    CHILE RELLENO

Love the patio when the weather is right. The best margaritas in town that hit the spot after a long day! The Queso Fundido or guacamole are great starters with the chips and salsa trio. Always order the Chile Relleno with beef it never disappoints! Owners are the sweetest when they make their rounds or while sitting at the bar.

YUM. This spot was so tasty - I loved the level of spice used so much. I find that a lot of the Mexican restaurants I have tried in south Hampton area have food that ends up a little bland because of lack of spice. That is not the case here at all! I was also very impressed at how balanced and smooth the frozen margaritas are - it was more like an icee! The salsas given with the chips were delightful as well, I loved that three different salsas are on the plate. Our server was so kind and was extremely knowledgeable about the food when asked questions. This is a small spot inside for the winter, and it didn't feel like we were on top of other people at all. I am very excited to add Pueblo Solis to our rotation!

Have been here many times before but met an out of town friend here on Labor Day for dinner and the place was packed. Thankfully I got a table just a hair before the rush because they filled up fast and were busy until 7:30p. We sat outside on the patio. The chips are nice and the 3 salsas are all tasty but my fave is the Smokey one. Both the green and the red are good, but the green has the most heat. We also had the guacamole which was allot for 2 ppl. I fad the fish tacos which were tasty but I prefer the fish on the crunchy side and my order was very soft. My companion has the chicken flautas which he said were good. We both had the house margaritas which were tangy and packed a punch. The patio was inviting on a nice night, the drinks were cold, the food was hot and the service was friendly and nice. Pleasant experience!

Such a south city staple restaurant! The chips are served warm. The guacamole is delicious, highly recommend! Fajitas are delicious and portions are large. Shrimp Diablo is absolutely fantastic, a bit spicy but delicious. Service was a bit slow but they were extremely busy and the waitress was still attentive and accommodating. Such a fantastic restaurant, definitely worth the stop!

Food was So over priced for the quantity. . Service was good. Paid 23 for fajitas and got only 2 peppers and zero onions. The beef was not seasoned at all. The only good thing about this place was our wonderful server. Will never come back again.

I've been dying to try Pueblo Solis since I moved to St Louis.. to say my expectations were high we're about understatement! Everything was fresh and delicious! The guacamole was light and perfect! I'm a huge fan of adding salsa to my Guac and their salsas are incredible! The Chile Relleno stuffed with beef and topped with cheese hit the spot. I'd definitely order again! The food is really good Tex-mex with great service!

Great dinner tonight. I love the food here. Such flavors! When you arrive you have your choice of eating in the bar area or dining room. They also have nice patio seating for warmer weather. Starts off with their chips and salsa. Their chips are brought to you warm and salty with a variety of three salsas. It was hard to choose my favorite and I was happy to have the variety. I ordered the Chili Relleno with rice and beans. You get your choice with it stuffed with seasoned beef or cheese. The waitress suggested that I get it with the beef and have cheese on top. Best of both worlds and it was delicious. The ground beef was very flavorful. The rice and beans were really good as well. When my plate came to the table it was sizzling hot. Nothing better than a nice hot meal. The service was excellent tonight. The lady that brought the chips and salsa was so attentive. Our glasses of ice tea and water were never less than half empty and she was so quick to see if we wanted a chip/salsa refill. Our waitress was also very good.

This a cutie Tex melt restaurant that has great service. I was in town for a few days and I was craving Mexican. This play has great reviews so I stopped in. Street parking is more desirable. There is a small parking lot. If you can get in do so. I ordered the chili relay. No it was very delicious. They give you the option of ground beef or cheese, but go for the ground beef. I'm not saying that this is the best but it is for filling. Check it out check it out.if you are in town. Oh, totally forgot the margaritas are strong and I only got the house one. Thank you!

Rating: 3.7 Stars This was my first time ordering from Pueblo Solis. I decided to do takeout. This was a mistake. They were highly disorganized. I was told that the food would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes; and, when I got to the restaurant 30 minutes after the order, I still waited another 25 minutes. I was pushed to the side and ignored. When I would ask if there was an update, I was given no information. When the food was finally brought out, it was placed on a table across from the bar. I asked the hostess if I could take it and was told that she would be right with me. She was not, and the waiting continued. This needs to improve and was a 3/5 star customer service experience. The food itself was good. The Guacamole was fresh, flavorful, and by far the best part of the meal! This was easily 5 stars. The Chicken Tacos were good and had a unique flavor. They were a little cold when I actually got to eat them, which confirms my suspicion that they sat in the kitchen for a while before finally being brought out to me. The refried beans were flavorful, and the Mexican rice had an interesting and unique texture and flavor. Unfortunately, the lid was not closed properly on my beans and rice container, and the beans poured out onto the Chicken Tacos container (see photo) and into the bag as I was commuting. Ultimately, the food was solid. I hope that they can fix the other issues if I ever make it back.

My husband and I have been here a number of times, we've brought our (adult) daughters and their partners, out of town visitors, and we've recommended it to friends. Some of our friends went on our recommendation and enjoyed it. Again, I have to say that we love the vibe, the staff, and the food - probably equally! We sat out on the covered patio last night. It was pretty hot out, but the cover and the fans made it feel okay out there. We ran into neighbors as we were leaving. It's about 35 minutes from our house and we have never seen anyone we know there. They were enjoying it as well! The only negative I can think of is the restroom situation. There is one restroom with one toilet - plan ahead! There's usually a line. We'll definitely be back!

It's not authentic guac with chunks of guac, instead it was creamy and didn't have a clumps of avocado or flavor. It was more of a blended consistency with just a smashed avocado flavor. The chips were awesome! I ordered the mahi-mahi tacos. The first one that was brought to the table was fried so well done the fish inside was rubbery and dry, and the outer coating was black. My waiter apologized, visually confirmed that the dish was not right, took the dish and 5-10 minutes later brought out the same dish, assuming this one would be better. It wasn't. The fish was overwhelmingly fishy smelling, dry and overall, I felt like I would've had a better meal at McDonalds ordering their Filet o' fish. Ugh! The waiter took the one bite eaten from the taco dish and removed it from the ticket. He asked if he could bring me something else, but so much time had passed between the last 2 mix-ups that for me to order anything to replace the meal, my party would've left me at the table so I just had chips for dinner. Where I see an issue, is one would think a manager would've come over apologizing, or something. Yet, I felt like the bad guy sent to her room with no dinner. When the bill came, the waiter, what I feel like intentionally put the bill directly in front of another person from our party rather than in the center of the table. Probably because that person loved his meal... A person in my party got the 3 taco dinner- only ate one taco. Packaged up the other two tacos. I paid, tipped 20% assuming it wasn't the waiter's fault. And we walked out. We got to the front door, the person in my party that had boxed up the 2 tacos realized she left her box at the table, turned around 1-2 minutes after leaving, went back to the table and our waiter said he threw away the box! It wasn't busy ... I understand wanting to clean a table, but there should be some protocol of if this happens, maybe the bussers have x number of minutes before they throw away a meal that someone intentionally boxed up to take home. So -2 stars- I won't go back but if you try this place you might get something delish. My hope is you fall on the positive side of these reviews.
