Drew Shoes are the best shoe for fit and comfort so I was happy to discover they had the ones I wanted. I received them yesterday at my local post office and tried them on immediately I got home and they are a perfect fit and beautiful. The service I got from Healthy Feet Store was very good. It took a little longer to get them than I expected but that's not their doing, it's because I'm from Canada and they have to come over the border. As for Value, I'm very satisfied because I was successful in getting the shoes I wanted pretty much for the average price I would pay at Soles in Motion except that there was shipping costs and duty/taxes involved to get them. They fit me perfectly with my Orthotics in them and I'm satisfied with my experience.

Then they say it can take them up to 72 hours to review these shoes (with a horrible foot bed) before I can get a return label. I tried calling customer service, another horrible experience, and they don't answer but ask you to leave your callback number. These shoes don't have a wide toe box that I need, but are so wide in the heel that I step out of them. I will report them to BBB and my credit card company if I don't hear from them in 72 hours. I would never recommend them to anyone.
