Came here and as soon as I walked in it looked amazing, I ordered a Cold Brew with Vanilla from Brianna who was very nice and attentive, I added some sugar myself but overall the drink was amazing and refreshing, I was even provided with a water as well. One thing I really really liked was oddly enough the restrooms, most restaurants don't put any effort compared to Pucci! The restroom had great ambiance including their own custom napkins and towels, it had an amazing setup from the floor to the ceiling. Awful overpriced coffee. Pricing not transparent. Shows a charge of 6.00 for latte. Nothing special. Charged $5 more for a large size which is the same size as a Starbucks medium cup. Asked why the additional charge. They said its because its a large. Doesnt show different pricing on the menu they handed. Not impressed by the dog material either. Its a knockoff designer /counterfeit wear for pups using wordplay on Gucci, Louis, etc.. WEIRD. Might as well go to harwin if you want knockoffs for your dog. read more

It is a cute establishment, however that's it. The service was awful. I went with 3 ladies. First person ordered apple turnover & lemonade. Second ordered chicken salad sandwich, macaroon & coffee. Third ordered coffee, wine, cannoli & a couple dog treats. Fourth lady ordered an apple turnover, a muffin & a glass of wine. The lemonade and one coffee came out first. Then 10-15 min later the first apple turnover was presented. It was fine. Then we waited. And waited. The sandwich was served 40min after ordering, and it came out wrong, it was ordered on a croissant but came out on a bun, so was sent back and that was another 20min wait. It wasn't anything spectacular. The dog treats were delivered. They are cute. Hope the dog likes them! The cannoli was not rang up, so we didn't get that. Upon ordering the cannoli, it was even requested to pack it to go...but again, it was not even rang up. Finally after about 90 min. we asked when the second turnover and muffin would be out, and was told 'soon'. The muffin wasn't even finished, & it was shared...not that great. We inquired about items in the glass display, but was never given any answers. Intention was to purchase an item (and they are not cheap) but that didn't happen. One lady was over charged, was told the manager would correct the error....we never saw the manager. Overall, the place is cute, there is a nice patio on the back. Pet watching was fun. But don't think that this is a quick stop to pop in and grab a coffee & danish...it is not. If you plan to visit this establishment, be prepared to wait, for a while. When we arrived there were ZERO ppl in the place...I can only imagine the wait time if there were a crowd. We would had spent more money on items if the staff were more organized, timely and had better customer service. But instead we left disappointed and will not ever return. read more

I give my latte 7 yummy points out of 10 with 10 being "OMG...get some, ok??" Our was tasty and creamy. But I'm a coffeholic so I can't say it was a 10. Do not come here to do some work - I came around 10 AM, ordered a drink and jumped on some work calls. 2 and half hours later about to jump off my computer and a worker came over to say "we only allow people to work inside that order a certain amount of items since we have limited space. So if someone comes and needs a table, we will ask you to leave"! I was shocked, I work at several coffee shops and have never had someone say this. I ordered a drink, you don't have food for lunch so what else would I order? There were two tables beside me that were also shocked. One with three women working as well that were there before me. He checked in on our table when I was having a mental breakdown over chemistry midterms and I think he deserves a raise for that. Worst customer service ever! Came in to try a glass of wine at 9:30PM and the girl who provided us service was about to open a bottle and the manager or young gentleman who needs to be taught how the hospitality service works stopped her and said she couldn't open a new bottle to provide a sample and then the gentlemen offered us a sample of wine in a pucci plastic cup and told us he couldn't give us a proper wine glass to drink our glass of wine we purchased outside. The girl serving us deserves a raise but the gentlemen who was assisting us needs to take a class in hospitality or a class in how customer service industry works. read more

The Pucci Cafe is an amazing shop! I have never received such excellent customer service. Charlene went above and beyond to help me with a very last minute Christmas sweater for my son's sweet pup (who is 65 lbs and hard to find a large enough sweater for). She was a huge help figuring out the right size and then with placing the order. She then made sure it went out the same day and arrived in time for a few days wear before Christmas!
