Slow Pizza Hut- One of the advantages of ordering from home ahead of time is when you get to the restaurant you don't have to wait! I ordered a couple of pizza's from this location today to pick up at 5pm. I arrived five minutes before my pick up time and gave them my name. They confirmed that they had my order and that they were "probably in the over". I sat down and waited for my order, I was asked again at 5:15pm, "what was your name again?". I waited another five minutes and they came out again at 5:20 and asked me for my name again. I told them AGAIN. She replied "Ok, NOW they are working on it". I ordered ahead, had a 13 mile round trip to get there and waited over 20 minutes for them to just start my order. While I was sitting there i watched customers come in and pick up their orders, some had to come back to get parts of their order they missed and customers seated at a table had to come back up after ordering to get cups and then come back again to get silverware to eat. This store is so poorly managed. do not go to this location unless you want poor service and incompetent managers. I moved away from the area a couple years ago but still visit the Pizza Hut when visiting. They were consistently good with very friendly staff before I moved and I see that continuing today. They were out of the pan crust I ordered so they replaced it with hand tossed. The manager made it a point to explain the problem and decided to comp the order. Horrible customer service we got an email from the actual Pizza Hut website ( you can click it and it goes to PizzaHut.com and all social media links. Even has corporate office etc. knows the address to which location I shop it's a legit coupon) call to let them know I'm having issues with it ordering online. They said first the coupon wasn't real. Terrible service and food. Ordered pizza and wings for a shift with my crew at the firehouse. Gave clear direction and address but the driver still got lost and food took over 90 minutes. No discount was offered and food was no longer warm. The pizza was average, I usually don't eat Pizza Hut so maybe my standards are too high, but there aren't many options around here. On to the wings....they were cold and after eating a few we noticed the were all still red on the inside. Keep in mind I asked for crispy. I generally wouldn't take the time to rate a pizza delivery place, but quite honestly I am fed up with this particular Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut has extremely long wait times on delivery. The past two times it was over an hour were on Bronco game days so I sort of excused them on those two. Tonight however on a Sunday night with no special events and the wait was over an hour and a half. I know I could just go pick up the pizza, but let me tell you about the last time I ordered pick up at this location...they took my order and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there after 40 minutes it wasn't ready, and I sat in the little lobby waiting an additional 30 minutes. I had one other bad experience with them where I called after an hour when my pizza was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. They told me they forgot to make my pizza, and they were just going to issue a refund because they were closing. I worked in the pizza delivery business to pay my way through school. The only reason pizza should take this long to deliver (especially when the store is only 2 miles from your house) is because they are waiting for other orders to send your pizza out with, or they don't have enough employees working to handle the call load. Either way it is horrible management. I still like Pizza Hut, but you should avoid this particular location at all costs. Update: my pizza tonight arrived, only 25 minutes after they said it would. The pizza was room temperature, rectangular (I ordered round), and the soda was warm (about the same temp as the pizza). I just tried to call to complain, but no one will answer the phone! Probably the best Reunion has to offer at the moment. This area is starving for a mom and pop joint. Domino's down the road is awful. Papa Johns is all the way in Stapleton. Your experience will vary by whether the manager is in or not. When there it is quite good - when gone, teens take over with the typical service levels. No dine in - carry out or delivery only. I have made two orders with this place for delivery. The first one had a 70 minute delivery time. The most recent order, after about 20 minutes I received a phone call from their manager informing me that they didn't have the ingredients to make my pizzas. My husband was starving and called to order delivery since our car was in the shop. It was 20 minutes before close. So it was probably 10:40. And there's not a ton of options out near Reunion. We were told it would be about an hour. Which we are told pretty regularly and it always arrives within about 25-30 minutes.....We stayed up waiting on our pizza and after about 45 minutes decided to call and check even though we were quoted an hour. No one picked up. No one ever showed up. My husband called multiple times and waited up until midnight for a pizza that never showed up...... if you're really hungry late night I suggest ordering online. These fools flat out bailed on my delivery!!! We are having terrible weather and I called before the dinner rush to find that they have a 1 hr. wait which is No problem at all, to be expected (hence calling early). 1 hr passes, nothing. At the 1 1/2 hr mark they call me back to tell me that "system errors" are preventing them from delivering my order. Makes no sense right?!! When I ask the guy to elaborate, he of course cannot and apologizes. I ask why it took an hour and half to notify me, he literally responds saying he has no excuse and should have had someone else call me since he was busy but the order is ready if I wanna pick it up. Like I said - we were having terrible weather so I would have 100% cut them slack, had they not taken over an hour to notify me!!!! We order pizza a couple of times a month. We usually don't have any issues. But the last two deliveries from this Pizza Hut our pizza was cold. This delivery we received cold pizza, cold Cinnabon and our wings had NO sauce on them. When we called (the only number available.... national customer service) the employee was unapologetic and questioned what we wanted them to do. We only asked to have a new order of wings. She said they would deliver in 25 minutes. They showed up an hour later and tried to deliver a partial order of wings.... for $8 who doesn't want all their wings? When we asked for our money back just for the wings.... it was such a todo. They did end up refunding us. The pizza tastes pretty good, when they send the right toppings and with the cheese stills melted, which is about 75% of the time. If I order soda I either don't get it at all or they bring the wrong flavors. Always add 20 minutes to the estimated delivery time. But they have better deals than any other pizza place that delivers to my house, and the hut rewards add up so fast it is worth the risk. Just don't order soda and order early. The bone-in wings are big and juicy. While I wish they were crispy, they have some of the tastiest sauce around. They always come hot, even if the pizza doesn't. My kids are crazy about the big cookie dessert, too! read more

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had with Pizza Hut. I did an online order for a double order of cheese sticks and 6 wings. The online order said 20-30 minutes delivered. I was like, ok cool, that works for me. 40 minutes later no delivery. So I start calling the store. I call and it rings for 5 minutes. I call back and I'm on hold for 10 minutes before someone picks up and disconnects me. I call back and about 7-1/2 minutes into being on hold I hear a car with loud music outside so I go look and it's the delivery driver disturbing my neighbors. Then he takes my food to my neighbors house since his GPS aside that was the house without checking the address. So I get my food and it's cold but aside from that the cheese sticks are so over done and so little cheese they look like breadsticks (pic attached). I tried to call in but again was put on hold and gave up after 15 minutes. Never again Pizza Hut. I'll drive to a farther location not to have to deal with such terrible food/service. read more

He's still on the phone went straight in the back and started making my order. I asked him "are you going to wash your hands and put on gloves" he continued to make my pizza, as he's talking on the phone. I was so pissed I went to McDonalds and spend 12.00.His nasty dirty hands, he's probably dropping spit on my pizza whiles he's talking on the phone. I was pissed and I will never eat at your location. I wasted gas, time and my money at another place.
