I was so excited to visit this place. Service was pretty bad, we enter the cafe and the people that worked there were just staring at us, we didn't know if we have to wait to be seated, we asked and they just keep staring, it was very weird. I ordered a latte and a cake, the cake was frozen in the bottom and the latte had no flavor. It is supposed to be a cafe catered towards digs but they are not very attentive to dogs, we had to ask for bowls of water. The service at Puccini was great. Not only did they take care of us they also took care of our dog! Being a vegetarian the menu was a little limited but my wife had the chicken salad on a croissant and she said it was delisous! We ate outside because the inside was freezing. Brilliant idea and well executed! We popped our heads in to see what it was and stayed for coffee and dog treats! We had just eaten at another outdoor restaurant in La Centerra, when we decided to stop in on the way to the car. And though the other restaurant is dog friendly, it wasn't super conducive to enjoying dining with your dogs, as the ground was kind of dirty and he kept getting wrapped around the table and chair legs. So when we wandered into Pucci, we were blown away by the beautiful environment, cleanliness and the super friendly staff. This is going to be our new go to spot to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine or beer with our new puppy. read more

I'm only making this review in hopes they change the matcha latte, I work as a barista that specializes in boba. Matcha lattes should never taste of just milk. You should have two teaspoons of matcha for one 1/4 cup of milk. Don't order it, might as well ask for a cup of milk. Want a good matcha latte, go to Starbucks or Hombrew. The service is amazing. The decor is beautiful and unique. The only reason it has some stars. Their other drinks are good, just not the matcha latte. The restroom had great ambiance including their own custom napkins and towels, it had an amazing setup from the floor to the ceiling.
