Good thing, as school was starting in a few weeks. The staff was quite helpful, running back and forth getting items for us from the shelves and putting back the ones that didn't fit well. Lines weren't too long despite the volume - staff was busy ringing up the in person sales while also filling online orders. The employees appeared to be in high school or just graduated from high school? I have ordered from this site for the past several years and there seems to always be an issue…read moregetting my order on time for one reason or another. This past year, 2025, I ordered shorts for my kid and here it is, 2026, and no shorts; the reason marked on my account online is backordered. I waited and checked every quarter to see if they had a status update and discovered the shorts were suddenly marked online as delivered. I asked my kid if they ever received their shorts and the school if they had received them; both told me they had not. I called Kula Threads several times and finally got someone to answer. They changed the status back to backordered and told me they would put in another request for the shorts to be ordered but they still had no idea when they'd be delivered. I'm now not able to log in to my account online and they have a notice on their website that walk-ins are not welcome. Be aware when ordering that you may encounter issues with your deliveries. Yes, I am currently pursuing my money back legally for the shorts.
