I received information from the DoorDash driver that he was stuck in traffic. I understood, did not have a problem with that at all as it was rush hour and people were heading home from work, this continued on for about an hour until he had to cancel my order because he was not able to get to me. I called Dions and let them know the situation. The manager informed me to place my order again and they would get it sent out right away and refund me for my previous order. I messaged the new driver, letting him know there was traffic and to maybe take a different route. Unfortunately, he did not get the message in time and ended up being stuck in the same traffic and had to do the same thing... cancel my order. I called Dions, not upset with the situation because life happens! I just wanted to make sure that I would get refunded for both orders. The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind. This is absolutely going above and beyond and I am truly grateful for that!! I will 1 million percent return and recommend everyone to this location!!! Well done, Dions!!!
