Anyways I have a hard time finding where things are located which is probably their way of getting me to buy more than I need. The cheese I bought wouldn't ring up so the team member asked me what the cost was...I said roughly $4.99 and for the inconvenience they rang it up for $2. That was so nice! People familiar with Florida, know there is a Publix on just about every corner. Quality varies from store to store and I'd say this is one of the best Publix in the Naples area. The store is large, well stocked and has a good variety, although snowbirds can make it seem small, especially when everyone is shopping at once. Produce is fresh and they frequently refill items when they get low. I love the buy one, get one specials they have each week, Finding new wine to try, especially when the second bottle is free, makes it easy to sample different brands. Finding my favorite bagels as a BOGO is always a treat. The guys at the fresh fish market deserve a shout out, they are very helpful. The staff is friendly and any negative experience would be long lines at the deli. Ample parking and a good location make it easy to shop here. read more

Pleasant surprise that I had a positive visit here. Lots of fun things to buy beyond food. Ceramics outside, pool toys, holiday goodies I was lured here by their free flu shots plus a gift card offer I usually stay away from this store because of its crowds and limited organic , vegan and gluten free goods. They def have gotten better however the prices are still higher than I would like to spend Unless you happen upon BOGO items, and specials like Sushi Wednesdays ($5 sushi), I have to watch the price tags. Where as other stores I can just grab and trust it is the best price I do know many who work for this company and like it. Staff here are generally friendly and professional. I want to start off by saying that by far this was probably the worst experience ive ever had at Publix. I was waiting in line today during my lunch time to order a wrap and a chicken sandwich and considering that i have to be there for an hour until i get help from someone and then I get treated bad is insane. The guy preparing my wrap and my husbands chicken sandwich was throwing all toppings like he just didnt want to be at work and I'm sorry but if your going to treat customers like this and roll your eyes at people then do me a favor and stay home. I work at a dealership and i know what customer service is. People don't bother to greet you neither do they bother to help you out and treat you well during your shopping experience. Also don't even get me started on how he said he didnt have time to cash me out so i could sit and enjoy my lunch with out haven't to walk back to the very front of the atore quien they have a cashier there. My whole life I lived in St. Louis. That is until I moved to Naples Fl. in January. We had our own St. Louis centric supermarkets. Owned by families. Always a nice feel to go into a store with the last name of the owner on the building and part of the community. So I have been looking for a new grocery store and Public's is pretty much the choice. It is a typical big store with everything one could possible want and more. They have a butcher's counter and a fresh fish market for those of us who like to pick our own food out. They will also custom cut items per your request. So that is a nice touch. Things they don't have and never will. 1) Maull's BBQ sauce. 2) provel cheese 3) pork steaks in the meat case. If you don't understand the three choices then you are not from The STL. LOL read more

