I came back when I was working 1 month later with receipt and same thing. Corporate backed this up. So I bought another pair so I would have matching shoes. I then bought a 3rd in the wrong size so I wouldn't have to throw a shoe away and could donate it to someone in order to raise awareness over how scammy this specific location is.

Customer service was "on fleek" today and I finally found the perfect pair of sandals, (after searching for a couple of years) and some unbelievable merino wool socks, (great for hiking and extra cushion while walking).
