Publix is ridiculous....... They price gouge their customers more then any store. The prices are insane absolutely insane. A roast is 59.00 dollars coffee 1 lb is over 15 dollars two weeks ago it was 7.99 how in the hell do you justify this. I am never going back and I have noticed less and less people going. Small store with limited selections, especially meats. They cram stuff in the aisles and extend the end caps so that navigating a cart is a very less than pleasurable experience. Add to that, there are rude people in the pharmacy. read more

Fathers Day, June 16, 2024 Deli person rude. I talked to the deli manager about the behavior and the manager was dismissive. Totally unacceptable! The prices that they charge at Publix is much higher than any other grocery in our area. You would think Publix could attract better help. read more

Publix is the most expensive grocery store in the area, but they offer the best quality brands (like BoarsHead deli meats and cheeses) and their staff is top notch. For example, I am not qualified to work here as I tend to be cranky and cynical. The Publix difference is high-end specialty items. Most recently, I moved my prescriptions from Walgreens to Publix Pharmacy because Publix Pharmacy was willing to accept the GoodRx coupons, which saved me over $80 this month. Another bad experience at the deli counter on Sunday, July 9th. I waited almost 30, minutes to be taken care of. There was two people being taken care of when I arrived but when one of the deli workers finished her customer she decided to walk away leaving only the other worker at the counter that was taking care of her customer rather than taking care of me. Finally when the other worker was done with her customer she started my order but there was no urgency in her actions. It's come to the point that if there are a number of people at the deli I won't wait because I don't have time to spend a half hour or more waiting to be served. read more

Today i shopped in Publix deli asked for a sandwich (the chicken cordon blue) which is made with bacon I asked for everything on the sandwich to be cold since I was paying with a food ebt card went to the cashier only to be Rung up as a hot sandwich I explained to her that it was a cold sandwich she touched it and Confirmed it was cold she went to find a manager to change it but once to manager came over she also doubted me so while holding up the line she went to call the deli to ask ho this sandwich was made smh all this over a 8 dollars sandwich and which they confirmed it was cold I wonder if they treat everyone who uses a ebt card like this or just the black ones Signed Embarrass and humiliate and I won't be shopping there again read more

This has got to be the worst Publix that I have ever experienced, I don't know where they even hire these people from. I'm referring mostly to the Deli department to no customer service what so ever. I asked for a sub sandwich today, the gentleman behind the counter had such a poor attitude while making my sub, he even put extra oil at the end and I was so upset I told him to forget it. The cashier didn't greet me till the end of my scanning. I'm very disappointed I do t think I'll be shopping their ever again. read more

PUBLIX , is the BEST GROCERY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ! I'm from New York and thought I liked My grocery store but you guys blow us out the water . From the second I walk in to the second I walk out ! I'm talking about I leave publix happy with a smile on my face . The employees go ABOVE and BEYOND to help you . Everyone I have encountered in EVERY PUBLIX I've ever been to is just delightful . The man that handles the carts even came up to me helped me with my last few things , wished me a happy holiday and took my cart away. I went on a 10 minute rant to my aunt (who lives in Brooksville) about how absolutely incredible this grocery store is. Oh ! And your store brand is amazing !!! I buy publix everything . Your meats , cheese , veggies , always on sale and great quality . They give free cookies to kids . The bathrooms are spotless . Oh ! And the deli ! Best fried chicken wings I've ever had in my LIFE. Store is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside to the store is that the produce is 'hit and miss'. 20 years ago when it was at the original location, the produce was second to none, but now,I make an extra trip to go to another store. read more

Publix is always clean and attractively arranged. The selection is good and the prices are surprisingly low (i love buy-one-get-one-free).

I don't go to Publix much because their prices are a little high compared to other places in my area but I do adore Publix Subs! They are the best around I feel. I went today for 3 subs, one for my step-mom, neighbor and to split one between my boyfriend and myself. They are quick, never get the order wrong and well packed with meat, cheese and whatever else i order. They offer Publix Brand and Boars Head, both are delicious. read more

Horrible customer service, 10 items or less line, one of your employees was buying a couple bags of dog food, and held up the line for 15 minutes, doesn't sound like long but the worst part was the manager was there and they were trying to figure out a coupon, and it just sucks, let the manager take it off line to another register that's not open, manage it. I dont mind paying a little more ,if the service is good, but that's ridiculous. Come on Publix youre better than that, the customer should get the same service even if all the dept heads aren't there and its the weekend read more
