I bought my house two springs ago, so the ancient, rattling a/c unit is my problem now and I'm dreading replacing it. Above and Beyond is keeping it spinning, including telling me what the likely next problems are - they were right on target and I needed an emergency repair in July for a fan motor that doesn't believe in two weeks' notice. They were able to call me back during that 10pm holiday weekend panic to let me know when they could get someone to my home, just another service had faster availability for 2am that night. They still continued to follow-up with me after that appointment with another provider to make sure everything was okay and came back for that line service just a few weeks ago. No judgement at all from Above and Beyond on how it was I had forgotten two summers in a row about the vinegar. These guys are timely, communicative, and great on pricing. I have compared their pricing to at least six other local service companies and not only is Above and Beyond better, they are completely transparent on where the costs are coming from.

Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.
