I went to this bakery at 2:30am and I'm not even a stoner. (Just a fatso that picks up snacks on his way home from chillin with friends.) The Jidori Egg Sandwich is a 10/10 for me. One bite of this sandwich instantly transports me back to a train platform in Tokyo, eating an egg sandwich from a train station kombini as I wait for the JR Yamanote line heading towards Nishi-Shinjuku, as tons of polite Japanese peeps scurry by. Ahhh, I love it. The "Covid 19 CurryPan" thing (I probably butchered the name) is 10/10 and BOMB AF. Using the word "C19" in the name probably isn't the best for marketing... but maybe the name will get people talking about it, so it will have some viral effect. Viral, get it? lol. Anyway, it looks kind of like a baked version of one of those spiky lacrosse balls that people use when foam rolling or releasing pressure from their foot's plantar fascia. It's crispy on the outside, and soft inside, and filled with curry. I gotta bring one of my Indian friends here to try this. That dude LOVES curry - not to be overly stereotypical, but what can I say... he does! lol The ambiance of the shop is nice and clean, and has a zen garden thing, which looks cool, but seats inside the shop would be cooler. I guess the management at Pullman Bread wants people to just buy the baked stuff and eat outside. (Smart from an operations standpoint, actually... but as a customer, I wish I could chill inside and eat there.) I'll give the interior a 8/10 for that. The parking is a 10/10. Only in Vegas will you find a 24/7 Japanese sando bakery, right? We stopped in late at night and we were the only ones there. The workers were so patient with us since we wanted everything. First time and we had the hardest time deciding, and the place just smelled so delicious! Even late at night, new delicious items were being pulled out of the oven. Prices were a bit steep, but I think you're paying for the all-nighter staff and the great ingredients. Everything we had was great, especially the hot fresh, chocolate buns! Family and I used to come here ALL the time because each of us live in the range of 5-10 minutes away. Especially as a university student, the sandwiches were the easiest to pick up on the way to school. HOWEVER, my family and I will no longer be coming here. It used to be around $4-5 for a sandwich, now they're nearly $7!!!! For something that could barely fill a child... Other items like their cake rolls, tiramisus, and mousses used to be around $6, which was a little expensive but justifiable.. now they are $8??!? Again, the serving sizes are so small. Along with the previously lower prices, they used to do discounts on top of that, but they no longer do... The prices went up so much in the last few months, that it's not even worth coming here anymore! You may as well visit a restaurant at that point. read more

It's our first time here. The staff was nice and recommended us some signature items. The staff even offered my son a free pastry because my little one couldn't decide which one to get. I am leaving this review to kindly remind the store and its customers that make sure you check the date of the products made. I got the small bamboo charcoal Pullman loaf, and my wife found some molded spots on the loaf at home when I cut the loaf. I called the store and the man answered the phone was nice and asked us to go back and exchange it. But we are not driving all the way back. I am so happy Pullman's opened one of the very few Japanese bakeries in Vegas and they have been killing it. Pullman's is located on Blue Diamond and decatur. This area has been opening up a lot of other restaurants/cafes/shops lately. It is also right next to an EOS fitness which is perfect for a quick post-gym snack. I love the concept of this place. They operate 24 hours and always have fresh pastries coming out. It is easy to order and I am always out of here in about 5 minutes. There is no seating as it is more of a grab-and-go bakery. My favorites are the Jidori egg sando, beef curry bun, potato croquette, and strawberry sando. If you check this place out and you love curry you have to try the different curry buns. Their bread is soft and sweet. They also serve bread loaves for you to take home and Japanese snacks. Their pastries are all around solid and are always warm. Pricing is average about 4-7$ per pastry. They have an array of sandos like tuna salad, ham and cheese, and pb&j just to name a few. The interior is beautiful and clean with wood finishing and even a zen garden surrounding the corner of the store. The service is lovely and are always helpful. They also offer a point system for your purchases and I have been able to get pretty good discounts each time I come. I can understand why this place has such high ratings! From the design of the bakery, to a large variety of options, quality of their product, and to their customer services! Everything from the beginning to the end was a lovely experience. The worker that assisted us was very patient and kinda got a little busy after we showed up. I love pullman bread and I don't mind paying for the price that they ask for because it's worth it, but why add service fee for something that you're buying? What other services that they gave me other than ring me up and hand me my food that I purchased? Adding service fee to the food that you are willing to buy for the price that they already have. That just doesn't seem right. Plus not letting your customers know isn't right either. I know its not much to add a 2% service fee but we need to know why we are getting charge of something extra other than the food that we paid for. We didn't dine in. We didn't get it delivered. We went there, pick up some bread and cakes and then paid for it. Didn't make any mess or sat outside or any of their tables (if any) for them to come out and clean. I live across town but was working over here for about 5 days so I first stopped and loved it!! So I carefully studied the website, menu and social media reviews, making sure I tried anything else while I had the chance. Again, the staff was great! But unfortunately, there were several items that were discontinued or not available until a certain time. I totally understand that items change, and some may not be as popular at certain times of the day (such as breakfast etc.) However, it would've been nice to know that some things weren't available until a certain time or not at all. Love Pullman Bread. I think we come here so often that we came here at least a month straight every other day. We have probably tried almost everything except a few items. Lucky for us we like to come after hours because after 10pm it's 30% off so May not get everything that sells out fast but we normally get what we can. I appreciate that they have seasonal offerings the kinako mochi is by far my favorite and croquetes were so good too the setup of the bakery reminds me of how small bakeries and restaurants in Japan are built. Pullman Bread is a clean, neat, bakery. I visited around 10:30 on a Sat morning. I was surprised to find that there is no seating in the store. It is strictly to go. The selection was ok. Everything I ordered was very good, but there just wasn't a huge selection like some other Japanese bakeries I frequent. There were several open spaces, so maybe they were out or not yet filled. It was 10:30 so I would think you'd have your pastries out by then. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really wish I could give Pullman 5 stars, but the variety of selection took a star away. I hope to try it again and see if they have more offerings. If I was in the area I would come back here for one of their sandos. The egg sando was delicious and the also have fruit sandos that looked tempting! read more