My family of (8) recently made the full time move here from Washington. I heard lots of good talk about Publix so I ventured inside of Publix #676 located on Vanderbilt and Airport rd in Naples on July 10, 2020 between 2:15-2:25 pm. I was hoping we'd make this grocery store our "go to" store as we're located within minutes on it's front doors. I ventured inside to see how it is and grab a few things. It was highly disappointing to come into contact with employees who fail to speak English. I asked a simple question to (3) different people, all of whom simply looked at me, smiled, put their hands in the air then pointed. My question pertained to the issue of 1 qt Publix chocolate milk as they are currently out on the shelf. I'd asked if they would substitute with another 'like' item. Nobody spoke English. I then made my trek to check out. I thought I'd surely get my answer at the register. I asked the cashier if they'd substitute products. Instead, I was helped by a young man who literally said the same statement 10x as we proceeded to their version of "customer service". Things got worse at customer service. I'd same question again then all people behind customer service blatantly stated, "Publix doesn't substitute" I left my groceries then proceeded to Walmart Supercenter and got better prices on literally everything! Publix has lost my business as well as fellow friends and families who have also made the move to Naples, Fl. Consistency is key and Publix has it without question. Well, DiGiorno isn't technically consistently buy one get one, but the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Products are always fresh and aisles neatly organized and stocked. Don't even get me started on the fresh made subs! My lesbian friend from Philly has to stop here every time she comes down. Fresh cut meats including Boar's Head. You can choose anything from their deli counter and it's delicious. They also have rotisserie chicken, wings and all kinds of side dishes if you're having lunch and need a quick meal for the road. I usually visit here with my fiance as I'm usually too intoxicated to drive. She hates having to keep tabs on me as I'm constantly wandering off to the excellent free samples. Today they had an avocado taco bowl that was great. We always each get one so I can have hers while she pushes the cart. Highly recommended though honestly you don't have much of a choice anyway. Very disappointed in the customer service here. Abigail was my cashier and she had a very negative attitude and was not willing to be helpful in any degree. The man in front of us had 7 bags of ice in the bottom of his cart. She was giving him an inredibly hard time, because he had a thicker accent, and rolled her eyes at him multiple times before actually getting out of her cashier box and looking at what he was speaking about. Then gave him a hard time about the waters in his cart as well. When it was finally our turn, because that took 10 minutes already, we pulled the receipts off of the food platters we had ordered so she only had to scan them instead of hand her the entire platter to scan. She said she needed the physical platter, so we handed them to her, and she said we would need to tell her which receipt went with which platter. Well they were all different, and it's not hard to tell which platter is the fruit platter and which is the popcorn chicken platter. She huffed and puffed about that and made a big show of asking 3 different employees if the sauce that comes with the platter for the popcorn chicken platter. Obviously we didn't go scoop honey mustard into an unmarked container to steal it from Publix. She finally finished scanning our items and threw the receipt at us. Grow up and be a professional customer service representative for Publix instead of alienating customers and catching an attitude. Won't be back to this location. read more

Stopped in to get a quick salad for lunch. The cashier charges me for the dressing so I say that the dressing is free it comes with the salad. She said " no it doesn't". I tell her that I've purchased salads here before and it's always come with the salad. She says" no, there is dressing already in there"and the bagger says " things change". Now tell me if this is good customer service? It's not the .29¢ It's the fact that the employees shouldn't be argue with the customer when they don't know the answer and don't go and find the answer. I love coming here great employees and always helpful when you can't find something and when they don't have it they will order it for you.

Having complained in the past that employees were not " masked" or gloved, I expected the issue would have been resolved. Weeks later, only two employees were seen wearing masks while all shoppers were. This Publix apparently doesn't care about people handling our food possibly infecting their customers. Other Publix stores seem to be complying. It 's just the MANAGEMENT at this store that apparently doesn't care. I think their attitude in this regard is disgusting and dangerous. read more

Just stopped there on my way home..they have the worst..slowest deli department I have ever seen....25 minutes for cold cuts. 2 people ahead of me and they both ordered 2 items..one girl is cutting deli and puts it on a bin for people in a hurry.....how about taking care of the 10 people waiting in line !!!!!! One of the best Publix's in town. It gets busy however the deli department moves fast!

The wait time is horrible every time I call the prepared food section no matter what time a day. I just keep keep getting placed on hold over and over and over again until I get fed up (usually it's about the 3-5 min mark) and hang up, and call again and be a little demanding with the customer service employee for them to finally get something done in the food section. The only reason I go to this one is because it's the nearest one to the house. read more

i usually use publix naples walk for my go to grocery store. today i wanted a raincheck for perdue boneless skinless chicken breasts, bogo. a guy in the meat section said that they were all out. suggested i go to customer services and get a raincheck. the clerk was very uninterested in my request, got on her computer and said they were not on sale or bogo. i said, please get the flyer that goes through 10/23, instead she called over a guy named kyle, he started looking on his phone for waht i was requesting and said it was not on sale. i just called after looking over the flyer and got kyle, totally off the wall not caring one iota. after a pause of silence for 15 seconds, i asked if he was still there he said yes, i told him i couldn't drive back for the raincheck, he said alrighty? very dissatisfied. read more

Have been shopping here for years after the cross road pine ridge store really went down hill. This store was ok, for a short time but now is just as bad staff is apathy,store manager and district manager are clones. Contacted the home office regarding several complaints over the years. Spoke with regional manager still the same. I have shopped there for years spent $$$$$$$ they do not care. They have the majority of stores and know it and do not care, given the chance shop at another store that really respects you and wants you business. It's convenient and thats what they know and count on it if have a chance give another store a chance. read more
