After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. The reviews convinced this super skeptic when it comes to making the call for someone to give a bid on an expensive repair. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were here when they said they would be. They spent time talking me through the options and didn't hard sell me on anything. They didn't even suggest a replacement but I was already anticipating it because our unit had reached its limit. They said they could install one of their partner water heaters or I could purchase one and have them install it for me, both at reasonable rates. I ended up going with their water heater because it could be done same day without a lot of hassle. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They were done in a couple hours and we are back up and running with hot water. Many of the other companies that claim to be local have been bought out by private equity firms and their pricing reflects it. Steer clear. These guys are legit and will be the place I call when water/plumbing-related issues arise!

The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.

We called them to come out to do the recommended pump repair and were left to wait and wait and wait even though there were reserved time blocks. Repair of pump...$660.00! But the leak still persisted! Again, a call to have them come out and to wait and wait...On one occasion, Kurt didn't arrive until 7 PM! On the 4th visit, we finally canceled...we were told Kurt was on his way an hour after the reserved timeframe. Upon having another company come out to fix the leak that STILL persisted, they showed us the valve that clearly had been forced with a screwdriver/Philips head and they said: "someone has tried to force the valve open/close and they knew the leak was coming from the valve." This was what Kurt had diagnosed when the leak still persisted AFTER the pump repair we paid him to do! I really question if the pump was the real problem and it was only the valve that was further damaged: a guise for come-back work. Over $1,200.00 out of our pockets and hours and hours of waiting PLUS an additional $200.00 we had to pay another company to fix the forced valve. You determine if the other reviews are accurate...I wouldn't.