Mentaiko (Spice fish egg: pollack roe)::: Definitely fishy. Rice was a little hard. Premium Wagyu Beef Rice Ball::: Simple. Good for someone who needs to grab a quick bite. Rice was a little hard. Premium Beef Potato Croquette::: Soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Egg Sandwich::: Great sandwich, definitely come back for this. Egg Chashu Bun::: My favorite! Love the pork filling! NOT Deep fried. Covid-19 Bun::: It's the deep-fried version of the Egg chashu bun. Kinako Mochi::: Love the mochi texture with the black sugar syrup! My husband and I were in the area and thought we would try a new place we hadn't been to before. It is a cute Japanese bakery off of Blue Diamond in the Southwest. I previously heard and saw a few post on Instagram about this place, their egg sandwich. Not sure what the hype was about but it wasn't anything special. They had a small variety of rice balls (similar to masubi) so we tried a few different ones. The service was great, the associate suggested some of their popular rice balls: Shrimp Tempura, Tatsuta Chicken and premium Wagyu. I enjoyed the wagyu the best! They also had steamed pork buns, it was ok! They also served Sando Sandwiches from Uno. My husband ordered the wagyu burger with icheese and a light sauce with a curry taste. Mood - That Tuna So I've been waiting for this place to open for some time. And when they did, it was on. So many things to choose from and I wanted it all. Upon entering there was a small line of people all over. So patiently waited my turn as I started to pick items from each display case. That Tuna oh my gosh did not disappoint in the slightest. Walking into the store it seemed a bit small and I thought it would be very minimal food options. Boy was I wrong! Not only did the decor look nice, the food variety was great!! I got the shrimp tempura, eel, chicken, and beef onigiri. All the onigiris tasted fresh and delicious. My friends got a tuna sandwich, curry bun, and sausage bun. Staff is so friendly. Ambiance is small and resembles the small to-go cafes of Asia. The food.... Bread is so soft and chews perfectly and the cream compliments the strawberry well. My favorite is the rice ball onigiris. The roe is so good you go through emotions of happiness, sadness, and anger. Anger that you couldn't possibly replicate the flavor without the training and ingredient resources a restaurant has. I can't believe I have not reviewed Pullman yet. This place is amazing, everything beautifully displayed and smelling just like a bakery should. The food is consistently great every time I come in. The workers are helpful and nice without being pushy or impatient and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to start my order even with many customers in the store. My only complaint is that the parking lot is full most of the time and I am just popping in for a snack and then leaving. Not Pullmans fault at all, but a little annoyance. I love this place and the quality food I get here. My recommendations are the simple egg sandwich, chocolate bread, strawberry sandwich, and the salmon sandwich. read more

I finally made it to Pullman Bread after seeing so many videos of the bakery. The bakery is located off of Blue Diamond and Decatur and fairly easy to find. For those that worry about the parking situation... don't worry, they have tons of parking spaces. I was a little shocked with how small the bakery was when I walked in. The staff member was helpful and patient with me as I was so indecisive about what I wanted. I got one of their savory veggie curry pastry, a big cream puff, and a melon pan. The pastries were good, it's definitely a place I'd return to especially if I'm in the area. I've been to Pullman multiple times now, probably close to 10x now and it is a hit or miss on whether certain items are available. Often times I will see an item I will want to try, so I take the time to drive there, only to find out that it was all sold out. This has happened many times, and they actually addressed this issue on their social.
