I always stopped in here in the past because my most favorite manager Virginia was stationed here. I followed her from the Deerfield beach store to this location. She is a Pennsylvania girl that is what I liked best about her. Virginia got transferred to the Clint Moore and 441 location I'm never really out that way so I guess I won't be seeing her that much anymore she is truly my most favorite manager besides Paul Buffa he used to be the manager at Deerfield Beach many many years ago. Their pharmacists are ASSHATS. BEFORE YOU FILL ANYTHING--DOOOOOOOOO NO SUCH THING. I turned in what my neurologist has had me on for three years (adding to what my former dr. had me on before) and they TURNED ME AWAY AS IF I WERE TRYING TO PURCHASE CRACK. When I filled only one of them there? My boyfriend was accused (without just coming out and calling him a "lying, Mexican thief") of "error on his end". When all I could muster before putting my lashes back on and marching MY TORNADIC ass in there, I said, "Please, for the love of God, could you just look in your bin once more?" Error on THEIR PART. Now? I am being given what I am guessing is the full Floridian Pill Mill Welcome: I got a phone call explaining how DARE I FILL TWO OF THE SIMILAR DRUGS IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES??? (You mean, the ones YOU REFUSED TO FILL IN THE FIRST PLACE?) Y'all need to start FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS AND NOT EATING THEM...no wonder your prices for meds are low: the only way you'd ever get my business again is during an apocalypse AND Channing Tatum danced down the barren aisles to come and get me when they were ready...at no cost. Some nerve! I filed a discrimination complaint against the female and male Pharm D's over there, and if you were treated as I, you should look into it. Considering its location it's a shame this publix is so dirty and less stocked than the most publix I've been too. I go to the Hillsboro one because it's cleaner though No matter what publix I seem to go to lately the customer service is poor. Thank god for whole foods read more

What is the point of having an online ordering system for deli meats if they never have it ready or on time and I have to wait in line anyways. My order was placed at 5 and not ready until 6pm. Very frustrating especially when order was supposed to be ready at 5:30!!! read more

Online ordering is supposed to be convenient. Literally the most inconvenient thing to do at this Publix. The deli is a mess. I have done online ordering at least 10 times, and I think once, maybe twice, my order was ready on time. One time my order was supposed to be ready at 12:45, I show up at 12:43. They aren't ready, and haven't even been started yet. Why? Because they were out of the 5 grain bread I had requested. Instead of calling to let me know, they waited until I got there. Unbelievable. Even when I go there to get deli meat, it takes triple the time it takes at any other Publix I've been to. They really need to figure out new system in the deli because it hasn't been working for awhile. read more

Nice convenient location off of Federal Highway. Their bathrooms are quite clean, the aisles are organized in a somewhat odd way compared to other locations, but everything is well-stocked, parking is easy and close to the store, the cashiers are quick and friendly, and the store is clean. read more

This Publix is FANTASTIC. The cashiers are always so kind and lovely. The weekly deals are great and nothing is ever over priced. They have a great selection of wine and beer. Make sure you stop by the bakery and get a cookie or a bagel! The cookies just kept in your mouth! My only complaint is that the deli is a little slow on some days. So order ahead! read more

We just celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary and ordered a cake at the last minute over the busy Christmas week. I'm not familiar with other locations but the Publix at 4141 N. Federal Hwy Boca Raton did a great job. It was ready when they promised, the printing on the cake was well done and most importantly the cake ( a chocolate ganache sheet cake with whipped cream)was delicious. It was more than sufficient for our guests and they all raved about its quality and taste. The price was very reasonable and we can"t remember having better at any event. read more

I hate the service in this store. I work 5 mins from it to it is my go to for a lunch sandwich most days. It never ceases to amaze me on how much this particular publix's customer service lacks in quality. Difficult to get paper bags, parking is always tight. Their flowers aren't nice some bouquets are brown. I also find out they don't participate in the Fair Food program which allows farm workers get better wages for only a penny per pound, I am ashamed of this huge chain store not to join when even Walmart,trader joes and many other companies had read more

The deli at this publix is a disaster. You will find multiple people behind the counter but none actually serving customers or trying to move the line faster. The sub station is always out of everything even at peak times. The online ordering is a good theory, but it's a waste of time since the order will either not be ready or be incorrect. There are a few deli employees who are nice and helpful, but the others are rude and make it a terrible experience. Overall this publix and the parking lot is pretty small. read more

I have shopped at Publix for years and always head to one if I am ever away from home. The experience we just had at the Deli was sad to say the least. Janeen (Pubsub maker) moved slower than I have ever seen anyone move. She had a line of 8 and it seemed as the line got longer, she got slower. There were 5 to 6 deli people behind the counter and the only activity was the sub line. We asked someone behind the counter if there was anyone to help her, they stated that was not their area. So, Shirley to the rescue, NOT! After communicating to Janeen, Shirley finally asked me what I wanted. She too, moved at a snails pace. I was the 2nd person in line and it took 20 minutes to my subs. Never mind there was not a happy look on either deli employees face and it looked as if they were not even happy to be there. You let me down, Boca Publix! I will be ready to get back to my Publix in Columbia, SC. read more
