it and Avery uncaring remark well you have to put your phone number in which I was never told and would you not think cashiers would know about customer appreciation! This review is not for the store itself. I love the store. They have good sales. It's always clean. They always have plenty cashier's available and the employees are always helpful. This review is for the sandwich shop. I stop on to grab a sandwich from time to time, but last night while I was waiting in-line I noticed all these gnats flying around on the bread. I mentioned it to the young gentleman behind the counter and he shrugged his shoulders. It was actually the first time I had seen the area not clean. The veggies needed to be filled it look as if they had not been filled since the lunch schedule. It was around 6 when I was there. Needless to say I did not get me a sandwich, but I did get my husband one. He'll eat anything. I don't eat where there are bugs and it's not clean. I wish there was a separate listing for the sandwich area and the store because I would give the store a 4 star read more

One of the larger Publixes, Publii? In the area for sure. I stopped in the day before Thanksgiving and the store was hopping. The parking lot was a manageable nightmare but the staff was friendly and smiling. I had to pick my Niece up a birthday cake and the Bakery staff was as helpful as can be. They had the perfect little cake right up front, in the perfect assortment of colors. I just had them remove the Thanksgiving pik and put a birthday one in and it was golden. No one seemed rushed or hurried except the other patrons. Every employee seemed content and willing to get you what you needed. It was an exemplary Publix Experience. read more

This Publix is great! I've been shopping here for as long as I lived here, 40 years!! Great customer service! The store is very orderly & clean! I have been noticing though with the influx of so many people moving down here . that the store is not as orderly as it used to be! Found items thrown on shelves, , soda fountain with cups strewn around, napkins & straw paper on floor, sad! Publix employees are great, can't say much about the "new" residents though! read more

Are you actually grocery shopping in this Publix. No I am actually in awe and ah while down my 15 minutes here before the next door restaurant opened. But it catch my attention when I was here. I hav have not seen a Publix with such a big area to display the magazine and book. Their display have including animated children books to adult novel. Wooden floor with the display. What a treat. They also has many selections of cheese. See which one to pair with your wines. The bakery is look yummy and guilty pleasure. Every cake, cupcakes, or cookies look delicious decorated. The meat section is enclosed like a saunas. Time to time the mists spay keep the meat fresh. What a massage. The hot deli has a lot of selection including Cajun chicken wings. The sushi section has combination for your choice not to cook lazy night option. What can I say. This is certainly a great Publix which different than many Publix. read more

Publix is hands down one of the best grocery chains I have ever experienced. As an out of stater visiting Florida, I was always so excited to stop by Publix for our groceries and even grabbed dinner here a few times. The fried chicken is out of this world and I miss it every day. Their bakery is another star player with a case full of desserts that will make even the hardest of people shed a tear. Every single employee is friendlier than the next and the store is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Until New Jersey ever decides to come to their senses and give us Publix, I'll be missing this place a whole lot. read more

I stop by here on my long drive home from work, most mornings. A snack helps when you're passing out behind the wheel after a 12 hour, overnight shift. The pit stop (if you will) has become a bit of a tradition, now, and I actually enjoy seeing the employees that tend to work the mornings. This is not a terribly large Publix, but is sizable. This location does that annoying thing (in my book) where they integrate all of the Greenwise items into their respective areas instead of making a one stop area for most of it. This is a minor annoyance, though, even for me. The selection is certainly not lacking. As one could infer from my previous lines, the employees here are great. They all seem to be well trained on how to keep the customer at the front of the shopping experience. This is so much so that I tend to forget how annoying Publix commercials have become (bogo bogo bogo...) when I am here. The restrooms and aisles are kept very clean, and there is always someone demonstrating diligence at maintaining this. Also, the aisles are from the newer layout that makes it much easier to locate the items one is looking for. read more

Mainly only come to this location for convenience. I have my prescriptions filled regularly at this Publix. Except, every time I come to pick it up it is never ready. Along with having to wait even though I get text notifications that my prescription is ready to be picked up, the pharmacy tech (with short hair and glasses) is always nasty every time I come in. I have also noticed the way she talks to other customers and its not just a me thing. She clearly has an attitude problem. Every other employee is helpful and kind... except her. read more

I m a huge fan of Publix markets. If only they would come north to New Jersey. This store is clean. The help is extremely helpful. It is easy to find things in the store. The only things I would improve: parking in this strip is tight and I can envision a larger store with more variety. But for what it is, this is a good grocery store. I'm a regular at their pharmacy, because I can practically walk to this Publix and I need a pharmacy nearby. Other than a mom and pop pharmacy up in NY, I have to say hands down, this is the best pharmacy I have ever used. I've used CVS, Walgreens, Walmart....there is absolutely no comparison to this pharmacy. Eleni is awesome, she reaches out to you from behind the counter to make sure everything is ok and even makes suggestions. Nikki is great,too. Everyone I have dealt with there is great, Nikki and Eleni just stand out to me. Highly recommend, you will be pleased with the service you receive. read more
