Pulse Exterior (Derick) repaired a sagging rear deck and stairway on my three-flat that had started pulling away from the building. This wasn't cosmetic -- it was a real structural issue. Derick was my main point of contact, and Luke led the crew on-site. They installed Diamond Piers, replaced weak joists, reinforced worn joints, and added a major support beam with its own footing/foundation to properly stabilize the structure. They completed the work during winter with a quick turnaround, walked me through how they brought the deck back into position (about 1 to 1.5 inches), and left the area clean. Derek and his crew did an excellent job reattaching the gutters on my extremely old home. The had to install new fascia and soffits to attach the gutters to because the old wood was either missing or deteriorated! The Color of the materials that they purchased matches pretty good to the rest of the house which was installed over 20 years ago! The team was very professional and cleaned up everything nicely! I highly recommend Derrick and Pulse Exterior. He was fast, fair, and did a great job. I called him for a very small job -- a few pieces of siding had blown off in a wind storm. Other contractors couldn't even be bothered. Derrick agreed to do the repair the next day for a fair price. I was looking for gutters for my new garage. Garage company wanted more than double the cost. I found Derrick searching locally online. Very please with Pulse exterior and would use them again. They went the extra yard by do some carpentry work to fix a problem with the joists that connect to the fascia. They also accommodated my cancellation of a special order awning without any hassle even though it was in the contract. They also came back after job completion no charge to fix a siding issue related to heat expansion of roof shingles. Derrick is incredible. He tackled our unusual request for copper colored gutters on our renovated Tudor and was excited to do them. He made sure they would look great and last a long time. Darek and his team could not be more flexible, responsive and quick, all at a great price. They fixed the siding on my garage and noted that the original contractors didn't use Tyvek protective wrap under the siding but Darek and his team took this extra step to make sure the job was done right. I inherited some damaged/incorrectly installed gutters from the previous owners of my house.
